oof saw your post about the wip (maybe i just wanna be yours... is such a good title) and im so sorry for using your ask box as my personal echo chamber but this au has me in chokehold and gax is a niche topic still sadly. i imagine once they get together it is still going to still be a shitshow.

since george is still going to have issues with being an omega and how he wants to be perceived ('what if they think i am sleeping with him for red bull secrets?' or something along that vein) and so we reach the secret relationship stage.

imagine max all of sudden realising that he might be some kind of mistress lmao. like example they are making out in george's driver room and there's a knock and george frantically makes him hide. or the way he covers up his hickeys with layers of makeup or showers before he leaves to make sure max's scent isn't on him. oof angst and comedy. - angst anon

Oh Max would not take kindly to being treated like some type of mistress especially since George was the one so strongly pursuing him. It would very much be a confused why did you want me if you refuse to ever publicly be mind.

And it ofc wouldn't get resolved easily since both have such strong personality and have issues backing down at times and they would very much clash heads on this issue cause it would essentially boil down to public perception and the media and Max ofc couldn't give too shit about what the media would have to say about their relationship and sees no need to let people the don't even know influence it,, meanwhile George much understands the issue of media perception and unlike Max would have to care about how their relationship would come across because Unlike max he would be the one who'd have to face the media's vitriol. It would be his name getting dragged through the mud, plastered on every demeaning headline. he would be the one getting all the insulting comments.

They'd look at Max and see the alpha who finally tamed the little stuck up omega, meanwhile he'd be labeled the slut trying to sleep his way up.
