whats the biggest change in the story in your shou-mob roleswap au ^_^

maur thank you so much for asking. ik you are not familiar with mp100 so my yapping may not make much sense to you. but thank you.

BUT YEAH. biggest story change would probably be either the de-emphasis of reigen, or the fact that in this au the divine tree arc does not happen. most canon arcs and events happen in largely the same way in the shou-mob swap, until after the world domination arc.

you see, in this au the shou mob swap happens as follows:

shou’s mom gets custody during the Suzuki Turbo Divorce

around the same time, there is an Incident involving mob, ritsu, mob’s powers, and Claw which ends with mob being taken into claw and thought dead by everyone else.

(these are both obviously big canon divergences but the characters still end up with similar enough mental issues tbh)

the biggest change i make to the flow of canon events is that after world domination arc, mob goes home and tries to learn to live with his family again, and this would be replacing the entire divine tree arc (+ the Getting Carried Away buildup) for reasons i’ll get into later.
