Unreleased/Cancelled Racing Games:
JTCC: Japanese Touring Car Championship (JTCC: 日本ツーリングカー選手権) (PS1). This game is published by BPS, mostly known for publishing Genki's racing games such as Shutokou Battle: Drift King for the PS1 and it's two very first Shutokou Battle games for the Super Famicom (SNES). This is based on the 1995 season, as sponsored by BPS themselves, and it was won by Steve Soper in BMW Team Schnitzer, with their second title for the team. Here are some magazine scans about the game.

One of the magazine scans was also sourced from the original 1996 JTCC magazine (photo not mine).

As I translated it to English, the game was scheduled for March 1996 according to a poster of Hiroki Matsukata's World Fishing, from BPS, who published the game. This also shows Shutokou Battle: Drift King (later released as Tokyo Highway Battle in 1997 for US and Europe) and Nobunaga Shippuki, as Japanese-only game.

However, it's unknown why the game was cancelled, but it is most likely due to Atlus being the sponsors of the 1996 season, same year where BPS' own JTCC game was supposed to be released for PS1, but sadly, that didn't happen.
I'm not sure if Genki was involved in the development of the game, but the unreleased JTCC game used the engine from Shutokou Battle: Drift King (Tokyo Highway Battle) (PS1), also published by BPS. It seems that Genki was probably fine for the engine recycled to the JTCC game. Had the game was released in March 1996 or later, this wouldn't become a lost media piece, but rather a good Japanese-only racing game that would have been actually released for the PS1.
Sizlla Okamura, the composer of the game, uploaded the music to Soundcloud, containing a mix of them, titled "Unreleased PS Racing Mix", from SWYM Standard. It can be still listened as of today. Link: https://m.soundcloud.com/swymstd/unreleased-ps-racing-mix

And there's also a promotional cover of it, which originally was sold in Mercari. This shows the name "SLPS-00627" on the back of it.

I wonder just how many fishing games there are on the Saturn?  I must have pretty much all of them by now. Anyway, it's nice to see one that's slightly different even if it is pretty crap. Hiroki Matsukata is from what I can gather from this game, a well-known sea fisherman in Japan. Yep, while all the other fishing games consist of you fishing in a lake or the shore of the sea this game actually takes you right out there where all the BIG fish are.
Graphically this game is ok. The water looks good enough as do the fish but what lets this game down in the looks department is the grain-o-vision Cinepak video that is used. You see while playing the game there's a video in the top center of the screen showing you what you are doing or what you are meant to be doing. This leads me to why this game is pretty poor. The video on the screen doesn't actually represent what you are doing at all most of the time plus it repeats the same parts which can be very annoying. But the worst is still to come. No matter what you do on the control pad it seems to have no effect or at least a noticeable effect on what's happening on the screen. Maybe it's just me but I doubt it.
I'd seriously not bother with this even if it is cheap unless you're a collector.
