Not FCG, the Therapy Automnatron (????), giving Ashton, the dude who “doesn’t care”, a heart attack when the former immediately asks Laudna (who was barely revived not even a day ago and had been reliving her most traumatic memories before her first death probably on loop after loop, and had previously before her second death had been shown to not really offer anything about her past life until she was in the mood), “So your name is Matilda?”

And the way Ashton sounded when trying to tell FCG there was probably a better way/TIME to ask that kind of question, if, you know, AT ALL.

I mean, Laudna was a good sport and knew FCG had no ill intentions when asking that, but still 😅

Yeah, FCG just kinda ripped that bandaid, didn't they? Sometimes they're appropriately sensitive, but sometimes they're a blunt instrument.

Honestly, the thing that Ashton said that I was the most emotional about was "I think we were all in the mood for more of you...so thank you." Like, thanking her for choosing to come back, because life would be lesser without her. I just...the feels.

Matilda with Centurion's luck scares me 😨 /silly

Matilda is aware that she is usually not very lucky, except in certain scenarios, but after the third lucky happening of the day, she does get suspicious...

Does she find the coin on her person, though? Difficult to say, for sure c:

Matilda would be walking around reading and she suddenly stops in the middle of the hallway, a suspicious look on her face. She hasn't been bumped into or tripped.

What a lucky day.

Next is the fact that she hasn't lost any work and her food is still warm, Ms. Bunny Bunny usually runs out of food by the time Matilda gets back into the suitcase and in a hurry to eat, she forgets stuff.

"Huh? Today you're quite on time! Here, you're lucky, it's still warm!"

Eh? Well, what a lucky day...

Then she sees Kanjira, who launches herself at the silky duck and Matilda doesn't trip stupidly this time. Neither does she say something weird to make a fool outta herself. Kanjira even gives her part of her food since she's full, and it just so happens to be Matilda's favorite bread. How lucky!!

How lucky... What the fuck is going on?!

Matilda ran to her room and looked at herself in the mirror. She's been painfully lucky today but there's nothing on her, she even received ripe fruits from a tree in the Wilderness. How?!

So she goes to Mercuria in hopes to get answers.

"shouldn't you be happy you're being lucky?"

"It's the first time I'm lucky for an entire day! N-not like I don't deserve it, I'm the great Matilda! And uh, am I cursed?"

They end up finding Centurion's coin in one of Matilda's pockets and returning it to the rightful owner. However, now every time Matilda wants to take her lovers on a date, she begs Centurion for her coin.
