Es gibt keine starren Lehrpläne, an die sich Kinder anpassen müssen. Dadurch wird Druck reduziert und Kinder können ihre Stärken ausbauen und ihre aktuellen Interessen verfolgen.

Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Erziehern bzw. Lehrern: Montessori-Lehrpersonal arbeitet eng mit den Eltern zusammen.
