I realized that I posted the same exact picture of myself recently 😝🤦🏻‍♀️ and I do like that picture- but I definitely have more from that photo shoot! This picture is a very close-up image of a poem that has been typed with a vintage Underwood typewriter onto a common, paper, cocktail napkin. The napkin contains 8 lines of a longer poem, titled "Mistaken Identity" which is included below in the post description. Each line has almost the same number of characters and this makes the poem look like almost a perfect square. Also typed at the bottom of the poem is a hashtag for napkindiaries and the initials of the author, "--dbwii" The typeset and the filters have created an effect and texture which makes this look almost as if the words are carved in stone. The word Catarpillar is capitalized and spelled like the word catarrhine. Maybe you can figure out why. You can also see the dimples and texture of the napkin design. The words by line are:

Storytime: In HS or middle school, the Saint was 1 of the movies I re-watched many times. There's a line that goes "in order to be a saint you must accomplish 3 miracles". I'm not a saint (I'm cosmic 😋😉😎) but here we go: Miracle 1: the trip here - O M J - the fact that my car is STILL in working condition after hauling our stuff half way across the country is a miracle within itself. Especially since the headlights died and the car shook anytime we did over 30 mph. shout out to @c.d.aki for the brilliant idea of ditching the trailer in Oklahoma; I think it really did save this car cause 😬🥴😩 it was Not looking good. Miracle 2: THE STRUGGLE that was finding an apartment. like I had multiple friends, realtors, and anything I could think of searching MONTHS in advance - and it ALL failed, lol. When I got down here & I was hotel hopping with like a suitcase of belongings, surrounded by homelessness, I was feeling EXACTLY like Logan Roy. My resources were disappearing, I was losing juice, I couldn't find the right job - the sky was falling in❗ AND NO ONE IN THIS STATE WOULD RESPONSE immediately #NOW #doesnooneunderstandwhatishappening but luckily, during a job fair (that DID NOT call me back, even though they said they would 🖕🏾) we passed by these apartments & got a number. Now I live in Covina (about 30 mins from DTLA... that's Downtown LA for the rest of the country, lol) Miracle 3: and EVEN THEN, lol, money was gone & I had used up all the tricks I had. I tell y'all, I was like a week from moving back to Jersey - frfr. Thinkin "well, let's try this again in like a yr. or 2 😩" However, like a week before I was bout to have multiple conversations with ppl about leaving Cali & where I can stay @ in the Jersey/NYC area, my weekend job, was like - hey, we're gonna add 3 days to ur schedule soOo now ur full time. & so, there u go - 3 miracles accomplished, the decree of the Lord of Starstorm (see 1 of the pinned posts) fulfilled #manifestdestiny (but in a good way 😬💁🏾‍♂️). It’s like what my doctor told me about my colon cancer, that it’s only occupying 10% of my colon, so all this panic and worry about how we’re going to provide resources for these cancer cells when they grow to 20% of my colon is deeply racist, actually.

The cancer cells will be fine, y’all, so stop your whinging.
