anxiety has been spiking up lately so I doodled a little vent comic don't get me wrong, I love drawing dnd stuff and the publication I collab with is really sweet and all that but I would like to get paid, you know?? I have been doing a shit ton of work and all I've got was 75 cents from royalties, in January.. and that has been it. I still only have those 75 cents available (which I can't even cash out because the transaction will take 1 USD from me and uhhhh that leaves me with -25 cents)

in 3 days i would say i have saved about... 12 people.

My mother, besides planting doubt in my heart, also asked if I can tell the new job (whatever it may be) that I need to give a two week notice and start a week into September so I can help her with "things" and I'm like?? What things??

Apparently the year anniversary of my grandfather passing away. Which she never mentioned to me before that she'd want help or is even planning anything. Now I have to not only try and get a job but immediately try and weasel out of it for some vague reason? No offense but I don't think I will.

All the places seem really keen on someone starting September 1st. Which is so silly they aren't even schools. But I guess people like rounding things out and starting when everyone else is. Idk

Reminds me how on my first or second day of college I had to leave early to pick up my father from a doctor appointment. Like come on do you not see how that's like. Disruptive.
