Fathers and their complaints.

Fathers always tell stories about how their fathers did not support them enough, never tried to understand their situations back then, and how rude they were. They complain about their father’s insensitivity towards their young self, their inability to synergize with their emotions and feelings not providing them the required mental support, and their inability to mingle.

Yet they never become the kind of father to their children, that they longed for. They become the same humiliating, discouraging, non-connectable fathers. The same introverted person who just can’t sit with their children and “talk”. They don't counsel their kids when they need to. The attachment is only till the kids are 5 years old or so. They make the gap grow and blame their kids forn’t caring to inform them about the happenings in their lives. Wasn’t it their responsibility to have invested and built this relationship in the first place? Shouldn’t they ensure that they should not be the kind of fathers they hated once?

Now these kids grow up to complain the same way their fathers used to complain about their fathers and become the same kind of fathers themselves. Pointing out “sons” particularly because mothers somehow master the art of connecting and gelling well with their children. Not still sure how, but mothers neither complain much nor become separated entities from their children (in most cases, there could be exceptions in both examples). But generally, my question is: Why should fathers always have to be rude, insensitive or non-caring? Should care, concern, “mamathe” only be feminine qualities? Is it a shame for men to have it? Or is it a self-made rule?

Illegal extraction of minerals: 92 FIRs, 238 persons arrested and 211 vehicles seized this year in Budgam

The Newscraving Desk Budgam, December 04: Acting tough against the persons involved in illegal extraction and transportation of minerals, Police have arrested 08 persons and seized 08 vehicles in Budgam. A police party of Police Station Budgam during overnight patrolling at Mamath seized 06 tippers & arrested 06 persons on spot. The arrested persons have been identified as Mohd Abass Mir son of Mohd Akber Mir resident of Allahpora, Ishfaq Ahmad Paul son of Ab Rashid Paul resident of Sheikhpora, Danish Bashir Teli son of Bashir Ahmed Teli resident of Ompora, Mohd Ashraf Ganie son of Mohd Akbar Ganie resident of Ompora, Jamsheed Ahmad Dar son of Bashir Ahmed Dar resident of Najan Beerwah and Zeeshan Abass Teli son of Manzoor Ahmad Teli resident of Wahabpora. Similarly, a police party of Police Station Chadoora raided at Kultreh Chadoora and seized 01 JCB & 01 Tipper besides, arrested their drivers who were found extracting soil illegally from Government land at Kultreh. The arrested drivers were subsequently identified as Tanveer Ahmad Naik son of Ghulam Mohammad Naik resident of Trana Banihal and Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Dar son of Ghulam Hassan Dar resident of Marval Pulwama. Accordingly, cases under relevant sections of law stands registered at respective police stations and investigation have been taken up. Pertinently, During the current year 92 FIRs were registered, 238 persons were arrested and 211 vehicles were seized for illegal extraction and transportation of minerals in district Budgam as per following nomenclature: Police Station Budgam:- 32 cases,70 Persons arrested, 62 Vehicle seized Police Station Khansahib:- 09 cases,14 Persons arrested, 14 Vehicle seized Police Station Magam:- 06 cases,28 Persons arrested, 11 Vehicle seized Police Station Beerwah:- 39 cases,85 Persons arrested, 88 Vehicle seized Police Station Khag:- 01 Vehicles cases,04  Persons arrested, 04 Vehicle seized Police Station Chadoora:- 15 cases,37 Persons arrested, 32 Vehicle seized Persons found indulging in illegal mining activities shall be dealt with as per law. Some people may not know but Comicstreet is somewhat my (mamath's) baby, so I end up doing 90%+ of the work for it. That includes this years key art, which is a funny dino in honour of Akira Toriyama, who drew the best silly fantasy dinosaurs. 🦖
