The Role of Lifestyle in Male Infertility Cases in Jaipur
Male infertility is an increasingly significant concern worldwide, and Jaipur is no exception. Various factors contribute to male infertility, but lifestyle choices play a critical role in affecting male reproductive health. Understanding these influences can help in mitigating risks and improving fertility outcomes.
1. Diet and Nutrition
A balanced diet is crucial for reproductive health. In Jaipur, where traditional Indian diets often include rich, spicy foods, it’s essential to focus on nutritional balance. A diet high in antioxidants, vitamins (especially Vitamin C and E), and minerals (like zinc and selenium) can enhance sperm quality. Conversely, excessive consumption of processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can negatively impact fertility.
2. Physical Activity
Regular exercise is vital for maintaining a healthy weight and overall well-being. Sedentary lifestyles, which are becoming more common in urban areas like Jaipur, can lead to obesity— a significant risk factor for infertility. Engaging in moderate physical activity helps regulate hormone levels, improves blood circulation, and can enhance sperm production.
3. Substance Use
The use of tobacco, alcohol, and illicit drugs has been linked to reduced fertility in men. In Jaipur, while traditional practices may discourage excessive drinking, tobacco use remains prevalent. Smoking can impair sperm motility and morphology, while heavy drinking can disrupt hormone levels, leading to fertility issues.
4. Stress and Mental Health
High stress levels can adversely affect hormone production and lead to conditions like erectile dysfunction and decreased libido. In a bustling city like Jaipur, the pressures of work, family, and social expectations can contribute to chronic stress. Mindfulness practices, yoga, and stress management techniques can significantly improve both mental health and fertility.
5. Environmental Factors
Urban environments expose individuals to various environmental toxins that can affect reproductive health. In Jaipur, air pollution and exposure to pesticides can have detrimental effects on sperm quality. It’s crucial for men to minimize exposure to harmful substances and consider using air purifiers or opting for organic products.
6. Sleep Patterns
Quality sleep is essential for hormonal balance and overall health. Inconsistent sleep patterns and insomnia can disrupt testosterone levels and lead to fertility issues. Establishing a regular sleep routine and creating a conducive sleep environment can help improve sleep quality.
Conclusion
In Jaipur, lifestyle factors significantly influence male infertility. By making informed choices regarding diet, exercise, substance use, stress management, and environmental exposure, men can enhance their reproductive health. Raising awareness and promoting healthy lifestyle changes can play a crucial role in addressing male infertility in the region. Collaborative efforts from healthcare providers, communities, and individuals are essential to tackle this growing concern effectively.

At what age is male circumcision typically performed?
Male circumcision, the surgical removal of the foreskin covering the head of the penis, is typically performed at different ages depending on cultural, religious, and medical considerations.
Here’s an overview of when circumcision is typically performed:
Infancy:
1. Timing:
Within the First Few Days: In many cultures and medical practices, circumcision is commonly performed within the first few days after birth. This early timing is believed to make the procedure simpler and less traumatic for the infant.
2. Reasons:
Cultural and Religious: Many families choose circumcision for their sons shortly after birth due to cultural or religious traditions. For example, in Judaism and Islam, circumcision is an important ritual.
Medical: Some medical organizations suggest that circumcision in infancy may have health benefits, such as a reduced risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs) and certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs) later in life.
3. Procedure:
Simple and Quick: Circumcision in infancy is typically a quick procedure, often performed under local anesthesia. The recovery time is usually short, and complications are rare when performed by trained healthcare professionals.
Childhood and Adolescence:
1. Medical Reasons:
Recurrent Infections: If a child experiences recurrent urinary tract infections or certain penile conditions (like phimosis or balanitis) that do not respond to other treatments, circumcision may be recommended.
2. Cultural or Religious Considerations:
Families who did not opt for circumcision at birth may choose to do so for cultural, religious, or personal reasons during childhood or adolescence.
3. Procedure:
More Complex: Circumcision in older children and adolescents may require general anesthesia due to the child’s increased awareness and sensitivity. The recovery period is longer compared to infants.
Adulthood:
1. Medical Indications:
Phimosis: In adulthood, circumcision may be performed if a man develops phimosis (tight foreskin that cannot be pulled back over the head of the penis) that does not respond to other treatments.
2. Personal Choice:
Conversion or Personal Preference: Some adults may choose circumcision for personal reasons, such as conversion to a religion that practices circumcision or perceived hygiene benefits.
3. Procedure:
More Involved: Circumcision in adults is a more complex surgical procedure compared to infants or children, often requiring general anesthesia and involving a longer recovery period.
Considerations:
Health Benefits vs. Risks: The decision to circumcise at any age involves weighing potential health benefits (like reduced UTI risk and easier hygiene) against the risks of the procedure (such as bleeding, infection, and surgical complications).
Cultural and Ethical Considerations: Circumcision is a culturally and ethically sensitive issue, and decisions should be made with consideration of religious beliefs, personal preferences, and medical guidance.
In conclusion, circumcision is most commonly performed in infancy for cultural, religious, and perceived health benefits. However, it can also be performed later in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood for medical reasons or personal choice, with each age group presenting unique considerations for the procedure.

Cultural Reasons Behind Male Circumcision in Various Societies
Male circumcision, the surgical removal of the foreskin from the penis, is practiced in various societies around the world for a multitude of cultural, religious, and social reasons. This practice has ancient roots and continues to be significant in many communities globally.
Hygiene and Health
Hygienic Practices: In some cultures, male circumcision is believed to promote cleanliness and reduce the risk of infections, particularly in regions with limited access to sanitation and healthcare facilities.
Preventive Health Measure: Medical studies suggest that male circumcision can lower the risk of urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV/AIDS, and penile cancer. Thus, in some societies, circumcision is viewed as a preventive health measure.
Social and Cultural Identity
Cultural Tradition: Many societies practice male circumcision as a cultural tradition passed down through generations. It may serve as a rite of passage, marking the transition from boyhood to manhood, and is often accompanied by rituals and celebrations.
Social Acceptance and Integration: In certain communities, being uncircumcised may be stigmatized or perceived as less socially acceptable. Circumcision, therefore, enhances social integration and acceptance within the community.
Symbolism and Mark of Identity
Symbol of Commitment: In some cultures, male circumcision symbolizes commitment to community values, ethical principles, or ancestral traditions. It reinforces group identity and solidarity.
Sexual and Marital Norms: Circumcision can also influence sexual and marital norms within societies. Some cultures believe circumcision enhances sexual pleasure or fulfills religious or social expectations related to marriage and family life.
Historical and Evolutionary Perspectives
Ancient Practices: Historical records indicate that male circumcision dates back thousands of years, with evidence found in ancient Egyptian, African, and Semitic civilizations. These practices evolved over time, influenced by religious, cultural, and medical beliefs.
Adaptation and Continuity: Despite varying reasons and interpretations across societies, the practice of male circumcision has persisted and adapted to changing cultural landscapes, demonstrating its resilience and significance in diverse cultural contexts.
Conclusion
Male circumcision remains a complex and multifaceted practice deeply embedded in the cultural, religious, and social fabric of many societies worldwide. While reasons for circumcision vary widely — from religious obligations to health considerations and social norms — its enduring presence underscores its importance as a marker of identity, health practice, and cultural heritage across diverse communities. Understanding these cultural reasons helps to appreciate the significance and diversity of male circumcision practices globally.

Breaking Taboos: Exploring Andrology Treatment for Men’s Health
In the realm of healthcare, men’s health often takes a back seat to more prominently discussed topics. However, with the field of andrology gaining recognition, men are beginning to find tailored solutions to address a range of health issues affecting them. From infertility to erectile dysfunction, andrology treatment offers a comprehensive approach to improving men’s health and well-being. In this blog, we’ll delve into the various aspects of andrology treatment, debunking myths and shedding light on the importance of seeking specialized care.
Understanding Andrology
Andrology is a branch of medicine dedicated to the study and treatment of male reproductive and sexual health disorders. While urology often encompasses both male and female urinary and reproductive systems, andrology focuses specifically on men’s health concerns, including
Erectile Dysfunction (ED): ED is a common condition characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Andrologists employ a variety of treatments, including medications, lifestyle modifications, and psychological counseling, to address ED and restore sexual function.
2.Male Infertility: Infertility affects approximately 1 in 8 couples, with male factor infertility contributing to nearly half of all cases. Andrology treatment for male infertility may involve hormone therapy, surgical procedures to correct anatomical abnormalities, or assisted reproductive techniques such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
3.Testicular Disorders: Conditions such as testicular cancer, varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), and orchitis (inflammation of the testicles) fall within the purview of andrology. Early detection and intervention are critical for managing these disorders and preserving reproductive health.
4.Hormonal Imbalances: Andrologists specialize in diagnosing and treating hormonal imbalances in men, including low testosterone (hypogonadism) and other endocrine disorders that can impact fertility, sexual function, and overall health.
5.Breaking the Stigma: Despite the prevalence of male reproductive and sexual health issues, stigma and reluctance to seek treatment often prevent men from accessing the care they need. By destigmatizing discussions around men’s health and promoting awareness of available treatments, we can encourage more men to prioritize their well-being and seek help when needed.
Benefits of Andrology Treatment
Seeking care from a qualified andrologist offers numerous benefits for men experiencing reproductive and sexual health issues:
1.Personalized Treatment Plans: Andrologist take a holistic approach to patient care, tailoring treatment plans to address each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and medical history.
2.Advanced Diagnostic Tools: Andrology clinics are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies, allowing for accurate assessment and timely intervention in cases of male infertility, hormonal imbalances, and other conditions.
3.Comprehensive Care: Andrology treatment extends beyond medical interventions to encompass lifestyle counseling, psychological support, and education on preventive measures for long-term health and well-being.
4.Improved Quality of Life: By addressing underlying health concerns and restoring normal reproductive and sexual function, andrology treatment can significantly enhance men’s quality of life and overall satisfaction.
Conclusion
Andrology treatment plays a crucial role in promoting men’s health and addressing a wide range of reproductive and sexual health issues. By raising awareness, breaking down barriers to care, and advocating for comprehensive and personalized treatment approaches, we can empower men to take control of their health and lead fulfilling lives. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and no man should hesitate to prioritize his well-being.

What is prostate surgery?
Title: Understanding Prostate Surgery: A Comprehensive Guide by Dr. Chirag Gupta
Introduction: Prostate surgery is a medical procedure that aims to address various conditions affecting the prostate gland. Led by the expertise of Dr. Chirag Gupta, a renowned urologist with a wealth of experience in prostate surgeries, this guide provides valuable insights into the nature of these procedures and their significance in treating prostate-related issues.
What is the Prostate? The prostate is a small, walnut-sized gland located below the bladder and in front of the rectum, surrounding the urethra. It plays a crucial role in the male reproductive system by producing a fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. As men age, the prostate can undergo changes that may lead to conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostate cancer.
Prostate Surgery Types:
Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP):
Commonly performed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Involves removing excess prostate tissue that may be causing urinary obstruction.
Minimally invasive, using a thin tube (resectoscope) passed through the urethra.
Prostatectomy:
Surgical removal of part or all of the prostate gland.
Options include open surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and robotic-assisted surgery.
Utilized for prostate cancer treatment, particularly when the cancer is confined to the prostate.
Transurethral Incision of the Prostate (TUIP):
Similar to TURP but involves making small incisions in the prostate to relieve pressure on the urethra.
Suitable for treating BPH and minimizing impact on sexual function.
Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP):
Uses a laser to remove excess prostate tissue.
Effective for treating BPH, providing a balance between safety and efficacy.
Why Prostate Surgery? Prostate surgery becomes necessary when non-surgical treatments fail to alleviate symptoms or in cases of prostate cancer where surgical intervention is a primary treatment option. Common symptoms prompting surgery include difficulty urinating, frequent urination, blood in the urine, or elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels.

Adult Penis Circumcision - Before and After Care
Over the past twenty years, there has been an ongoing debate over whether or not surgical removal of the foreskin is a necessary medical procedure. Cultural and religious customs often dictate that male children be circumcised, and the common wisdom is that removing the foreskin results in improved hygiene; furthermore, recent medical research indicates that circumcision decreases the risk for AIDS, penile cancer and sexually transmitted diseases, as well as minor, yet uncomfortable skin infections.
On the other hand, it is frequently argued that a proper approach to penis hygiene eliminates most of the risks, and that medical research does not adequately support removal of a functional part of the body. Regardless of the controversy, large numbers of men elect to have their foreskin removed in adulthood; for these individuals, understanding the benefits, risk factors, and how to care for the penis before and after the procedure is of utmost importance. Laser Circumcision Treatment in Jaipur
Before the surgery
Men who have penis issues such as phimosis (where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted) or frenulum tears, or those who are concerned about STD transmission or the aesthetic appearance of the penis, may elect to have the foreskin removed. Before heading to the doctor's office or clinic for the procedure, men should make sure that they are fully informed, both of the benefits and risks of circumcision.
Men who are planning surgery should make sure that their doctors are aware of any other medical conditions, as well as any medications they may be taking, and they should take steps to ensure that the penis skin is as clean and healthy as possible.
After the procedure
Following circumcision, men should adhere carefully to the recommend course of care in order to prevent complications from surgery. The doctor may prescribe an antibiotic to prevent infection, as well as a painkiller to take over once the anesthetic wears off. Pain medications should be taken as directed, and the doctor should be notified if the amount of pain does not subside.
Bandages should be left in place for 24 to 48 hours following surgery; afterward, washing the area carefully in the shower every day is recommended. Men should steer clear of the bathtub or Jacuzzi until cleared by a doctor, as sitting in warm water can increase the chances of infection.
Most men will need to abstain from masturbation or sex for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery and should not resume normal activities without the approval of a physician. Some discomfort may occur on the first few occasions following surgery, but this should improve over time as men become accustomed to the new range of sensation. Circumcision In Jaipur
Circumcised or uncircumcised - How to promote penis health
The decision to remove the foreskin is a personal one, and all of the issues should be considered carefully with the assistance of an unbiased medical professional before proceeding with a circumcision. But whether or not the penis is circumcised, men can make sure that the penis is as healthy as possible, on the outside as well as the inside.
Since healthy skin acts as the first line of defense, protecting the delicate penile tissue against environmental invaders, maintaining skin health is a top concern. Smooth, well-hydrated and supple penis skin can guard against infection, as well as loss of penis sensation related to friction and irritation. In addition, protecting the nerve fibers and circulatory tissue under the skin's surface is important to keeping the underlying tissue healthy and functioning at its best.

Circumcised Men Experiencing Loss of Penis Sensitivity
Over the last few decades, circumcision has fallen somewhat out of favour with medical professionals, particularly in the United States. While removal of the foreskin is a common procedure that is performed both for religious and hygienic or cosmetic reasons, the medical community has argued that circumcision has no real medical benefits. In addition, circumcision can lead to numerous side effects, particularly loss of penile sensitivity.
Recent studies have shown that circumcision can decrease the risk of developing AIDS in heterosexual men by a significant 60%. As a result, increasing numbers of adult males are considering circumcision, but the risk of loss of penis sensation is a major concern. Fortunately, there are options for men who are thinking about circumcision. Treating the glans with penis-specific vitamins and minerals that support skin and nerve health can be highly effective in preventing penis sensitivity loss in circumcised men. Circumcision In Jaipur
Why does circumcision lead to diminished penis sensation?
When the glans of the penis is exposed, it is subject to constant chafing, as it rubs against clothing and other materials. Over time, the layers of dermal tissue covering the head of the penis toughen in reaction to this friction, leading to decreased penile sensitivity. For this reason, men who are circumcised are often less sensitive in this area than men who have an intact foreskin. As a result, they are often less responsive to sexual stimulation. This issue is a leading factor in many men's decisions against circumcision, and in many cases, men who were circumcised at birth opt to have their foreskin restored.
How do vitamins and other nutrients help to prevent loss of penis sensitivity?
Although replacing the foreskin may help to restore penis sensation, this procedure does not always produce the desired results. On the other hand, treatment of the penis skin with the following nutrients may actually help to prevent loss of sensation from occurring, even after circumcision:
• Vitamin A - Promotes healing, protects against the formation of scar tissue, and lends skin a soft, supple and smooth texture.
• Vitamin B5 - Promotes healing and overall health of the skin cells.
• Vitamin C - Protects the skin against environmental damage through its antioxidant properties, as well as promoting optimum circulation and maintaining the tissue that gives skin its natural elasticity. Best Circumcision Surgeon in jaipur
• Acetyl-L-carnitine - Helps to maintain nervous tissue and repair damaged nerve cells.
• Alpha lipoic acid - Helps to promote the healthy blood flow needed to oxygenate the skin and nerve cells and maintain penis feeling.
• Shea butter - A highly effective moisturizer that softens the skin, boosts its natural lubricating properties and protects against chafing and other skin damage that can lead to loss of penis sensation.
• Vitamin E - Provides a natural moisture barrier that prevents dehydration of the skin - a major factor in the thickening of dermal tissue that leads to reduced penis sensation.
Can skin nutrients restore penis sensation?
For men who have already experienced lost penis sensation, whether due to circumcision in infancy or other causes, these nutrients may also be effective for rejuvenating the skin of the penis and promoting increased penis sensation.
Effective vitamin formulas for promoting penis sensitivity
Not all vitamin skin care products are alike; most of the skin crèmes and lotions sold in retail stores are designed for women and do not take men's penis health into account. For the most effective way to support penis sensitivity, a specially designed penis health formula (most health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) containing vitamins, minerals and all-natural moisturizers is suggested to ensure that these nutrients are absorbed directly into the penis skin.

What You Should Know About Circumcision Surgery
Circumcision surgery is a procedure that removes the foreskin from a penis so that the head is exposed. This surgery is more common in certain cultures and religions than others. In the United States, around 50 percent of newborn boys are circumcised. In European countries, the rate is as low as 1 percent. Circumcision is an encouraged practice among followers of Islam and is required under Jewish religious law.
Today, circumcision is not considered necessary as a routine operation on newborns and the decision to have the operation is left up to the baby's parents. Newborns usually have the procedure performed within a few days of birth, before being sent home from the hospital. However, circumcision surgery can be performed at any age. Some adult males undergo circumcision for medical reasons or as a personal choice. Best Circumcision Surgeon in jaipur
Reasons for supporting circumcision include following customs, not wanting to look different from peers, and perceived health benefits. There is evidence that babies who undergo the procedure have fewer urinary tract infections during the first five years of life. In addition, there is a lower rate of cancer of the penis and sexually transmitted diseases in adult males who were circumcised. Circumcision also makes it easier to keep the genital area clean and odor free.
Those who do not support circumcision feel it is wrong to subject an infant to a disfiguring and painful operation when it is not needed for a medical or religious reason. They also believe that an uncircumcised male who practices proper hygiene can also have a lower risk of infection, sexually transmitted disease, and penis cancer. Circumcision In Jaipur
Circumcision surgery is given with the aid of anesthesia today, a practice that was not followed in years past as doctors thought babies could not feel pain at such a young age. Today, local anesthesia is routinely used, but being a minor surgery, follow-up pain relief is not required. Adult males may also be offered anti-anxiety medication like Valium prior to the surgery.
Before the surgery, the penis is numbed with an anesthetic cream; injectable anesthetic may also be administered. The foreskin is then trimmed away. Adult males receive sutures, newborns generally do not. A plastic ring is commonly used on newborns that remains in place for several days after the surgery to prevent bleeding and enable healing of the incision.
Adult males can have the procedure performed in an outpatient center and resume normal activities soon after. Circumcision surgery does not require any down time from work in order to recover. There is mild pain and itching that subsides within a day or two. Men should refrain from sexual activity until the wound has completely healed in order to prevent rupture of a suture.
Circumcision is a minor surgical procedure than can be performed quickly and carries few risks and complications. One risk is that adult males may not be happy with the appearance of their penis after surgery. Different surgical styles result in different looks. Scarring is usually not a problem unless the incision was made too far away from the glans. Other rare but possible complications include excessive bleeding and infection of the wound.
Babies are routinely given the procedure before being discharged from the hospital and are sent home for recovery. Little follow-up care is needed other than keeping the wound clean by washing it at least three times daily with mild soap and water and keeping an eye out for the development of infection.
Within ten days, the baby should be fully recovered from circumcision surgery. The wound will heal in about the same amount of time for adult males but it may take weeks to become fully adjusted to the change in sensations caused by removing the foreskin.

5 Myths About Circumcision
In our society, here in India, it is almost a given that when a baby boy is born he is going to get circumcised. I don't think that parents nowadays even realize why exactly they are getting this procedure performed to their sons, except for it's just the way it's done or that somehow it's healthier. We went on a quest to find out the cons and pros of circumcision and to clarify all the myths related to it.
The first most common myth is that being circumcised drastically changes your sex life for the better. The question of whether circumcised males have more pleasure during sexual intercourse has been a hot topic over the last decades. Nobody will argue that circumcision changes the sensitivity level of the penis. The part of the foreskin that is cut during the procedure is full of nervous endings and thus there is no doubt it decreases the overall sensitivity of the penis. The problem is though that sexual sensitivity is not the same as the experience of sexual sensation. Best Circumcision Surgeon in jaipur
There have been a lot of studies conducted trying to research this question, but unfortunately none of them present objective results. The only way to get an unbiased picture would be to circumcise a sexually active man and have him compare his sexual sensations before and after, although even then it wouldn't be unbiased since there are so many other factors that come into play such as the partner you are having sex with, the mood you are in, your physical condition and so on. Bottom line is, it is impossible to make a conclusive decision whether the decrease of sensitivity is a side effect or a benefit for your sexual experience.
The second myth is that it's easier to take care of a circumcised penis and it makes it more hygienic. The truth is, it is in fact easier to take care of an uncircumcised penis. All you really need to do is wash it on a regular basis, whereas you would actually have to take extra care of a circumcised penis by wiping off the circumcision site on a daily basis to avoid forming of adhesion, as well as being cautious not to wipe fecal matter into the wound. Another myth is that circumcision prevents sexually transmitted diseases, penile cancer, and AIDS. There are indeed some studies that prove circumcision to have a very small effect on preventing AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases. This preventative effect is so small however that you have a better chance of staying sexually healthy by having smart sexual practices. The same goes for penile cancer. According to some studies the risk is decreased by less than 0.01%. In reality the risks of having serious complications outweigh the positive effect on preventing penile cancer by far.
The fourth myth is that circumcision is quick and painless and baby won't remember it. Circumcision takes over 10 minutes, that's not to mention that the baby stays sore for the whole time of the healing process. The initial process involves separating the foreskin form the head of the penis, which is attached to it somewhat comparable to the fingernail being attached to your finger. Babies, having never felt pain before, have a very low pain tolerance, therefore the procedure is pretty painful, even if the doctor uses anesthesia, which is not always the case.
The anesthesia shot in itself is very painful, especially since it is in the groin area. There is no proof that we don't retain our childhood memories at all. Even if we don't remember what happened to us as a child on a conscious level, there are some theories suggesting that we remember everything on a subconscious level and these events shape our personalities and who we become in life. As an example of this, circumcised boys have been noticed to have stronger reactions to the pain from the shots compared to uncircumcised boys.
The last myth is that circumcision is safe and harmless. In truth, there is a pretty high complication rate, which varies from 2% to 10% depending on the source. There is a risk of getting hemorrhage, which has led to infant deaths in a few cases. The leftover skin can get adhered to the head of the penis, in which case the doctor has to rip it apart, which is a very painful procedure. This actually happens in more than 50% of the cases. Circumcision can lead to ulcer formation at the urethra, which can require surgical interference. It is easy for fecal matter to get into the circumcision site and cause irritation. Many men have painful erections for the rest of their lives due to incorrectly performed circumcision.

Male Circumcision, What’s The Point Of It?
Male circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin around the head of the penis. While this may seem a taboo practice, there is a large proportion of the population who has had it done. In the US alone, over 60% of the population ends up having circumcisions at some point in their life. While this figure seems high, it was once at a peak of 85% in the 70's.
So what is the foreskin for? Why do males have one? Well, it generally acts as a protection for wear and tear against the sensitive penis glans (head). It also protects the glans from any irritation for babies and it also contains erogenous tissue and lubrication which contributes to sexual arousal. Best Circumcision Surgeon in jaipur
So with all these benefits, why is it people remove it? Well the main cause is due to medical reasons. In birth, babies are born with naturally tight foreskins and over the years of puberty it is meant to loosen out so by the age of 18, it can be fully retractable. In some cases, the foreskin can remain too tight to pull back. The medical term for this is Phimosis. While there are other surgical operations to cure this including stretching the foreskin and reshaping of the prepuce to make it wide, sometimes circumcision is the only effective method. If not, it can prove near impossible to wash the glans, resulting in an infection called Balantis. This normally can be identified by red tender areas on the glans and can cause irritation, tenderness, impotence and swelling. Other conditions are that it can become so tight that it makes it painful and sometimes impossible to urinate or have sex. Circumcision In Jaipur
Yet there are actual benefits to have a circumcision. Men who have been circumcised tend to contract fewer urinary tract infections. It also offers some defense against sexual transmitted diseases as it's easier to wash the bacteria away before it does any damage. While only very small, there is evidence that it can reduce the risk of penile cancer, which on its own is incredibly rare.
It is also possible to have the foreskin reconstructed. While it may seem a bit odd to have the foreskin removed, and then reconstructed, some males who may have had it either removed at birth, or for medical reasons, want it back. There are surgical and non-surgical methods for doing this.
The surgical method involves taking skin from either the penis or another part of your body, and grafting it onto the glans. Yet people rarely go for the surgical reconstruction, as it can prove to be painful and complications can occur. This is why people normally choose the non-surgical option. This involves stretching what is left of the foreskin with either weights or a traction device. This causes the foreskin to grow as its having to create new cells to fill in the gaps.

A Red Penis Could Signal Plasma Cell Balanitis
Men who are well-versed in proper penis care may already know that a red penis can be a sign of skin irritation or inflammation. Balanitis is one of the more common causes, especially among men whose foreskins are intact, but there is a variation on this condition - called plasma cell balanitis (and sometimes referred to as Zoon balanitis) - that is less well-known.
Regular balanitis
Balanitis is defined by Medical News Today as "an inflammation of the glans (the rounded head) of the penis." In uncircumcised men, the rate of occurrence is estimated at 1 in 30 males; it is less common among men who have been circumcised. There can be a number of causes, including dermatological reaction, bacteria, infection, unprotected sex and phimosis. circumcision in jaipur
Plasma cell balanitis
Plasma cell balanitis also refers to an inflammation of the glans (and sometimes the foreskin), resulting in a red penis. But in the case of the plasma cell variation, the redness tends to be quite localized, presenting as one single red lesion, usually well-defined. (By contrast, regular balanitis may present as a red "area" or as multiple lesions.)
If a biopsy is performed on the lesion, the microscope will reveal numerous plasma cells making up the red spot. Plasma cells are a kind of white blood cell that originates in the bone marrow. Their purpose is to create antibodies that fight infectious agents in the body. They have a distinctive look that makes them easy for scientists to identify (under the microscope of course; they are too small to be seen with the naked eye). Circumcision Treatment in jaipur
Plasma cell balanitis was first described in 1952 by a Dutch scientist named Zoon. A similar condition can exist in women, although it is then called plasma cell vulvitis.
Symptoms
Although the red lesion is a typical sign, there are few other symptoms associated with the condition. Some men complain of tenderness in the area, and for some the presence of the lesion also results in itchiness. Irritation may be experienced by the friction associated with intercourse, especially if no condom is employed. (The condom typically lessens the degree of friction.)
Causes
Doctors believe that plasma cell balanitis may occur as a result of an underlying issue. However, it is also more likely to happen when dried urine, soap or skin particles get trapped on the glans beneath the foreskin.
This form of balanitis is one which can go away and return with some frequency. Although it is not dangerous and doesn't usually cause significant discomfort, it tends to mar the appearance of a man's penis. Of greater concern, it may cause a partner to worry if the affected man has a sexually transmitted infection, which may hamper their willingness to engage in sex.
Treatment
A doctor can prescribe an appropriate course of treatment. Typical options include using topical antibiotics or antifungal medications, as well as steroid creams. In some cases, a doctor may recommend laser surgery; however, this last option is not prescribed that often.
