A few days back we celebrated Yoga Day all over the world. This occasion is a way to inculcate in people the importance of doing yoga. Yoga has benefits that everyone can enjoy. It increases health and brings inner peace.
Those who practice yoga re better poised to handle sicknesses. They are healthier internally and externally. It also brings about mental peace. Malaika is known to practice yoga. We cannot really be satisfied with the low-key twinning with our siblings when we watch the tinsel duos post on Instagram. Bollywood has always been the trendsetter and now, it seems like it has pretty much set the trend for sibling goals too.
Okay, on a much serious note, it’s not just the fashion sense you know. Bollywood’s sibling duos have constantly been showing us how to be there for your sister or brother like a rock.
