I wanted to try making wall decorations, so I made these and threw them into that massive painting from Vampires. It's sort of a mini decades challenge going from 1890-1940. Behold, the result:

My hc is that the Vatores were born in the late 1930s/early 1940s, so Lilith isn't actually old enough to have worn any of these clothes when they were first in style. I think she dressed up like it's old times and took a buncha pictures just to confuse people trying to figure out how old she is, but you may draw your own conclusions.

I've just acquired some partly mismatched old paperback copies of your Middle Kingdoms books and I have to say, having already become familiar with how you see the characters, it's absolutely wild looking at how these cover images depict them. That said, I'm looking forward to reading them and seeing what the fuss is about.

(snicker) Yeah. The first two would be, uh, diagnostic.

...Now, let's be realistic. A new author's very first book cover will only rarely have any kind of serious money spent on it, unless different conditions have been explicitly specified in your contract. (For example, if your book was sold at auction for some significant sum.) And that's just the way it goes. The first time out, you and your work represent a gamble. The publisher's not sure when (if ever) they're going to recoup their investment in you, and so they limit their expenditure accordingly by hiring in new or low-cost artistic talent for your cover, or reusing generic material that they've already got filed away in-house.

And even so, despite having been warned, I can remember how the breath went out of me when I opened up my mailbox and found the envelope holding my very first cover proof inside. I opened the envelope, and found that first image, and it was—

Let's just say "Not exactly what I'd been hoping for," and move on.

The second one, the cover for the Methuen British edition—which was the one I finally framed and hung up—seriously seemed like something of an improvement. And yet imagine my bemusement when I discovered that it was apparently one of those recycled-in-house covers, also used on something of Andrew J. Offutt's. (Which at least made some kind of sense, because if Horny-Helmet Guy there was supposed to be Herewiss, then I'm not at all sure who that Nekkid Broad is supposed to be. And whose blood is that? And who are all those dead people? And, and—! ....But then publishers’ art directors often make artists do things that may make little sense in the context of the book.)

(sigh) (laughter) Never mind. I later heard many tales of people pressing the book with the first cover on it into other people's hands and saying "Just ignore the cover and read this." ...So it all worked out, mostly. :)

ETA: I really have to link to this Daily Kos post of 2011 by Lisa Evans, which I hadn't seen until today, and which—while being incredibly complimentary about Fire—also mentions the Dell SF paperback prominently for cover-bizarreness right alongside the old Ballantine covers for the Lord of the Rings trilogy. That’s some exalted company there. …There’s also passing mention of the Susan Shay Collins art for Fire on the Bluejay Books trade paperback edition, usually affectionately referred to around here as "the Blazing Saddles cover." That was one of the two that @anavar-immela was referring to at the top of the post. The third was the 1993 Tor hc/pb cover by Romas Kukalis.

...Anyway. In the meantime, for the books' newest iteration, we've gone to abstract/non-character-image covers. Because frankly, I don't think this bunch would be able to handle the style above at all well...

2 year 'Hiatus'

(long post/rambling)

Hello everyone! The day's finally come for me to start my 2-year hiatus.

I'll be starting school tomorrow, July 1st, from 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri. (Full time). So there won't be many opportunities for me to keep constantly posting here all the time.

I want to personally thank you all for welcoming me into the Street Fighter fandom and for taking the time out of your day to interact with my blog.

I never thought I would become a fanfic writer again after so many years of not writing and to meet so many of you throughout my stay here.

With my first fic, Mount, I was nervous about people not caring about it and for it to be lost in the Street Fighter algorithm because I joined the fandom so late. (March 2024). And originally, I planned to make that my only fanfic and call it a day. But after I got my first comment I was over the moon.

Then slowly I had people liking and following this side blog where I dumped all my random reblogs on. And that's when I realized, there were people still out there loving these characters as much as I did despite the slow traction on the street fighter dash.

So that's when I decided to make this random side blog into a SF6 fanfic blog.

I started to write strictly Bosch x Reader's in the beginning because he was the reason why I joined this space in the first place. Then I wrote for Luke, then Poison, then Ed, then Jamie, then at last Chun-Li. I learned to love characters that I first didn't give a second thought about and I learned more info. about some SF characters I wasn't aware of before.

Then my blog went from 0 followers to 38! Holy smokes, 38 people really cared enough to follow and read my ramblings? That's crazy. I never even expected to have 1 follower much less 38.

My favorite part about writing for this fandom was interacting with everyone in the comment section/reblogs. I enjoy talking to you all and writing silly blurbs whenever we get too into the hcs. Really, it makes my day better when I see people commenting and giving love to my works.

And to be 100% honest with you all, I was originally going to start including a lot more X Fem!Reader Inserts because I am a Cis Woman who never wrote for any other genders but Fem! ones. But seeing how little fanfics there were, I thought it would be unfair for me to exclude the other side of the SF6 fandom that wouldn't be able to enjoy any reader inserts because of their gender.

So I'm glad I didn't go that route because I got to find ways to be more inclusive in my writings without mentioning the reader's Skin/Gender/Appearance in any of them and to keep them gender-neutral.

And as a reminder, this blog is the first time for me to write this way, so if you guys think that some of my works sound Fem! based please tell me so I could fix it. Because the last thing I want is for people to tell me I'm more biased for my female audience.

I don't know If you guys knew this, but it kinda broke my heart when I found out I was accepted to this school. Granted, I've been trying to get in for 4 years.

But I honestly didn't think I would've gotten in this year because I thought I bombed my 5-panel interview with the school and they only accepted the top 25 people in my area.

I even started to make plans to work a full-time job somewhere else, take Muay Thai classes, write more fics, and give up on my dreams of ever becoming an X-ray tech. But then I got a phone call on my birthday saying I made it in!

I was overwhelmed with happiness for all my efforts getting into this school after so long. I felt like I was running behind all my peers who already graduated and got their careers started compared to me. But now I get to finally start mine and do what I've always wanted to do and to help people.

Then, I was hit with a wave of sadness because I barely dipped my toes into the Street Fighter fandom and now I'm already leaving. All my ideas for future fics, including the ones rotting in my drafts, may never see the light of day. I was really sad for everything to come to an abrupt end for something that barely even started.

What's going to happen to this blog?

To be frank with you all, I still REALLY want to post SF fics but I know that it probably won't be possible with my schedule for the next 2 years.

I do get a 1-2 week break every 3 months for my school so y'all might see something pop up in the SF6 feed every once in a while. I’ll mostly be writing on my terms and I won’t be answering anyone’s asks. But it's not guaranteed you will.

Plus, I bought the game, so it's not like I'm just gonna drop SF6 out of my life completely. I'll post things here and there that are not fics and maybe tiny drabbles in my free time but it's still up in the air if I will. You'll see me being active on here but not in the same way that you usually do.

Now that I'm transitioning to going to school full-time, I'm nervous about what's to come out of everything, since I've been looking forward to this day since I graduated high school.

I also want to thank you all for sending your requests in. They helped me learn where my writing was strongest and where I needed to improve.

I tried to get through all of your asks as best as I could but I believe there are 2 left in my inbox as of now. I’m sorry I wasn’t the best at being consistent and I hope to get those out as soon as I can.

ACOFAS - more findings

I do plan on doing a series overview once I’ve finished ACOSF but this book is so full of little seeds I need to make another post about it.

In the span of two pages Feyre remarks twice how the twins spy for both Rhys & Azriel/how they were trained by Azriel. (Pages 2 & 4)

It’s also mentioned extremely early within this book how L*cien doesn’t seem interested in bridging the gap between himself & Elain, they hadn’t even come within touching distance since that final battle & he spends more time out of Velaris than in it (paraphrasing but that’s the gist)

I’ve mentioned already, but Cassians first chapter was chock full of foreshadowing, as he spoke about Ramiel, the BR, what he did to the people who abused his mother & he briefly mentions Nesta.

Also, Ramiel felt alive - awake & watchful & Cass was unable to resist its ancient summons which, uhm, red flag.

Mor is a terrible gift giver & idk why but it’s funny to me.

Mor brings up Az giving Elain truth-teller, but I believe the context of this conversation is super interesting. Feyre asks Mor if she thinks Azriel would have give up truth-teller, Mor responds he gave it to Elain & when Feyre is quick to say she gave it back, Mor just hums. I am now also humming.

Also, Feyre says she pressed TT back into Azriels hands just as he’d pressed it into hers (🫶)

Elain is Elain (I take this to mean, Elain will be something different)

Nesta is Illyrian (I mean we all know how SF goes)

Elain is too polite to send L away, even on a normal day. She just ignores him until he gets the hint & leaves.

Mor in Hewn City notes ‘there was no light in this place’ & ‘it was the darkness of rotting things, of decay. The smothering darkness that withered all life’ and BOY OH BOY do I have some thoughts on those quotes, pertaining to a certain flower girl who’s powers, may or may not be life, who seemed as if the light had been sucked out of her in HC? I don’t know how likely it is, and I do think it’s more likely that they dressed Elain badly & made her not make much of an effort so that Nesta really stood out in that moment, but I think its interesting!

I’ve spoken about Rhys’ chapter that is HEAVY on the Azriel front but I also think it’s interesting how Elain is brought up in his chapter, similarly to how Nesta was brought up (albeit briefly) in both Rhys’ first chapter with Cassian, and Cassians own first chapter.

There is a very strong parallel between Azriels bonus chapter POV & Cassians second chapter where he visits Emeries shop which I will post separately but it’s insane how word-for-word it pretty much is.

In a Feyre chapter where she actually physically sees Elain for the first time in the book, we have that parallel I posted earlier about Elain & Azriel being given the time to open up (again I’m paraphrasing - actual quote is a couple of posts down)

We also have ‘veils of steam drifting past her shoulders from the roasted rosemary potatoes as if they were Azriels shadows’

We also have, Elain going still at the sight of Az, her throat bobbing & him taking the dish of potatoes from her as he says to her ‘voice soft as midnight’ 🫶

Mor also tenses during this interaction AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY because we all know she doesn’t want him like that, so WHY.

When Azriel makes Cassian wait for Elain, Feyre notes the command in his voice. That is the second time in this book that it’s hinted Azriel has some sort of inherent dominance.

Mor gaping & Cassian gawking at Azriel is giving Truth-Teller scene & again I want to know why

Will Mor kill Kier? It has been mentioned so many times

Azriel is mentioned as being at the window four times in two pages.

When Cassian tries to bet on wether L*cien will show up & Azriel refuses to bet (hello, when Cassian doesn’t want to bet on the Illyrian women training because it means too much) when Cass pushes, Azriel brings up Nesta, as if to shut him up & stop him from prying. Sneaky.

Also, Rhys says that Azriel is better liar than him & considering Rhys is a pretty good liar it’s making me question some things y’know.

Clock chimes 8 & Elain enters the sitting room as if summoned & sits by the window (which is apparently typical for her)

Also, L*cien being more at home with the BoE, sitting by the fire which casts him in reds & golds. He can’t stand to be in the same room as Elain for two minutes, the way he talks about Vassa is very interesting considering his ‘mate’ is right there & he does indeed glance at Elain as he speaks of her, as if he doesn’t know wether he should. Also, when speaking of Graysen, L*cien does seem to have a slight problem with it, but Feyre notes ‘not from any jealousy or threat’ 🤔

Even in the middle of winter Elain was a bloom of colour & sunshine.

Elain is looking out the windows, Azriel approaches her at these windows.

Elain is wearing Amethyst.

Elain laughs at Rhys’ joke about modelling lingerie which surprises Feyre & she also later shots whisky.

About Monoma and the quirks, I would usually lean towards more or less yes but no. It would heavily depend on the detail level of information he gets when copying a quirk. For what is worth it, since he has been surrounded all his life by people who didnt make a deal with the devil for a quirk, I assume that he would not be able to detect with 100% certainty when a quirk is natural or not. I hc that he would feel a sort of uncanny valley shiver when copying a quirk from someone who got it by AFO. He can copy the quirk from the person but it feels offputting in a strange way, as if the quirk and the person were 2 instead of one.

I actually contemplated something earlier that I may actually use in either Failure to Explode, Words May Hurt, or Build Yourself Up.

Namely him figuring out there's something wrong with Aoyama and his Quirk when Monoma *isn't* able to Copy it (in WMH at least this may be occurring during the SF). In contrast to OFA which seems to in a sense 'bond' with whoever it's user is on a DNA level (since remember, you have to consume a bit of DNA to get it to the next person) so it's not noticeable, only that it's a stockpiler Quirk.

Ngl i lowkey see our mc the type to collect hobbies like pokémon 😭 like i can see them doing dance classes (like those beginner ballet ones) , roller skating , snow boarding, guitar lessons. Fucking even an artist on the side (quinn being her muse most of her time in the past since i remember when they first met mc was doodling so they might be rlly creative/artistic person :D) Their fuvking everywhere doing everything bc of the stimulation and excitement those hobbies give 😭

Love this, YES. They’re happy to try things and give new experiences a go (and as someone who is cripplinglyafraid of failure, it’s refreshing to write from the POV of someone with unfaltering self confidence lol)

I’m gonna rate all the hobbies you listed by how good I think MC would be at them.

Dance classes: decent! They would kill pole dancing classes though. Would feel confident enough to not take it too seriously and be silly.

Roller skating: good! Can’t do many tricks, but likes to go very fast on the rink and then jump onto the carpet like an idiot.

Snow boarding: terrible, ended up face-first in the snow with a black eye and a sprained wrist the one time they tried it. I HC that MC and Quinn’s hometown doesn’t get snow (I have literally no idea where it is geographically cause I’m not from the US) so MC hasn’t had much experience with it. I also may or may not be planning a lil Christmas advent calendar fic for this year that may or may not include a chapter where Rus (SF!Paps) teaches MC to ice skate.

Guitar lessons: learns a few songs and pulls them out as party tricks or to pick up girls. Actually good at this one, I think MC would struggle to get their head around sheet music though.

Art: decent again! MC would excel at sculpture making, actually. Or even pottery classes. Something hands-on. Would probably benefit from art therapy.

And to add one of my own: I totally reckon MC would’ve been a theatre kid in high school (I mean, come on) and I can see them later down the line getting involved in community theatre.

how do you think ren and jeanne fall in love?

Well, while we don't have any full explicit details on how they did, here's my headcanon:

According to the university Ren goes to (Tsinghua University) his university is affiliated with various international joint programs and 3 France Universities was included on this list.

Ren signed up for this program just so he could get a degree so he went to France for that

I also have this hc they reunited in a place called "Jardin Du Grand Rond". They just so happened to reunite in that place very unexpectedly as Jeanne was happening to take a tour of walk around the place out from her break from doing X-Charity funding while Ren was on a holiday break from his classes and he was touring around France (And while touring, he also heard about people mentioning/talking about X-Charity) When they both arrived at the infamous pond, Jeanne does not recognize Ren. Ren on the other hand, recognizes her right away. Also Jeanne was awed by his handsomeness at first but tries to walk away not wanting to make the situation any more awkward for the "stranger", only for Ren to stop her, going "Is that you Jeanne?"

Jeanne recognizes his voice and turns around slowly to look at the man behind her: "Tao Ren...?"

After this, they walked over to a gazebo nearby to talk and what they've been up to after SF ended. The talk went on for a long time -Jeanne brings up about X-Charity but mentions they've been out doing public funding but were doing fundings in the first place because they've been low on funds. Ren then offers to help out her Charity, that is if she wanted to become business partners. At the same time Ren offer his help in the first place so he can get a first hand experience on what's it like having/doing business partners/affiliations and such. Jeanne then accepts his offer and after that, Jeanne brings Ren with her to have further talks with the other X-Laws members about the partnership.

And so, they start off as business partners, to slowly becoming friends and had slow burn romance.

When Jeanne reunited with Ren again and became business partners, while mostly friendly around him, Ren feels she's distant at times as it took a while for her to let her walls down and open up since she thinks Ren dislikes her (This later gets disproven by Ren and he also apologizes to her for his past actions he did when they were kids)

At one point they were talking about their goals (Jeanne was the first to start a conversation) and they both realize they're trying to aim for the same goals: World peace. This would later spark up a friendship between them and they would slowly start hanging out and talking to each other more as they both enjoyed each other's company and have shared things in common together. This in return, also made Ren open up to Jeanne

As time pass on, they eventually got to learn more things about each other; Jeanne opening up about her childhood and what it was like, Ren in return doing the same. They would also talk about their painful past childhood experiences and traumas, sympathizing with one another in which they eventually bonded over and becoming closer ever then before. At this point Jeanne also starts to develop a crush on Ren. (Technically Jeanne fell first and then shortly Ren afterwards)

Although she has a crush, at first she thinks it will only be temporary and feels that Ren may not harbor the same feelings as her (Which she is also afraid of rejection) Then she starts to worry, thinking if she deserves to be in love and deserves to be happy despite the awful traumatic damages she has done in the past. But eventually it didn't became temporary and Jeanne can't help but fall in love with Ren further and further.

On the other hand, Ren fell for Jeanne but harder.

So yeah that was most of how it went down according to my imagination.

a calico is not a breed but rather a coat descriptor, a calico is a cat of any breed who displays an even coverage of three different colours, which is why i like to imagine that shes a calico norweigan forest cat, mostly because those cats are known to be absolutely bloody massive and according to the height chart (yes headcANON is old, old) molly is 7'4, plus they are very soft and fluffy

to me she literally looks like spottedleaf from warrior cats, just fluffier

this also makes me hc that if she were to be a human, she would be norweigan/slavic

she has heterochromia, one green eye and one blue eye and she used to be a bit self conscious about it but as soon as she hit her twenties like with most insecurities she just stopped caring

molly always had an interest in science, particularly in living sciences such as biology, ecology, zoology, and also monster-ology? bestiology? the study of monsters, i like to imagine this was spurred on from her childhood, i can see her coming from a family where her mum or dad was very sickly maybe with an incurable disease and so she wanted to set out and cure it, so she absolutely jumped at the opportunity to work for the council - to bad it wasnt everything she'd hoped it would be

perhaps molly may also be genetically prone to developing this disease later on in life, which would just make her want to research it even more

i also think she'd come from a working class family, she had to start working from quite a young age and throughout her time at college and uni

she is hard of hearing! because i am too, and shes one of my favourite characters :))

i think collars are a sort of fashion piece for cat monsters (dog monsters too), molly wears one, it was given to her by her mum, its a small green collar with a golden bell on it

her handwriting is really elegant, but most of the time she has to write quite quick so it turns into doctor-scratch

she was really good friends with life, i think theyd have tea together in life's garden

paints her claws :) probably pink or blue, takes real good care of em

she never really thought she would have kids, mostly because she doesnt like men lol, but she was open to adoption and has always been quite motherly and caring since she grew up the oldest out of her siblings

when she was unofficially tasked with looking after error, this side of her really came out, and she didnt quite know how to feel about it, she shouldnt be so nice to someone to like error, hes hurt people and if he wasnt so heavily drugged up, he could kill her too, but she didnt think he was like that, she saw the good in him, she listened to him babble on about the goings on inside of his dreams, and they would have short, disjointed conversations where she would ask him what was important to him, who he loved, his favourite food - she saw the side of him no one believed existed

she had nightmares for several nights leading up to the date of error's execution, worried that something would go wrong, worried that nothing would go wrong, worried that she'd be haunted by him knowing that this wasnt right

she used to have a big crush on sf!undyne, that attraction quickly died when she realised just how cruel she could be

on mollys breaks, she goes and writes haikus, it calms her down :)

Zoom Version 6.0.0 Release Offers a New Look and New Features

On April 15, 2024, Zoom released version 6.0 of the Zoom meeting client. Here are a few key new features:

Zoom app is now named Zoom Workplace

Updated look and feel, with customizable toolbar within meetings

The Crane Husband, Kelly Barnhill (Tor­dotcom 978-1-250-85097-3, $19.99, 128pp, hc) February 2023.

Kelly Barnhill’s When Women Were Drag­ons ranked pretty high on my list of last year’s outstanding fantasy novels, a highly original combination of feminist coming-of-age tale, alternate history period piece, and metamor­phosis myth, all cast in the form of a memoir, or what used to be called a personal history. That combination of domestic realism and family strife with high-concept fantasy bor­dering on absurdism is at work again in The Crane Husband, which is a variant retelling of the Japanese folktale ‘‘The Crane Wife’’ (which gets briefly recounted in the text, and which was also the source of a Patrick Ness novel a few years ago).

In Barnhill’s near-future version, the widowed mother of a rural Midwestern family shows up for dinner look­ing disheveled and bringing along an enor­mous wounded crane – complete with hat and glasses – whom she insists the children call Father. The children are the 15-year-old narrator and her six-year-old brother Michael, who live on farmland long since taken over by corporations who run all the regional farms remotely, using robot tractors and drones. The mother is a talented but distracted fabric art­ist who, even before the crane arrives, ‘‘lived in her own head sometimes,’’ leaving it up to the teenage daughter to manage household and business affairs, as did the similarly bright but rebellious teenager in When Women Were Dragons. At one point, the premise of that novel seems to be alluded to when the mother insists that ‘‘On the farm… mothers fly away like migrating birds,’’ while the fathers die young and the children find themselves saddled with unwelcome responsibilities.

Once the crane arrives, the dreamily infatu­ated mother becomes even more erratic and secretive. She no longer allows the children to visit her studio, where she hides out with the crane, supposedly working on some sort of tapestry masterpiece. (In the original tale, it’s the crane wife who produces her art in secret.) She grows gaunt and pale, showing up for breakfast with cuts and abrasions, which she shrugs off even as the daughter has to treat her wounds. The narrator is also left to deal with managing the family business (under the guise of a fictional online agent named Bruce), as well as fending off a snoopy social worker, her teachers, and her school princi­pal. But as the mother’s distraction leads to declining sales of her art and of her artisan cheese, the family descends into near-poverty, until the narrator becomes convinced that she must face some dramatic choices.

As with When Women Were Dragons, Barnhill’s convincing depiction of a family under stress and a girl’s discovery of her own agency is far more interesting than the crane himself, who first shows up as an almost comi­cal figure (with that hat and those spectacles) and later turns into an emblem of sexual obsession with more than a few undertones of toxic masculinity – a kind of cross between a cartoon bird and Stanley Kowalski. While the crane-mother relationship may be the main plot engine, the depiction of the mother’s commitment to her art is an insightful exploration of the relationship between inspiration and obsession. But the relationships that give the novella its deepest resonances are those between the narrator and her little brother, and (in a few flashbacks) with her late father. Like Kelly Link, Barnhill has a keen eye for the disturbing subtexts of a familiar tale, and a distinctive talent for making that tale her own, in this case through a shrewd combina­tion of near-future SF, economic stress, family dynamics, and pure magic.

If you are the Swapfell’s Humans or deem who they claim CLOSE; And this shit happens to you?I suggest the one who did it run. Try to hide their tracks. Literally disappear from the city, maybe move to another country…

Cause-… Hooo BOY. Both brothers will Be. On. Their. Ass.

They are very protective of those they care for; Whether it be for each others S/Os, friends, but mainly- Their own S/O’s. 

Friends and their sibling-in-laws; They won’t do much… They will probably give back what they gave them. Maybe go and ‘Forget’ their tied up body on some random ass building. Scare them shitless. 

But… Their S/O’s?…. That-…No matter where they run, they cannot hide. They will find the fucks, they will slowly drag their beaten to a pulp selves back to their basement, and they. Will Not. Allow them to leave until they feel pleased as peaches that they have to toss their corpse somewhere in a dessert or some random shithole. 

Cars? Will be keyed and taken apart, or maybe breaks will be mysteriously dried out?…

Muggers? Well… Least the city will sleep peacefully for a night after what they get done with them. Kill them? Beat them senseless until they swear to get on a good leaf? Who knows, depends on if they so much as tried to murder their loved ones.

Lasting scars, broken bones… They will tell their friends of how it makes them just that much cooler, to wear it with pride, to be proud that they lived through it! Just like them! And how they match and how-… It won’t ever happen again. 

Mutts healing is out of the world good- Bones will be eased easily… However, if it has been a while for skin, yes you will have scars… But it doesn’t mean to be sad of them! Fuck, Mutt will make sure you enjoy your scars, he would trace it continuously and give you gentle rubs and loving kisses all over them, no matter where or what they are of… He will always love you, scars or not; It makes you just as badass if not more so than before!

Black… He will make sure you get to places with him by your side so nothing ever happens to you. Either by him saying something along the lines that you cannot fend for yourself, or watch your surroundings; It’s mainly his protective side acting up to where he wants to make sure you get to your next area unharmed. If he can’t do it?… He will send the bunnyguards your way. Maybe even his brother if he’s willing. Either way; You will have someone literally walk you to and fro everywhere… And daily training sessions to get some guarding up in you. And while you sleep beside him?… He will trace and lovingly kiss those scars, and he will be proud of you for staying alive from it all. He will voice his love for you behind closed doors and he will make sure you feel as beautiful as the day before any accidents happened… 

Either way, the bros got your back and will not ever allow you out of their sights again… Unless, well. You’re able to defend your weak ass self… And watch/notice things… And-

that’s right - the lil doge is the US Dog, and the big one is the SF Dog. but rather than be adorable nuisances, they are absurdly helpful.

... that said, SF Helpful Dog has a tendency to be aggressively helpful. as in, he can and does pick up lost humans in his mouth (gently though, really, so long as you’re a Friend) and will just... carry them like a lost pup back to where they belong. one time, Russ threw a bone for HD, and HD came back with his long lost gameboy that had been missing for years.
