After the battle for Doma Castle, Hien is thoughtful, and tired. A brief encounter with Magnai leaves him thinking more on his new allies. This is a little thought I had and wanted to put down in words. It's meant as a developing relationship, but it can also be read as budding friendship.

After the battle, and his impromptu speech, Hien takes a moment. He sits on a broken wall. Yugiri is next to him, silent and somber.
The plan worked. They’ve won. The Viceroy slain, Doma Castle theirs – what’s left of it at any rate, but it was truly worth it.
Doma is free.
There is already a celebration in progress, and he should join. The remaining Xaela warriors are mingling with the Domans, drawing some curious glances, but mostly people are happy to welcome new-found allies.
No one thinks of their losses now.
He still hears the ring of Yotsuyu’s gun. The building collapsing behind him.
A shadow falls across him, and Magnai is there, tall and broad and a wide grin on his face.
“Greeting Lord of Doma! Did I not say the sun would bring you victory!”
“That you did.” Hien offers a tired smile.
Magnai seems to bounce off his feet, the adrenaline of battle clearly still in his veins. His fiery eyes seem to appraise Hien, or mayhap look for something in Hien’s own face. He is too tired to analyze the look, outside Magnai’s joy of battle.
“I hope there is further chance of glorious battles in the future. The ironmen are no match for the might of the Steppe.”
What his people need is peace, but Hien bites his tongue. It wouldn’t do to insult Magnai, or be insulted. In all fairness, he’s never sure which will happen with Magnai. He settles for a simple nod. The war is far from over. There will be plenty of Garleans lingering, he suspects, not to mention freeing Ala Mhigo. Lyse and her people deserve freedom as much, but today his thoughts return to the rubble and watery grave of Gosetsu.
Magnai frowns, and then he nods back. He puffs up his chest somehow, seeming even wider and taller.
“A warrior’s death is something to be celebrated, the sun itself will tell of his glorious deeds.” Magnai pauses, and trails off, “but, ah… I…”
Hien merely feels tired.
Magnai’s hand lands somewhat awkwardly on Hiens shoulder, squeezes and lingers for a moment. Then he lets go, and he stalks off without another word.
“I wonder what that was about.” Hiens eyes follow Magnai as he leaves. He can’t help but think he missed something.
“Perhaps he meant to offer reassurance, or congratulations, my Lord,” Yugiri offers.
“Mayhap.”
Magnai joins Daidekul and his other comrades, sneering at Sadu who grins fiercely. Taunting him, he supposes. Internal strife aside, they are nevertheless all strong allies. Magnai – overly boastful or not, is in fact radiant in battle. Not that Hien will let him know. But as an ally, he can think of few others who’d have made fiercer force.
“I should have thanked him. Praised him. This would have been a good opportunity to solidify the relationship. Doma needs all the allies she can get - and if I am to lead her, I cannot let personal mood and matters interfere.”
“My lord,” Yugiri says, a gentle reproach in her voice. “You are allowed a rest. We’re – the victory had a cost.”
She looks full of earnest faith in him, and it gives him strength. He will be the leader his people need. For his parents, for Gosetsu. For Yugiri. For every Doman.
“Thank you, Yugiri.”
And as for the Xaela, and Magnai, there will be a time to meet again, a time to build the allies Doma needs. He looks at the revelry, where Magnai lifts a waterskin; likely not holding water, drinks and laughs, his horns gleaming in the light of the setting sun. No matter what Magnai meant, it was just briefly uncharacteristically heartfelt, and Hien may not be entirely averse to deal with Magnai once more.

Nhaama
Magani: I've been thinking, Warrior mayhaps you are my Nhaama
Nora: *blinks twice* Huh? M-Me?
Magnai: Would you take the throne with me?
Nora: *turns red* Huh?!
Alphinaud: *watches from afar and pouts*
Alisaie: You don't seem thrilled
Alphinaud: That Oronir Leader is looking for someone to become his "Nhaama" he thinks Nora might be the one *crosses his arms and huffs*
Alisaie: Hm, I never thought Nora would become royalty
Alphinaud: *groans and walks over to Nora* Nora
Nora: Yes?
Magani: *glares at Alphinaud*
Alphinaud: *smiles* May we talk real quick?
Nora: S-Sure *looks at Magani* You don't mind do you?
Magani: Of course not...
Alphinaud: *walks away with Nora before glaring back at Magnai* ...
Nora: *sighs* Thanks for getting me out of there, he was starting to get closer
Alphinaud: I could tell, you should probably tell him your not so he won't raise his hopes too much
Nora: If I didn't know I'd say you sound jealous
Alphinaud: *blushes* Preposterous, I just rather not you toy with his feelings and make him believe in something that's false is all
Nora: *raises one eyebrow* And if it's not false?
Alphinaud: ... *looks at Nora with his eyes narrowed* I'd be rather displeased
Nora: So you ARE jealous
Alphinaud: *ducks his head* Suppose I could be a tad jealous
Nora: Don't worry, I'm not interested in him, I was already planning to shut it down
Alphinaud: *blushes* So how come you didn't already say so to me?
Nora: *winks* I like messing you with is all
Alphinaud: Oh ha ha
Nora: *smiles and goes back to Magnai* Forgive me Oronir, but I am most definitely not your Nhaama *gives an Eastern bow* Have a good day *walks off*
Magnai: A-Ah... H-How--
Nora: *walks over to Alphinaud* Feel better now?
Alphinaud: I have nothing to say to you *pouts*
Nora: Heh *puts one hand on Alphinaud's head and grins* Let us depart from here

Magnai must bring the light's warmth upon his Nhaama who has been kept in the dark for far to long. (I'm sorry I just had to put it like that it's just so funny to me.)
Annnnd my mind went to something dirty
Because of course it did
(Magnai telling his Nhaama how pretty he is and running his hands over all the sensitive spots that Blue doesn’t know of and cataloguing each reaction he gets.)
AHEM
But also. I’m just. Imagining in SB when the WoL and co are dragged to the Dawn Throne and. When Blue shows up everyone stops what they’re doing and stares.
Because Blue left and it’s been almost two years since he’s been in Oronir clan Territory despite all the letters he and Magnai send back and forth and people were beginning to wonder if Blue would ever come back
Surprise he’s back!
Surprise Magani’s tough exterior melts when he sees Blue again and just kinda drags Blue into a hug and then he sits on his throne again with Blue in his lap.
Lyse’s brain has stopped working. Hein is Shook. Gotesu makes a remark about Enduring Love
Blue Sighs. And presses a kiss to Magnai’s jaw.
“You can let me go now,” Blue says. “You’ve made your point.”
“I don’t believe I have.” I missed you is unsaid.
