i exclusively only fly Southwest if i can help it and they have only been good to me. they are always nice and work out everything (i mean EVERYTHING, you don't have to do anything, they will figure it out and then tell you where to go) if there is an issue, and apologize the whole time. i used to travel a lot and always ALWAYS had issues and no empathy from other airlines, so we said fuck it, SW only from now on, and have had no complaints for 15+ years. southwest fucking w

Nearly every flight in the U.S. is grounded right now following a CrowdStrike system update error … but not Southwest Airlines flights. Southwest is still flying high, unaffected by the outage that’s plaguing the world today, and that’s apparently because it’s using Windows 3.1.

Good lord. I don't know if I should laugh or cry over this.

#MY BOY SOUTHWEST 👏👏👏👏👏#one time my plane had no air conditioning so they couldn't let anyone on and scrambled to reassign everyone #i waited in line at the service desk until i checked my reservation and it just. had changed to a new plane.#I didn't have to do shit! they just did it!#and my subsequent changed layover was in a BETTER AIRPORT #and i WASN'T EVEN LATE GETTING HOME??? like MAYBE an hour despite the initial delay #being easily 4 hours #i literally don't know how they do it #whatever isn't broke doesn't need fixin
