Michael, 23, lives alone in the old, molding Afton family home in the woods on the outskirts of town. Having suffered a traumatic event as a child, his head being crushed within the jaws of one of his fathers machines, he remembers very few details of his childhood or family. Now, he works with Henry Emily to put an end to his fathers sins, living out his days in front of a TV, or monitors, and waiting to die.
