Jane: "was forced into prostitution by her boyfriend and sister, was forced to take drugs against her will, was blackmailed into keeping it up, had to get an abortion because of the men assualting her, suffered through all of this while watching her underage students being forced into it right next to her, and then her sister murdered her. and she did nothing wrong ever."

Mhok: "The way the show introduced him having a pretty intense psychological trauma stemming from the death of his sister, then used it against him to create unnecessary conflict and finished it off with the narrative painting him as the one being in the wrong. I still don't understand why he had to grovel for forgiveness. Justice for Mhok honestly"

Mhok's love for the people around him and the way he gives of himself no matter how little he has, the way he hides his pain and negative sides from the people he loves, the way he tries to be everything to everyone, to fix relationships, to protect people, to love them all so whole-heartedly that he asks nothing of them in return save their happiness and their smiles... and cannot let himself ask anything in return because he is too set on protecting them and loving them and keeping them safe... Mhok is so well illustrated in Rung's car, turning off the radio because he is shattering inside while hiding his pain entirely from Day. He takes on everyone's pains and needs all around him and takes their smiles as proof he's fine.
