SRA, SUBURBAN COLLECTOR, MCGM, MUMBAI POLICE, MMRDA, & Political leaders who has supported to builders by giving letter to govt authority. If any one wants to spoil their service by doing malpractice and Interfair in my matter or my family I will revert them at that time builder and their higher authority will not help to those staff as I had done to adani staff. Time is a biggest justice. Even session court judge has supported to malpractice I. E. FIR registered by govandi police station against me at 12pm and adani vigilance raid my house at 12.45pm I don't know how clock is route and like so many proof is available with me. And in another case builder lady staff put fake complaint against me and my trustee member in 2018 in fact since on that day builders work stop even I had a proof and evidence that I will furnish when trails will start in court my next date is on Aug 2021 I had given letter to kurla court no 52 judge even he has not accept my letter he told me without lawyer I can't argument with out lawyer as per our Indian constitutional rights I can fight my case by my self. As per my view every where it's business without ₹power poor people will not get proper justice for that only I will bring $power for getting justice. My case will fight by those lawyer who follows the 7lamps of ADVOCACY as per our Dr. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR Constitutional rights.

Even Wadhwa group has mail me mentioning that they had hand over the project to radius group and radius builder LLP Partner Deserve builder and his uneducated staffs are playing with me. They had brought me in temple I. E. Court and now I am feeding them a prasad.

I am not against the development I know that principal builder Mr. Sanjay C Director of M/s. radius builder BKC ONE owner is putting money and earning money, as it's business rules.

Suburban collector is unanswerable even not given feedback to bombay high court letter, now it's mcgm turn issued property card / tax account to builder by paying 5lacs and outstanding amount of ₹42cr is pending to pay. Mcgm commissioner will be answerable to court and will mcgm will provide same facility to another poor builders of mumbai????

With the help of corrupt rcf police staff and builders staff they tried to put PR BOND against me, for the same I had put complaint against them in HUMAN RIGHT MAHARASHTRA against corrupt ACP I will display his name. With one fake case register against me police officer issued PR bond to me. I had asked what is PR bond and I am not a criminal. I had given written application to Mr. Sayyed chairman of human right with so many point. My first point was how many cases has to be need for PR bond. As a founder of NGO and no cases registered against me at the age of 38 my first case was registered in 2018 and for responsible person was Mr. Raju kedhare chief promoter, deserve builder manager Mr. Mahesh sawant now they are under ground unable to face the people and more than 3000 people are not getting their rents from builder and builder is also paid 50+cr loan penalty to yes bank.

I wrote that in my letter to a head of media who wanted me to be present for a celebration of my 50 years .. 

and more .. 

“Thank you for inviting me to the 20th edition of  Awards being held in March,  at MMRDA Ground, BKC Mumbai. You earlier very graciously mentioned, how you were contemplating honouring me for my 50 years in the Film Industry. To be honest, I have never given any importance to this issue and wish to keep away from any such activity. The accolades and epithets that come my way are undeserving and I am not comfortable with them. The love, affection and care of well wishers, is all that matters to me.”

.. and that shall be the reserve and content of every such desire of my 50 years  .. !

पचास साल क्या हो गए , मानो जैसे पूरा ब्रह्मांड ही हिल गया हो उनके लिए  ! अरे भैया , क्या कर लोगे चार ठो माला , एक दुशाला , एक ताम्बे लोहे की बनी खिलक़िलाती प्रतिमा , और ५ सहपठियों के मधुर भाषण से ?

अगर सम्मानित करना ही है तो , उन सज्जन महिला पुरुषों को सम्मानित कीजिए , जिन्होंने इतने वर्ष अपना बहुमूल्य समय , अपनी पारिश्रमिक कमायी , और अपनी लगन से मुझे जीवित रकखा  । और एक साधारण से आम व्यक्ति को , उसकी सीमित कला प्रदर्शन को झेला  !

BUT .. yes .. contributing to society .. not one or one class, but to all, for the betterment and good , is by example to express a following .. a following not of the numbers in the social media terminology, which is so misleading and fallacious, but of example, so many others follow suit, is the offering that ONE makes which brings respectful fruit .. for humanity !  

YES .. so yesterday more has been done .. 2084 .. that’s right .. two thousand and eighty four farmers from the State of Bihar , have been identified and their loans paid off by me, to relieve them of the burden of debt .. money gone to the Bank where they had held the loan and unable to clear .. 

This is not self aggrandisement .. it is the self in desire to set example for others to be coaxed into doing similar ..  so that, many many more that suffer the embarrassment of unpaid dues .. that suffer the embarrassment of their self esteem .. that suffer the extreme resolve ; their ultimate escape from it all through suicide .. be avoided .. and allow them to live another day in the happy company of their family and their farming fields .. the fields they tend for us to be fed .. 

.. the अन्नदाता , must survive , for us to survive in turn ..

DECORATE THEM .. not me ..

( i mention here .. for .. the topic and content is not enticing enough for head line mention, nor is there a dress code conduct under trial as you emerge from airport, spa, restaurant .. nor who’s hand you hold or which garment leaves impression, nor the quality and label of your footwear or clutch .. )

‘क्या करूँ सामवेदना लेकर तुम्हारी क्या करूँ ‘ .. really what shall I do with your sympathy

Or really .. what can I do with your questioning .. what answers do I give .. or can give .. would they be sufficient .. let me be of some wisdom ..

NEVER ! never shall any ever be of an sufficiency  .. 

तीर चल चुका है ; या तो चिड़िया की आँख देखो  , या पेड़ पौदे  !!

Once pulled by bow, the arrow shall find its destination what ever it be .. it cannot be reloaded to find righteous direction again in GPS assistance ! Never mind what it may have done in its travel , before and after .. that displaced air is now displaced hemisphere ..
