REVIEWING THE CHARTS: 23/03/2024 (V of BTS and... Mark Knopfler?)
It’s a short week, largely to prepare for what chaos should be coming the next, but right at the top, Benson Boone clenches his first ever #1 with “Beautiful Things”. I know pretty much no-one who cares about pop music on a deeper level likes this song, but hey, if I’m the only person happy about this other than Booner Boy himself, I’ll take it. Welcome back to REVIEWING THE CHARTS!
Rundown
Given our few new songs, we also only have a handful of notable dropouts to start with, so we’ll bid adieu to the small but decent selection of “Could You be Loved” by Bob Marley & The Wailers, “Angel Numbers / Ten Toes” by Chris Brown, “My Love Mine All Mine” by Mitski and finally, “Disconnect” by Becky Hill and Chase & Status.
As for what’s back, we see returns for “Asking” by Sonny Fodera and MK featuring Clementine Douglas at #73 and, sigh, “Someone You Loved” by Lewis Capaldi at #68, and then a spattering of gains. Our most notable boosts are for “if u think i’m pretty” by Artemas at #59, “Wasted Youth” by goddard. and Cat Burns at #58, “We Ain’t Here for Long” by Nathan Dawe at #55, “Happier” by The Blessed Madonna featuring Clementine Douglas at #54, “Thank You (Not So Bad)” by a bestiary of enemies to good taste at #50, “Green & Gold” by Rudimental and Skepsis featuring Charlotte Plank and Riko Dan at #43, “Birds in the Sky” by NewEra at #34, “Never Lose Me” by Flo Milli surging high and fast up to #23 thanks to her releasing an album that includes a pretty great remix of the song featuring Cardi B and SZA, and then “Austin” by Dasha at #15, “Lovers in a Past Life” by Calvin Harris and Rag’n’Bone Man at #14 and finally, making his way into the top 10 for the first time, “Scared to Start” by Michael Marcagi at #10.
Our top five this week consists of “End of Beginning” by Djo at #5, “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims at #4, “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” by Beyoncé at #3, “we can’t be friends (wait for your love)” by Ariana Grande at a new peak of #2 off of the debut, that could grab a week at the top soon, and of course, Benny Boone at #1. Now for our four new songs, which feel like names picked out of a hat and placed onto the chart.
New Entries
#60 - “Been Like This” - Meghan Trainor and T-Pain
Produced by Gian Stone and Grant Boutin
This is a joke, right? Or a soundtrack to a reality television competition, or daytime talk show? T-Pain has grown into his role as wholesome cuddly media figure surprisingly well and a collaboration with Meghan Trainor, whilst demonic, seems to be the best way to seal that position, with this being the lead single for her next album… Timeless. Well, that’s one thing to call your music. Mean jokes aside, hey, T-Pain is here so at least there’ll be some genuine, not as obnoxious charisma? Well, first of all, it’s electro swing, so my first instinct is to step away from my laptop, keel over and die, especially when Meghan starts to singing about how she keeps it juicy and then eventually that she’s “still that bitch”, as if she was ever that bitch to begin with. There’s something so cynical about Trainor’s vocals that I didn’t notice just the true extent of until T-Pain came in with an infectious call-and-response and weirdly-mixed but fun-extruding harmonies that almost would convince me on the entire song if he didn’t have to play to Meghan’s lack of personality, especially when placed against each other in the bridge. T-Pain can sell this as some goofy cartoon clown, but it probably wouldn’t charted without Ms. Trainor, who brings pretty much nothing to the song other than taking it a tad too seriously, despite the fact that there’s no reason, lyrically, for this to even be a duet. Also, Meghan, I’m not sure you can even sing the line about GRAMMYs in T-Pain’s verse on the account of you only have one.
#52 - “Never be Lonely” - Jax Jones and Zoe Wees
Produced by Jax Jones, Mark Ralph, Neave Applebaum and Tom Demac
I actually really like Jax Jones’ producer tag, it’s cute and rhythmic, has a little stutter to it. It’s nice. I have to say more than that, don’t I? I have to acknowledge Zoe Wees’ voice being misued and manipulated to just sounding characterless, I have to acknowledge how this heavily interpolates the drop from “Rhythm is a Dancer” by Snap!, one of the best Eurodance songs ever despite some… regrettable lines. It spent six weeks at #1 in 1992, blocking off Jimmy Nails, Freddie Mercury, Luther Vandross, Janet Jackson and of course, “Ebenezer Goode” by the Shamen from the top spot, before reappearing in remixed form in 2003 and 2008, reaching the top 40 again both times. “Never be Lonely” doesn’t work as an update of the song because of completely different lyrical content that I actually hate, asking someone to tell her how it feels that she’ll always be there for them, it’s really patronising and weird. It doesn’t work as a reimagining or reinterpretation because it goes for the same tone, and doesn’t adopt or adapt any of the original lyrical conceits. The one thing it does have is a Cascada remix. Yes, that Cascada. I have no idea why, but it exists.
#18 - “Going Home” (Theme from Local Hero) - Mark Knopfler’s Guitar Heroes
Produced by Guy Fletcher
Oh, so I guess this episode really will get as serious as cancer. This one might take a while to explain. So in 1983, Bill Forsyth wrote and directed Local Hero, a highly-acclaimed comedy drama that is actually former US Vice President Al Gore’s favourite film. Its soundtrack features a five-minute instrumental piece known as the “Theme of the Local Hero”. I’ve never seen the film so I don’t know how exactly it appears or makes sense within its narrative but I do know it has far transcended its origin. “Going Home” was the first single in Mark Knopfler’s solo career and has become a staple in both his and his band’s live performances, as well as becoming another theme, now for Knopfler’s home football team, Newcastle United. It’s probably the most lukewarm take of all time to say that “Going Home” is a beautiful piece, it honestly gives me goosebumps from its transcendent new-age introduction and excellently distant sax from Michael Brecker, that eventually transform into a very 80s-sounding but still profoundly triumphant jam that emulates the feeling of a journey in the UK pretty well. Maybe that’s what the film’s about, I don’t know. It peaked at #56 in 1983, whilst Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse of the Heart” was #1 - good week for rock epics, I guess.
If you know Knopfler from anything, it’s likely his band Dire Straits, one of the few important British rock bands that hit #1 in the States and never back over here on the islands - their #1 is of course “Money for Nothing”. The legacy of Dire Straits is not something tangible for me or that I’ve ever really understood, their sound was varied and evolved through what was ultimately a very short career. They’re not a legendary act but are still big names and incredibly well-connected, especially Knopfler, who has played and produced extensively for many artists and soundtracks. In January, Knopfler sold over 100 of his guitar and amp equipment at auction and in March, he’s compiled a charity ensemble to cover “Going Home” in support of cancer awareness.
Its status as a charity single is the only possible explanation for why this nearly 10 minute instrumental piece even touched the charts let alone the top 20, but it is stuffed with big names, from rock icons like Brian May, RIngo Starr and Joan Jett and newer cats like Sam Fender and Orianthi to genuine oddballs like Keiji Haino and head-scratching inclusions like, uh, Brad Paisley, who I will only ever remember for “Accidental Racist”. There are over 60 musicians on this record and damn near all of them contributed through their guitar playing, other than Ringo on drums, The Who’s Roger Daltrey on my favourite, the harmonica (that you can barely hear at times - Daltrey’s harmonica should be put to better use), and a few others. You can tell that Fletcher and Knopfler did their best job to try and collate recordings that were clearly from different times, places, equipment set-ups and audio qualities, but this is still basically a meandering pile of guitar overdubs that lasts longer than some full EPs and doesn’t really let you register any single guitarist as them playing. The collectiveness of it may just be the point, to show a united front against cancer or what have you, and there’s definitely a lot to appreciate if you’re an in-depth fan of guitar playing or a guitarist yourself, of which I’m not. I will admit, this is genuinely impressively easy to sit through for how lengthy it is, largely because of the dexterity on display, the fact that the melody of the original “Going Home”, even when developed on in the many ways it is within this piece, is still so infectious, and also because it comes out of not just cynical philanthropy but a genuine passion for the guitar as an instrument. The cover art is a Sgt. Peppers parody of the musicians standing in front of a famous guitar shop in London, and the wide array of musicians from a lot of different genres, eras and even techniques shows how wide and universal this feels an appreciation of the guitar… but I’ll say what my dad always said about Dire Straits (because, really, dads are the only people with viable Dire Straits opinions): “it all becomes much of a muchness.” My favourite of theirs is “Walk of Life” by the way, it’s so goofy. Love it.
#14 - “FRI(END)S” - V
Produced by Connor McDonough and Riley McDonough
V is the latest of the BTS boys to release a solo English single, seemingly leading towards a solo career like Jung Kook, with credits stacked full of Anglophone pop songwriters and production from the McDonough brothers that results in a very serviceable pop song that I’m not sure would get much attention outside of the fact that it’s a BTS member, hence why sales jacked this one’s chart position up so high. It’s not a bad little song at all, in fact I like the distorted guitar lick and the amount of emotion V shows in his vocals despite all the effects, he has a real unique texture against the slodgier indie drums and the infectious bed of harmonies in the pre-chorus. The one way I could see this getting big organically would be that fun albeit gimmicky chorus that makes this an anti-climactic friend zone anthem, though the gimmick wears off after the second time and doesn’t really develop into anything new in the second chorus other than some pretty gross, reverb-drenched spectacle. I usually wouldn’t give this manufactured bedroom pop much more of the time of day but there’s not much in the way of obnoxious performance or toxic lyrics here, it’s just that it really could be any other vaguely bitter male singer’s song. The first most obvious comparison is Joji due to their vocal textures, but Charlie Puth or Lauv could have easily made this work too, though probably not as well as V does here, especially not Puth. God, that would be horrible. Thank God for BTS that this song was never offered to Puth (not that he’d accept a song he didn’t spend 20 hours writing and producing himself, of course). Ugh, enough Puth talk, let’s end the episode.
Conclusion
God, this was not a great week, huh? Even if I’m not fussed about the new version, the composition of “Going Home” makes Mark Knopfler and friends get a lock for Honourable Mention, and it really does end up as the song with the most - if not the only - human passion in this selection. Worst of the Week goes to Meghan Trainor, surprise, surprise, for “Been Like This” with T-Pain, and that’s all. Future, Shakira, O-Rod, Tyla, Hozier, Headie One, Artemas, Cardi B, Lil Nas X, Bryson Tiller, they could all hypothetically show up next week and it would be a big one, so prepare for that and who knows what else? It’s 2024, anything can chart. As for now, thank you for reading, rest in peace to Cola Boyy but we go on and I’ll see you next week!

I loved how Tang went off at the Mayor and really, there needed to be more moments of Angry Tang. That was Peak™. Mei’s parents withdrew her not too long after and got her started in being taught by private tutors. They had extended an invitation for MK to join as well in being taught by private tutors, like that headcanon we talked about. Pigsy and Tang consulted with MK about whether he wanted to accept the invitation or not, but he accepted because it meant being in the same class as Mei again, plus while he was doing alright in online school, MK did feel like he wasn’t being challenged as much with the coursework.
He was indeed stifled in his former “home” with his biological relatives, so MK couldn’t show how intelligent he actually was. With Pigsy and Tang, he flourished because they encouraged him to do his very best. That, and Sandy is a good therapist.
Mei’s parents did end up suing the school since they weren’t happy with the discrimination, especially as their daughter had noticeable differences from her peers. The only reason that Mei hadn’t been targeted was because she comes from a rich family. Many were trying to become Mei’s friends in the hopes she’d spend money on them. Like that would happen. 🙄
The brothers aren’t allowed to combine baking soda and vinegar without adult supervision. And just because Mei is older than MK by some months doesn’t make her an adult supervision! They tried using that excuse once. As you can guess, it didn’t work.
Right?! There’s so much potential with those powers! And yes, MK and Lloyd being around dragons does cause some powers of having dragon heritage to pop up. The first signs of their dragon heritage coming through is actually their eyes and teeth! MK and Lloyd have red eyes with veritable pupils, and have night vision. And their teeth are sharp, as sharp as fangs. They’ve got a really sharp bite. =3
MK does have advantages in this AU that makes his training as the Monkie Kid easier than what his training in canon was like. Since he has powers before his becoming the Monkey King’s successor, MK has a better understanding of needing to be careful with the powers he’s inherited thanks to being seen as worthy in being able to wield the staff. He still has difficulty adjusting because the powers are so different from what he’s used to, but they feel right in a way that until it’s found out the extent of his relationship with Wukong, he didn’t really understand. Since Garmadon entered the stage much earlier than before MK became the Monkey King’s successor, MK has combat experience. It’s actually because of Garmadon’s training that Wukong had an interest in the brothers, because Spinjitzu isn’t a well known fighting technique and can be very difficult to master. While MK and Lloyd keep their knowledge of Spinjitzu on the down-low, they still know how to fight without actually performing Spinjitzu.
Also, I’d like to point out that Spinjitzu can be learned by anyone, it just takes dedication to learn. =3
Macaque would indeed be very confused until he finds out the reason is because MK also has umbrakinesis. The shadows still have to follow commands, but that doesn’t mean they can’t hesitate when against another shadows-user.
While that’s a very funny mental image, unfortunately no. The shadows can’t disobey to that point, no matter how they might like to. However, MK controlling the Shadow Kaiju like a puppeteer would their puppets? Absolutely yes. The shadows are MK’s element. While Macaque is the original shadows-user in MK’s family, MK has oni blood bolstering the inherited shadow magic, and what’s more, I repeat, the shadows like MK a whole lot more than they do Macaque. Though MK’s control over Macaque’s Shadow Kaiju avatar isn’t absolute, and he can only cause it to hesitate against him at first because of it being a condensed shadow. MK is still weaker than Macaque in the beginning, even though MK’s got a ton of tricks up his sleeves.
Mei’s parents are indeed MK and Lloyd’s godparents! Mei’s parents had been the ones to raise the question to Pigsy and Tang in regards to that because they saw how well Mei got along with MK, they wanted to make Pigsy and Tang Mei’s godparents in case something happened to them because they knew that Pigsy and Tang would take good care of Mei. Pigsy and Tang had felt so honored, they had also asked if Mei’s parents wouldn’t do the same for MK in the event something happened to them, to which they agreed. Lloyd got added into that agreement when he came to live in Megapolis. So, when Wu tries contesting custody, Mei’s parents are ready to prove why that’s a Very Bad Idea™. ^w^
The Skulkin vehicles can cross dimensions. It’s an entrance worth noting. Also, because of the Skulkin vehicles being able to cross dimensions, the brothers were able to meet their father in person. Pigsy and Tang, Sandy, and Mei were also able to meet the brothers’ father in person. Underworld visit! They’re just careful to bring their own food. Remember the Greek mythology of Hades and Persephone?
At first, yes, they’re confused. It’s even a question DBK and PIF ask Garmadon while Red Son asks MK when the Monkie co. are at the Demon Bull family’s desert palace. MK reveals to Red Son that his father isn’t evil by choice, just cursed to be evil. Garmadon wants his sons to be as safe as they can be, but he also wants them to be happy. Those two desires can conflict with each other because to be happy isn’t always safe, and you can be miserable in safety. Garmadon reveals to DBK and PIF that he wants his sons to have the choice, one he never got to have. Whether they choose to become heroes or villains or even choose to simply be civilians, he just wants for them to have that choice.
That clears the confusion up pretty quickly for the Demon Bull family.
Red Son is a lot more respectful of MK. It’s a wary respect at first because he and his parents had been operating under the notion that MK was simply just some lucky peasant, being able to wield the staff. But with this newfound information of who MK and Lloyd’s father is, Red Son and his parents reconsider that thought and are more warily respectful since they’re not too sure how badly it would go for their family to antagonize the brothers anymore.
Garmadon doesn’t even need to be asked before going through the Underworld armory for any kind of weapons he can send to help out in the fight against the Lady Bone Demon. As soon as he hears about a great evil spirit having been released into the world and is gunning at killing his children, GarmaDad’s protective instincts had been riled up into wanting to tear her into bloody shreds. He was already on edge because of the Demon Bull family and Macaque, but this just completely ruins the party for him.
Lady Bone Demon notices there’s something familiar about the brothers, but doesn’t really put it together until she sees them using Spinjitzu. Her possession of DBK doesn’t really count because she’d been disoriented from being sealed for so long that she’d just been pushing her power in causing DBK to go crazy, so she couldn’t really see through his eyes like she could with Bai He. That’s when LBD realizes that FSM spawned, and his spawn had spawn of their own. Let’s just say, she and FSM have a history.
I also have plans for Bai He. Remember how I said Lloyd has friends from school? That’s one of his friends.
Ready to hear those revamped ideas? =3
@fancycat-thesilvertux How dare you! (Jk)

Name: Techniac
Subtype: Inanimate Possessor Demon
Type: Possessor Demon
Species: Demon
Other Names: Machine Master, Music Fiend, Sizoghuuhr (Luciferian), etc.
Location: Techniac can be found in any software, program, and machine on Earth as well as the Internet
Coloration: Yellowish-orange glowing spheres, blood red electricity, reddish-orange central core
Size: Any
Weight: Any
Language: Human, Binary, Luciferian
Personality: Arrogant, vulgar and violent. Techniac is a sadistic and music obsessed demon and assassin that enjoys torturing and killing any and all purely for fun. What better way to torture mortals than to possess the mortals' very own devices and machines as his own personal toys; the only thing he doesn't like is said toys turning on him or playing curtain types of music he hates
Abilities: Techniac, being one of the more unique types of possessor demon, has an assortment of abilities and powers he uses to torment and kill mortals to his twisted pleasures:
Metal Manipulation: Being a Inanimate Possessor Demon and one associated with metal, Techniac can manipulate metal such as controlling equipment made of metal or controlling the metal within the earth itself
Machine Possession: Techniac can take control machines of all types wither they by normal machines such as house hold appliances, vehicles, and basic computers to more sentient machines like robots, androids, and cyborgs. However, there comes the risk of possessing sentient machines as depending how advance their A.I. maybe, they would attempt to fight to regain control of their bodies similar to humans and other beings under possession of demons and spirits
Machine/Weaponry Conversion: Techniac can convert any type of machine into a deadly weapon and use them in the most craziest ways one can imagine such as microwaves shooting out fire, wires into whipping tentacles or concert lights shooting out deadly multicolored lasers
Assemble/Dismantle: Capable of manipulating any metal around him, Techniac can assemble himself a body made from scraps, broken equipment, and machine parts into the shape of whatever he wants but every form he takes always has a monitor which acts as his face so he can have the full affect into seeing his victims suffer
Energy Ball Form: Techniac's true form is that of a large glowing energy core which can form different layers of hellish electricity in order to keep his central core safe; his outer core is used mainly to imprison the A.I.s of whatever intelligent machine he gains control over
Electric Wave: Whatever metal body he makes, Techniac can fire a wave of hellish electric energy that can knock back tough opponents once their hit, however they go by in a pattern due to whatever music is on and can be easy to avoid once the pattern is figured out
Spawn Creation: Techniac was created from the act of hacking and disrupting machines, robots, and electronic for malicious intent
Info: Techniac is a sadistic possessor demon that can possess machines of all types in order to hunt down, torture, and kill his targets. Techniac was hired by the remaining Students of the Beacon in order to find the Mystery Kids and kill them.
Of course, after learning about a group of music artists from Vinyl City going on a world tour in order to promote a new source of energy powered by music as well as learning that one of said music artists is a group called 1010 (made up of five deadly military androids retrofitted into a heart throbbing boyband) arrived in Gravity Falls first before the rest showed up, Techniac couldn't resist as he managed to possess four out of five of the androids (as well as possess the floating factory that created them). One of the androids managed to escape and ended up at the Mystery Shack where the kids, upon befriending the distressed robot, found out the other possessed members tracked them and captured the gang and taking them to where their show was supposed to be held.
Lucky for them another band on the same world tour, Bunk Bed Junction, arrived after 1010 and managed to help the Mystery Kids free 1010 from Techniac's control and, with the three groups teaming up, defeat the psychotic demon assassin; with as the kids explaining to the two groups what the hell has been going on afterwards and maybe keeping in touch with each other incase similar occurrences happen again in the near future
P.S. For those who aren't familiar with whose the silhouette are supposed to be under Techniac, those belong to 1010

[12/6/2017 5:10:41 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Yup [12/6/2017 5:10:58 PM] Jecons: The only thing she might do would be talk to it, in her alone time or something [12/6/2017 5:11:05 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Get those passive aggressive eclipses out of here [12/6/2017 5:11:10 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Sure that's fine [12/6/2017 5:12:02 PM] Jecons: Do you wanna go over my build or just as long as I have it ready youre fine w/ it? [12/6/2017 5:24:33 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: I like seeing the pages so I can ask questions [12/6/2017 5:25:42 PM] Jecons: mk [12/6/2017 6:14:23 PM] Jecons: hey jeph [12/6/2017 6:14:32 PM] Jecons: are you doing Magic-Psionic transparency? [12/6/2017 6:14:48 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: What does that mean [12/6/2017 6:15:04 PM] Jecons: Magic can affect Psioncs and vice versa [12/6/2017 6:15:28 PM] Jecons: so if I had dispel psionics it could dispel a magic thing, or if I had Craft Wand, I could make a dorje [12/6/2017 6:16:39 PM] Jecons: same thing works if I had Spell Resistance, creatures would have to make Manifester Level checks in order to affect me with psionic powers [12/6/2017 6:23:09 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Nah [12/6/2017 6:25:41 PM] Jecons: oh you're not doing transparency? [12/6/2017 6:27:13 PM | Edited 6:27:13 PM] Jecons: I would suggest allowing it, unless you wanna mix things in that are psionic based, as demons and outsiders generally only have magic-based defenses [12/6/2017 6:30:00 PM] Jecons: like if you wanted to throw a Tarrasque at us I would be way more able to kill it because its Spell Resistance wouldn't block my Psionic powers [12/6/2017 6:30:36 PM] Jecons: or Golems, since they're immune to Magic only, I could effect them fully because they're not immune to Psionics [12/6/2017 6:31:02 PM] Jecons: its just an easy way for balancing imo [12/6/2017 7:49:11 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Hmm those are good points okay I changed my mind [12/6/2017 7:51:08 PM] Jecons: ok [12/8/2017 7:50:45 AM] Jecons: hey youre not busy right [12/8/2017 7:55:24 AM] Duke Daddy Dick: I'm on my at to work [12/8/2017 7:55:35 AM] Duke Daddy Dick: Way* [12/8/2017 7:56:03 AM] Jecons: ah dang [12/8/2017 9:13:14 PM] Jecons: hey jeph question for you [12/8/2017 9:16:28 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: sup [12/8/2017 9:18:32 PM] Jecons: as per RAW (rules as written) it states that the requirements for scribing a scroll is that the creator must know the spell or have it prepared as well as have any material components and foci the spell requires. as per the Magic Item Creation Rules, and prerequisites for creating and item can be waived by increasing the DC by 5 per waived prereq, with the EXCEPTION of the Item Creation Feat necessary. This is what allows spellcasters to make any wondrous item despite not having necessary spells [12/8/2017 9:18:44 PM] Jecons: Understand that so far? [12/8/2017 9:19:49 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: I think so [12/8/2017 9:20:00 PM] Jecons: ok [12/8/2017 9:22:29 PM] Jecons: As per RAW, there's nothing stating that one can or cannot make scrolls with spells of a certain level, which would mean it runs by the same general Magic Item Creation Rules [12/8/2017 9:22:50 PM] Jecons: my question to you is if you're cool with running it like that, as it's left to GM [12/8/2017 9:27:41 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: You mean making a spell higher than your level? [12/8/2017 9:28:51 PM] Jecons: Yeah. You wouldn't be able to cast it normally of course, but you could sell it or do other things with it [12/8/2017 9:35:01 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Nah [12/8/2017 9:35:10 PM] Jecons: mk [12/9/2017 4:46:09 PM] Jecons: oh hey quick question [12/9/2017 4:46:35 PM] Jecons: can I take these two feats? [12/9/2017 4:46:41 PM] Jecons: https://dndtools.net/feats/races-of-stone--82/earth-power--796/ https://dndtools.net/feats/races-of-stone--82/earth-sense--797/ [12/9/2017 4:54:56 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Sure [12/9/2017 4:58:00 PM] Jecons: cool [12/9/2017 5:06:06 PM] Jecons: What kind of feat would a paladin take first? [12/9/2017 5:06:56 PM] Jecons: It's for the NPC my PC engages with in her backstory. Either you can make her up or I can just cover it [12/9/2017 5:11:20 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Depends on what your paladin dies [12/9/2017 5:11:24 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Does* [12/9/2017 5:11:45 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: Tank? Front line fighter? Archer? Team facr? [12/9/2017 5:12:15 PM] Duke Daddy Dick: And I'm coming up with the rest or the session so you can cover it that would be cool [12/9/2017 5:14:09 PM] Jecons: Alright cool, I'll just fold it into her backstory then! [12/9/2017 5:14:17 PM] Jecons: I look forward to what you've got in store! :D

Nomadic Press, 2016 $12 https://www.nomadicpress.org/store/dearanimal
by Joshua Escobar
Does the ugly and monstrous within us threaten to destroy our intimate relationships? Poet MK Chavez isn’t afraid, she treats the monstrous as accomplice, as lover, as oracle in her 2016 collection, Dear Animal. The book sets out, in her words, “to re-imagine the Linnaean taxonomy from a feminist perspective.” Part bestiary, the poems explore sexuality through the body of a bear, vulva of a volcano, organs of frogs, skulls of dragonflies. In ‘The Affair,’ she writes, Nocturnal like most vermin we feed on remnants and on the soured breath of our lives.
Part love-letter to the “resilient feral female,” the poems rebuke the urbane distortion of women’s bodies by interrogating pain. In ‘Letters from an Animal,’ the poet asks: Dear, Why do you leave my blood steaming?
Dear, I liked it better when you were afraid of me.
Humor, knowledge and sensuality correlate in Dear Animal, as naturally as nipple, mouth, and liver. These poems offer the bizarre, profane, carnal multiplicity weeded out of mainstream culture. Take for example, “The Golden Ratio,” How many slashes make a slish? Exactly what makes a girl gash? Beholder of hidden flaws, foray into lux. These poems could make certain people afraid. And yet, afraid is the last thing I feel reading this erotic and estranged collection. These poems occur in a brute realm fashioned from the industrial reaches of Oakland, the mudflats in Berkeley, Hadrian’s lost Villa, a Napa Valley-based casino and brothel, San Quentin State Prison, her closet, your bedroom, the sewers of 19th-century Paris, where we “consider the body/ left on ground for hours. The world allowed to fester.” They happen during a nondescript orgy with all your friends, or on a Monday in the sleepy neighborhoods of El Cerrito.
They happen at dusk.

Type: Cartoon Cat
Species: Terror Toon
Other Names: Mr. Cat, Toon Cat, Kittytoon, Monster Cat
Location: Cartoon Cat is normally found in urban and suburban areas of the U.S.
Coloration: Black, white, gray, shades of red
Size: Any
Weight: Any
Language: Human
Personality: Cruel and twisted yet goofy and silly. Cartoon Cat is the most cruelest out of all the terror toons as he enjoy stalking and toying with his prey. His behavior is similar to that of a cartoon, the longer a cartoon plays the more the characters change over time and this applies to Cartoon Cat as he appears friendly at first but as the nights past he becomes more demented, cruel and terrifying until reaching his climax where the twisted cycle restarts itself
Abilities: Due to being a living cartoon, Cartoon Cat has the abilities and powers found within the more older classic cartoons such as the likes of Fleischer, Warner Bro., and Disney but much more frightening in the real world:
Eerie Tune: Whenever Cartoon Cat is nearby, an eerie sound can be heard. One resembling old timey music or the music old cartoon used to have in their shows
Rerun: Cartoon Cat's behavior towards his targets tend to follow a pattern, a pattern modeled after TV shows where someone watches a show and it ends only to see the same show again later on, as in a rerun. Cartoon Cat acts friendly at first but grows more hostel and twisted over time until at the end he turns violent & murderous only to act friendly the next day
Rubber Hosing: Cartoon Cat can bend, twist, and stretch his body into different shapes and forms, similar to the old Fleischer cartoons
Cartoon Logic: Like a cartoon, Cartoon Cat follows the same type of cartoon logic found in cartoons such as not dying from falling off of tall cliffs, receiving no injuries from bullets or fire, can't be ripped to shreds without reforming after, etc. this also applies to playing tricks and gags on humans found in cartoons; the only exception as to what can hurt a cartoon is by someone or something else following that same type of logic
Info: Cartoon Cat is a strange monster bearing resemblance to a Fleischer style cartoon. In fact he is a cartoon, a type of monster called a Terror Toon which are toons brought to life through different and forbidden means such as the use of black magic or in Cartoon Cat's case.......possession by a cosmic power and as a result end up turning into these twisted slasher smiling monsters. Mabel kept telling the rest of the Mystery Kids she's been seeing this strange cat creature every night but the others don't believe her, insisting it was some old cartoon she was watching late at night. It wasn't long until the sounds of old tunes started appearing in the Shack late that night... Side note: Did my own take on Cartoon Cat, a bit of a pain figuring out what he can do but I managed to come up something that could work Cartoon Cat (c) Trevor Henderson

He despises humans with a violent passion, modern trolls for their weak and lazy nature, fairies for banishing his kin to the mortal world and magic-users for cursing him and his kin to never touch sunlight (and for imprisoning him in his own realm). He sees himself and his followers (the First One Trolls) as apex predators and in turn superior to all other beings who they consider either as food or as possible slaves/brainwashed followers and will not hesitate to devour or dominate anyone who dares to challenge him
Abilities: Nadülar is a powerful Infernal Lord and treated like a god by the First Ones (and by any goblinoid who have grown power hungry) and as such can use powers not found by his kin or followers:
Troll Form: Nadülar's standard form, a large troll with dark red skin, thick patches of fur, large spikes, large lower jaw tusks, a thick mighty spiked tail, a crowned with large horns on his head, and glowing tattoos covering his muscled body. This form he would take the most whenever he travels his personal realm or resting in his castle
Monstrous Form: The great destroying form of Nadülar, a towering monstrosity with three sets of double jointed arms, large spikes jutting out of his back, three sets of eyes, a large fanged mouth with a massive tongue, and a massively fat torso so large that mundane weapons cannot pierce it
Gummy Form: If somehow Nadülar is greatly injured in either his Troll Form or Monstrous Form, his body will break down into smaller versions of himself called the Gummy Form, they resemble miniature versions of his Monstrous Form which he uses to either escape or swarm his enemies and devour them
Spawn Creation: Nadülar was believed to be spawned by mankind's fear of real trolls but some believe he was the original leader of the First One Trolls that became a demon after he was slain and rose to the ranks of Infernal Lord
Info: Nadülar is an ancient Infernal Lord worshiped by the First One Trolls who fought against early man in the ancient past and who wishes to gain access to the mortal world once again. After the Mystery Kids encounter the First Ones, they have been dealing with a growing number of goblinoid encounters through out Gravity Falls as well as demon encounters; of which Cross wonders if theirs a connection between the two until learning Eggs had been experiencing strange nightmares about trolls destroying Gravity Falls and a monstrous troll devouring Winnie and his friends
P.S. Similar to the Nightsneak Troll, Nadülar was partially inspired by the old troll design for the main villain Gunmar The Black from Trollhunters novel

Type: Cannibal Spirit
Species: Spirit
Other Names: Man-Eating Spirit, Verhungem (German), Peína (Greek), Holad (Belarusian), Alt'gji'nm (Mi'kmaq), Wiisini-Inini (Ojibwe), Hanealice (Arcane Tongue), Rih-Erenuzu (Uremehir), etc.
Location: Cannibal Spirits can be found in areas, such as Germany, Greece, Russia, and Canada, where cannibalism is well known in the region
Coloration: Pale blue, purple, white, yellow eyes
Size: Any (normally 10'0" feet)
Weight: Any
Language: Human (English, German, Greek, Belarusian, Mi'kmaq, Ojibwe, etc.) and Uremehir
Personality: Greedy, single-minded, and mad. The very nature of a Cannibal Spirit is to consume and devour others of it own kind. Like most spirits it consume other cannibal spirits in order to evolve into more powerful forms but the hunger of a Cannibal Spirit is much than other spirits; it needs-- no it MUST consume in order to feed and grow, more so than any other. In order to feed they will go to mortals who are either alone and stranded in the middle of no where with someone they know or with a group of people and nudge and pull them into to panic over their own survival. What they must do in order to survive is simple, eat the flesh of their comrades and if they don't they'll die. Cannibal Spirits will encourage mortals to eat another's flesh which in turn will spawn more cannibal spirits and weaken the target mortal's resolve, once that person's resolve is weaken enough that Cannibal Spirit will take possession of the target's body into acts of murder. On some occasions, Cannibal Spirits would attempt to drive their target insane so the spirit can devour the targets flesh instead by calling out to them constantly in order to lure them out and abduct them
Abilities: Cannibal Spirits are capable of performing acts against, around or on mortals when they need to feed and unfortunately for mortals i.e. humans, that need to feed happens quit often:
Mad Wind: When a Cannibal Spirit wants to eat the target's flesh directly it will call out the victim's name over and over again to the point their target runs out into the open and the spirit grabs them takes them away into the air at high speeds. Sometimes people who have traveled with these unfortunate people found their companion missing, just to hear them calling out in the distance in the sky shouting "Oh! oh! This fiery height! Oh, my feet of fire! My burning feet of fire ...!" only for them to find whats left of the remains of their companion days later
Spirit Render: The claws of a Cannibal Spirit are long and sharp, capable of not just tearing at mortal flesh but their very spirit too, their claws aid them in their quest to weaken the resolve of their would be target
Wendigo Psychosis: A Cannibal Spirit can install thoughts inside the target's mind, insisting that the only way to survive is to kill and devour their companions. These thoughts weaken the target's resolve over time, even when food is plentiful. These thoughts cannot be removed unless proper protection is taken such as taking the target out of a Cannibal Spirit infested area among other examples
Create Cannibal Host: Once the target has succumbed to the spirit's influence (by killing and consuming their companion's flesh) the Cannibal Spirit can easily enter the their new host and make them kill again. In a short time, the spirit will change the host's body, stretching and twisting the body into a creature called a Cannibal Host, the most common type found within the U.S. and Canada is the Wendigo (see Wendigo)
Cannibal Ban: Cannibal Spirits cannot tolerate fire nor do they tolerate silver. Carrying weapons made from silver and lighting fires such as torches or campfires help repel Cannibal Spirits. However people who have become possessed by Cannibal Spirits and transformed into Wendigos are only temporally repealed by fire and silver and would require extreme measures into dealing with them
Spawn Creation: Cannibal Spirits are spawn from acts of cannibalism, wither it be by humans or animals
Info: Cannibal Spirits are a gruesome type of spirit that plagues communities across the world, mostly in areas where starvation is more prominent and where monsters are spawned through the act of cannibalism. The Mystery Kids encountered a nest of Cannibal Spirits while they were on a skiing trip in the mountains, the lodge they were staying in lost power and they've been encountering strange paranormal activity while in the lodge.

Location: Nightsneak Trolls can be found in the U.K., other parts of Europe, and most of the U.S.

Weight: 600 to 2000 pounds (adult), 60 to 200 pounds (young)
Language: Human, Goblinoid (Trollish), Kakaeme, Hitlambe
Personality: Curious, cunning, protective, and affectionate. Nightsneak Trolls are powerful beasts with no ill will towards humans, they tend to either avoid them outright or watch and observe them within the humans' cities and towns. Some Nightsneak Trolls have been known to befriend human children and even act as guardians and so called "imaginary friends" during lonely nights while their parents are minding their own business
Abilities: Trolls are known in myth and legends to possess magic powers to either aid or harm mortals. Nightsneak Trolls rely both on brute strength and stealth in order to get an advantage over their target, they also rely on their cunning too in order to lay out plans and coordinate them accordingly:
Daylight Curse: Nightsneak Trolls, like their ancient kin, were cursed by wizards and witches of old to never touch the light of day for if they did they will turn to stone. Sense then they have hide themselves in the dark areas of the Earth, living within the shadows and only coming out during curtain times of the day such as night time
Strong as Stone/Troll Hide Armor: Trolls, their ancestors originating from the earth and have connection to stone, are naturally strong and tough as their very hide can withstand most mundane weapons and their flesh and bones gives them the strength and durability to take on almost any opponent
Trollish Might: Trolls are strong creatures capable of lifting weights greater than themselves and are more than capable of handling stronger opponents
Bestially Senses: A Troll's sense are far stronger than a normal animal's and have shown to be excellent hunters and trackers
Primal Blood Fury: Trolls can tap into their ancient, primal nature to give themselves increase speed, strength, durability, and sense then they normally can. However this only works if the troll is injured and once their primal blood fury kicks in the troll reverts into animal instincts, albeit much more bestially in nature and destructive
Night Predator: Sense they spend so much time hiding in the shadows more so than other trolls, Nightsneak Trolls are extremely skilled with stealth and can move about unseen with ease despite their large monstrous sizes
Double Jointed: Nightsneak Trolls can dislocate and relocate their limbs in order to squeeze into narrow/tight spaces while hunting or moving about human infested areas
Trollcraft: In myths of old Trolls weave spells to enchant mortals, transform themselves or others into different creatures, summon other creatures, cast illusions etc. and most modern trolls are no exception
Fire Bad: Trolls for some reason fear fire, being near small flames makes trolls uneasy but large open fires frightens trolls
Info: Nightsneak Trolls are a nocturnal breed of troll that are highly skilled with stealth and quit adapt at hiding in places few dare to look. The Mystery Kids stumbled upon an old abandoned house in the far edge of town after hearing rumors of it being haunted. After exploring the building, they soon noticed that something was residing within the house but it wasn't long to they found out that it wasn't some ghost or spook but a nest of Nightsneak Trolls who took up residence within its walls after the previous owners moved out
P.S. The design for the Nightsneak Troll design was partially inspired by the old troll design the character AAARRRGHH!! from Trollhunters had in the original novel

Type: Arctogriff
Species: Grýphōn/Griffon
Other Names: Árktogriff (Greek), Owlbear, Bearowl, U.gu.gu-yo.nv (Cherokee), Mui'ngu'gu'gwes (Mi'kmaq), Kuma-fukurou (Japanese), etc.
Location: Arctogriffs can be found in all of North America, curtain parts of Europe such as Greece and parts of Asia such as Japan
Coloration: Feathers and fur range from dark browns, light browns, grays, whites, blacks, and tans and yellow eyes
Size: 8'0" feet (adult), 1'0" to 2'0" feet (young)
Weight: 1,500 pounds (adult), 1 to 10 pounds (young)
Language: Human (understands but can't speak it), Goblinoid (understands it but can't speak it), Hitlambe (understands it but can't speak it)
Personality: Silent, strong-willed, unpredictable, ferocious, and territorial. Arctogriffs are fierce hunters that stalk their prey from the night as catching these great beasts is much difficult during the night than day. Some monsters such as orcs tame arctogriffs and use them as mounts as a sign of high status in orc tribes
Abilities: Arctogriffs, being seen as nocturnal cousins to griffons, have similar attitudes but share their behaviors more with actual bears and owls than the griffon sharing their attitudes with lions and eagles:
Night-vision: Arctogriffs have excellent sight, more so when its pitch black
Nocturnal Hunter: Arctogriffs are nocturnal hunters similar to their mundane owl counterparts and in turn can hunt for prey in the dark just as easy as diurnal animals can hunt/forge for food during the day
Silent Flyer: Similar to the wings of an owl, Arctogriffs can fly through the air silently without being noticed by other creatures despite having large bear bodies
Nose Blind: Owls have horrible sense of smell, as seen as owls can consume the flesh of skunks. In turn its no surprise that Arctogriffs can consume the flesh of foul smelling things such as rotten meat but that also means they can't pick up the smell of intruders if they can't see them
Terror Screech: Arctogriffs can emit a terrifying screech that can cause panic into animals such as cattle, sheep, deer, squirrels, dogs, etc. in order to pick off prey
Rending Claws: Bears and owls have long sharp claws to tear and hold onto prey, arctogriffs are no different as their claws can latch onto prey and tear them to shreds in minutes
Death Hug: Like bears, arctogriffs can stand on their hind legs and grab a hold of their target in order to "hug" them, as in crush them in their grasp before either killing them outright or getting swallowed whole by the beast
Swallow Whole: Once the arctogriff's prey is caught in it's death hug, the beast can bite down onto the poor creature and swallow it whole where it can digest it and hack up pellets of the creature afterword but this only works if the prey in question is small enough for it to swallow
Info: Arctogriffs are a nocturnal breed of griffon found mostly in North America as they make their homes in heavily forested and mountain areas across the West hunting for large food and scouting their territory. The Mystery Kids encounter a family of Arctogriffs living in the rocky terran in Gravity Falls and neighbors of the Multi-Bear whom they befriended. Some hunters managed to capture some arctogriff chicks but with the kids help managed to save them from being killed and stuffed as trophies
P.S. The arctogriff is my version of the owlbear from D&D, I always saw it as a type of griffon species that for some reason wasn't fully fleshed out but here I wanted to give it more meat

Type: Clay Golem
Species: Golem
Other Names: Mud Thug, Clay Monster, Bò̇ẕrwōḃwōt (Hebrew), Árgilosanḗr (Greek), Blautrleir (Old Norse), etc.
Location: Clay Golems can be found anywhere in the world, mostly in places where magic and monsters are more prominent
Coloration: Whites, blacks, grays, reds, browns
Size: Any
Weight: Any
Language: Human (understands it but doesn't speak it)
Personality: None. Clay Golems are simple minded yet strong and useful servants to numerous magic users who have the means to create these timeless beings
Abilities: Golems, depending on the type of material used to make them and what animates them, can have a variety of powers. Clay Golems being the more common and more basic type of golem only have a limited amount of powers and abilities they can use at their disposal:
Shape-shift: Clay Golems can shape their clay bodies into different forms from simple shapes and objects like balls to weapons such as swords and hammers
Accelerated Healing: If the Clay Golem is injured it can simply reform its body back good as new, however if
Flawed Obedience: Golems obey whoever made them but the orders they take must be simple and not too complex or else the golem will not perform the task properly without something going wrong
Talisman: Golems are animated with the use of a talisman. The talisman itself can be made in any way in any language with different spell commands to activate it but as long as the talisman remains in the golem it will keep it animated unless damaged from which it will cause the golem to go berserk
Berserk Servant: When the talisman of a golem is damaged, they would enter into a wild rage and attack anything or anyone close by regardless if they're the creator
Creation: Clay Golems are the easiest type of construct to make as it requires the creation of a clay body and a simple talisman one must place in its body in order to bring it to life. The methods of creating the talisman varies as it can be done with any other material other than the main one for the golem. Its also easy to lose control of the golem if the talisman is damage or someone else knows a command spell that can gain control over the golem with ease
Info: Clay Golems are basic constructs used to perform simple tasks for whoever created them. The Mystery Kids, after growing tired of the constant demon fighting and choirs they have to do around the Shack, decide to create their own servant to help them out which for a time worked with their friends borrowing the golem to help out with choirs and all around kids begin to grow lazy with their new servant doing all the work. However things go wrong as Dipper let Wendy and her friends borrow the golem for a concert they're helping out with that night, one of the teens accidentally damage the talisman causing the golem to go berserk and now the kids have to stop the golem before it harms their friends

Type: Jaghoul
Species: Hoghoul/Sagmorde (Persian)
Other Names: Jackal Corpse, Ruin Digger, Ghorii (Arcane Tongue), Mezarci (Turkish), Hufar Alqubur (Arabic), Gôrestân (Persian), etc.
Location: Jaghouls can be found in different parts of Africa and the Middle East
Coloration: Leather black, tan, brown, and black fur, yellow eyes
Size: 3'0" feet
Weight: 12 pounds
Language: Human (can't speak it but understands it), Jaghoul Tongue
Personality: Greedy, cunning and cruel. Jaghouls are vile undead that enjoy feasting on the flesh and blood of both the living and the dead. They hunt in large hordes and gather the remains of their prey which they greedily guard while consuming the fleshy remains wither it be their prey or fallen comrade
Abilities: Intelligent pack hunters, Jaghouls would use abilities normal lower forms of undead like zombies or skeletons are unable to use:
Stitched Limbs: Jaghouls are undead creatures made from the remains of jackals and humans, specifically their paws replaced with the arms and hands of humans which allows them to grasp objects and grapple prey
Rotting Stench: The very flesh of a Jaghoul emits a foul stench that can reach up to 20 feet within the area its in but, if there's seven or more Jaghouls in one area, the stench can cause intense fear and nausea for those who catches the intense stench
Dual Jaw Bite: The double jaws of Jaghouls increases the strength of a normal jackal bite and being able to tear the flesh and bones of its prey with great ease
Shrouding Darkness: Jaghouls, unlike other weaker forms of undead, can perform some dark magic spells such as Shrouding Darkness, this spell creates a shroud of darkness up to 20 feet in a single area; perfect for ambushes which Jaghouls use to great effect
Jaghoul Creation: Jaghouls are the stitched up remains of jackals and humans but have the memories of creating more of their kind by using the same methods like their creators. Normally performed by Jaghoul shamans, the method takes several hours to perform but once its done, the new Jaghoul rises to join the horde
Info: Jaghouls are violent undead creations mashed from the remains of jackals and humans into unholy terrors of the Middle East, feasting on the remains of foolish travelers and tormenting any who live near their territory. Though not encountered, Ford and Stan have discovered a formula into creating these monsters on their travels and brought it back to Gravity Falls for study. It wasn't long however, that someone stole the formula and attempted to create their own Jaghouls from the remains of jackals from a nearby zoo

Dead Eyes: Zombie eyes, being infused with whatever type of magic that has animated them wither it be a curse or a spell, can see any living creature even through solid matter up to 30 feet while stronger zombies have eyes that can see up to 60 feet. Due to this feature, the eyes of zombies are used for Necromantic spells that involve seeing spirits, ghosts, etc.
The Dead Obey: Zombies can understand and perform basic commands and actions if they were properly reanimated by a skilled magic-user with simple words like "guard this door" or "kill those kids" but have trouble performing more complicated commands
Death Bite: Zombies, much like their Hollywood counterparts, can infect the living with a supernatural virus that would turn them into new zombies but ones much different then the Common Zombie (See Living Zombies)
Info: Crawling Members are some of the most common types of undead the Mystery Kids have dealt with on multiple occasions, one encounter involved Norman and Dipper encountering a new horde of zombies, including a few Crawling members, rising out of their graves inside the Gravity Falls Cemetery due to some left over residue of Bill Cipher's failed Weirdmageddon
P.S. The Jaghouls and Crawling Members are found in a small Dungeon & Dragon game setting called Zothique based off the Zothique Cycle by Clark Ashton Smith.

Personality: Cunning, violent, and power hungry. Zenkra is a mighty warlord and self-proclaim king of the trolls, believing the human world belongs to the First Ones and humans deserve subjugation or destruction. He hates both humans and modern trolls but he despises magic users, specifically human wizards, witches, and the like as they're the ones who cursed his kind so long ago and wishes nothing but ruin on them yet at the same time he relies on Faerie magic and Troll magic to perform tasks needed to carry out the plans of the First Ones such as blessing those few human followers loyal to him into going through a transmogrifying ritual in order to serve Zenkra better. The only other creatures he truly hates more than humans and modern trolls are the faeries, specially the elves, they're the ones who threw the First Ones out of the Faerie Spheres all those years ago and will kill any elf he comes across
Abilities: Trolls are known in myth and legends to possess magic powers to either aid or harm mortals. First One Trolls are more than that, they have powers not found in their modern day relatives that can rival the Lords and Ladies of the Faerie Realms themselves:
Daylight Curse: First One Trolls in the ancient past were cursed by wizards and witches of old to never touch the light of day for if they did they will turn to stone. Sense then they have hide themselves in the dark areas of the Earth, living within the shadows and only coming out during curtain times of the day such as night time
Ancient Hide Armor: Trolls, their ancestors originating from the earth and have connection to stone, are naturally strong and tough as their very hide can withstand most mundane weapons and their flesh and bones gives them the strength and durability to take on almost any opponent
Trollish Might: Trolls are strong creatures capable of lifting weights greater than themselves and are more than capable of handling stronger opponents
Bestially Senses: A Troll's sense are far stronger than a normal animal's and have shown to be excellent hunters and trackers
Master Crafting: First One Trolls have a natural ability to craft powerful magical items, armor, and weapons out of stones and metals. However unlike their modern cousins, First One crafting is far more professionally done as their items and weapons are far more developed in terms and material and power
Awaken Blood Fury: Zenkra can awaken the blood fury of other trolls at will turning them fully feral
Beast Within: Grigaar can bring out the inner beast of a troll, half-troll or any other human disguised goblinoid at will; causing them to revert into a feral state with some mental control over themselves
First One Trollcraft: First one Trolls have powerful Faerie and Troll magic they can use to weave spells to enchant mortals, transform themselves or others into different creatures, summon other creatures, cast illusions etc.
Rending Claws: Zenkra has extendable claws he uses to rip and tear into the flesh of his dying enemies
Regeneration: Zenkra have extremely powerful regenerative powers that allow him to regrow any body part with ease even if they were cut up into tiny pieces they can regrow from said tiny pieces
Maushat’juga Smasher: Zenkra's most used weapon of his is a large spiked great-club carved out of the hardest stone with markings engraved on it. This massive great-club tear smash through the strongest defenses and create devastating earthquakes when it strikes the ground
Info: Zenkra is the oldest of three brothers and part of an ancient goblinoid race called the First Ones, these First Ones were cast out of the Faerie Spheres in the ancient past and have attempted to conquer the human world only to be banished into the shadows, now they are plotting to reclaim the human world once again. Zenkra and his siblings were contacted by one of Beacon's Students, arranging an agreement into helping the Students into killing the Mystery Kids. However, with each growing defeat of the Students, the First Ones grow weary of them and broke the agreement but they are still interested in the Mystery kids, specifically Eggs who Zenkra sees as a possible key to reclaiming the human world...as their new champion of the First Ones
