Yes, it is. Warrior names have a lot of crossover with Hasbro's big hitters (MLP and Transformers)

No one asked but here are the Observations of the wonderbolt derpy in Sweet and Elite

The top 5 winners, in order:

1) Fleetfoot

2) Spitfire

3) Soarin

4) Silver Zoom

5) Blaze

Also, Soarin was the first pony to react and start moving when the flag waved, while I noticed Spitfire and Fleetfoot had a slower start

And for a solid bit of the race, Spitfire was in the lead followed by Soarin, Blaze, Silverzoom, Mistyfly, and Firestreak. I'm 80% sure Fleetfoot was just nyooming past all of them

This is likely reflective of their flight abilities and maybe their characters? Considering it was said that Fleetfoot is very fast and she came in first

Spitfire and Mistyfly both went to Crystal Prep but, after Spitfire got expelled due do a situation she goes to Canterlot high and becomes captain of their football team. Misty takes over the captain role on the shadowbolts. now it is a love story of two rivaling captains ~ totally uses a base but! fnfnnf
