sequence of unfortunate events that is: mikksy getting checked by hathaway so hard that the ensuing collision with poehling (his right skate knocks against poehling's boot before he falls) causes the blade to dislodge slightly and he doesn't realise it until he's on the other side of the ice, takes a shot, and proceeds to blow a tire as he turns so he frantically calls for a change to get it fixed

our resident crazy mare and her foul attitude giving the poor farrier a little trouble before putting her hoof up nicely like he asked
