You don't have to hold hands to teach sign language, but Viktoria finds it necessary regardless. It's not as if they can just tell each other what they mean--our resident captured kabalim wouldn't understand a lick of it, and Lt. Lunetta isn't great at replicating the chirps, clicks, and trills of whatever turian dialect Iterius is speaking in. Truly a shame they haven't gotten their hands on a decent translating software.

Vik has to arrange her fingers into three to close the gap between them, and I think there's something poetic about that. I'll allow them to have one (1) soft moment. As a treat! Then back to The Horrors.

More dragon age brain rot! Here’s my first two planned Rooks.

Lunetta is a mage Crow from Tevinter. As an elf in Tevinter, I imagine you can guess her origins. She murdered her master who happened to be a Crow contact and was duly recruited due to the cleanness of the job.

Lahawen is a Dalish-raised dwarf… actually, she’s a Dwelf but since in DA lore, mixed race babies of elves take on the full appearance of the non-elf parent’s race, she’s just a dwarf. Her mother was nearly exiled when she refused to give up Lahawen, but was ultimately allowed to stay due to her prowess as a hunter, a skill she passed down to Lahawen, although with less grace than her mother.

I’ll be playing Lahawen second because I’ll need to figure out how to mod in vallaslin for dwarves 👀 I’m thinking I’ll give her Mythal’s vallaslin.
