They are 100% spot on that the strategy has never worked, however, I want people to keep in mind: this hasn't been a choice. The alternative was BOTH of N & L's reputations may have suffered due to whatever A was willing to spread. L fell on the sword, imo, by taking the brunt of the backlash since the Part 2 premiere, and sadly, may have missed out on work/ brand deals because of it. But N took some major hits, too, recently 😞

Round 2 of the legal obligations has seemed to be about linking A not only to L but also N for better visibility; perhaps they upped the ante to "get this done". Some were surprised it took N this long to follow A, but I truly think they were trying to avoid it in Round 1.

Social Media perception and Real life

The moments…the likes …the narratives they want you to see and then there is the spaces in between like @fiamat12 describes so well

SM can manipulate any one’s perception of what is or what can be.

Looking at our faves and the adjacents you can see how the media has been used to really misrepresent or direct a certain way of thinking.

Let’s begin with the Jakola zombies….

The tabloids started it…a sub fandom ran with it…so it snowballed from there. So now anything Nic posts or Jake posts they are trying to link them together or launch them. Tabloids are doing the same even with something as simple as wishing someone happy birthday.

Jake and his friends try posting subtle hints to fandoms correcting the narrative. Even as early as yesterday….but they still do not get it.

I think it will have to be a billboard or flashing neon sign for them to get it. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Nic is very chronically online as she has mentioned more than once or twice so she can be very strategic with her likes and shares and what she does. We see what she wants us to see. She will like a post, just long enough for us to see it, and then unlike it.

Luke I believe is a lurker. He is not often online unless he has to be. This is why it is super weird that he has liked every single post of 🐜 Not his usual MO, it is an obligation of sorts.

🐜 has definitely used SM to manipulate the GA and troll the fandom. From in style Polaroids, red bags, pasta videos, gelato ( not in Rome), all trying to insinuate she was in the same place and time with Luke when it was debunked that it was not possible.

If we think about how many times we have seen a picture of Nic drop somewhere at a party or place and then there is a fan sighting of Luke. Or the reverse happens. Misdirection they are great at that.

Even over the last few days…we knew Nic was in Miami, Yerin and Simone was in the US. 🇺🇸. Then we got some posts from Luke’s stylist team Liz and Holly about being in NY, as well as BOSS.

So for the last 24 hours the fandom have been clowning fully invested and distracted looking for Lukola and signs that the Adjacents may be in NY for the Met Gala. Jakola’s were even drilling down the time frequency of him posting even if it was about Gay icons and poets from the NY times. To the Jakola’s it was because he was with Nic and on their way to NY lol.

This is all part of the master plan we were looking over there while Lukola were living it up in Miami (IMO) and then on there way back to BAFTAs.

I am sure that we will see more random likes posts ect but just remember it is what we do not see is the important stuff. We have been lucky to get a glimpse of the authentic connection because our two faves are magnets, a complete set. So when in the same room there is no hiding it.

I am getting so many crazy Anons, saying Nic hard launched her and JD blah blah blah. What number is this for their hard launches? 1 millionth?

News flash for all Anons, Hard launches are a one & done. Hard launches aren't ambiguous. When a hard launch happens involving Nicola (Which it will be Lukola) there will be no doubt for anyone. No multiple interpretations. It will be clear. Officially stated by the two people involved. They also stick & don't need to be done multiple times. Today's birthday story is not a hard launch. Nothing the other side (Jakholes & bug lovers) has called a hard launch is either.

My theory:

Last week, all the headlines were about the comments N made against JK Rowling, and the new HP series, not the fact that she raised over $100k for Not A Phase. N unfortunately received some backlash from the GA and lost some followers.

I don't think N normally cares what the GA thinks because she has always been outspoken and candid, but N is up for a BAFTA nomination. She has to be on the GA's good side. I think to switch things up and distance herself from the whole JK Rowling and HP drama, she had to create a newsworthy story. What is more newsworthy than making a red carpet debut with a boyfriend? The BAFTA nominee party was her first public appearance since she made those comments. She saw the opportunity to make headlines, and she seized it.

But why J, not L? Although going public with L would certainly create a lot more buzz, now is not the right time. People would question the timeline of their relationship, and it would make N's reputation tank because she would be accused of being a homewrecker. L was papped with A a little over a month ago. People eat up stories about on set affairs, cheating scandals, etc. It would bring L down with her.

It sucks. She can't win.

But remember one thing, N is smart. She can always bounce back from this and say that J was just a friend and that the media completely misconstrued him as her boyfriend. She wouldn't be the first nor last celeb to call the media out for lying/making up shit.

One last very important to note. N was flashing the claddagh ring only a few days ago. She knows we know. It was almost like she was giving her fans reassurance before all the staged bs with J.

Going public with Luke at this time would also immediately make it look like a PR stunt to the public and I don’t think they want their relationship labeled that way at all.

So she took the guy she’s been rumored with because that still reads like a PR tactic to distract. And it did distract.

But I don’t think she’s got herself into a corner with this. Her words are being thrown back at her currently which is to be expected but I think they can move away from this asap if they want to.

Honestly, no one gives a fuck about who Nicola is dating in the GA. They don’t care about Jake. They would care about Luke though. That’s a true headline love story that would be everywhere.

But Jake? It can be erased in a week and the only people who care are the small amount of fans who think they won a prize with this nonsense.

I feel optimistic that there’s a plan for this, too. There’s never not a plan. And do you really think Nicola, who gave a genuine speech about not being tied to a man is going to want this narrative hanging out there for very long?

The line between what is real and what is fake in the world of Apps, social media ect is thin. For example. Today drama because someone passed around a list of accounts that were blocked.

The reality, some this was fake news some the accounts were not blocked, many of the accounts had no content and it was not just Nics account that was blocking people. Other large accounts had too. So In conclusion GLITCH! Like all apps tumblr does it…occasionally just decides to bump people off at random.

Now to address the CRAZY!!! Ummm I do not think the Lukolas come under that category. It is the Tiifcord stalker zombies that invade Nics privacy that I would be concerned about.

But if you are referring to our ship. We are not delusional, and if you were so confident you would not keep coming here to see my Lukola content.

Lastly you don’t talk about a ship as winning or losing. You are obviously in a toxic subfandom full of toddlers with no life experience. It is about being able to get a glimpse of something that is beautiful, magnetic and connected. It will always be Polin season Luke and Nic will continue to thrive together and as individuals in their careers. We as a Lukola fandom get to witness and enjoy that.

There are short attention spans and recall in some Lukolas

I'm sorry, but it's true.

I have been thinking about the very thing in the post below this one. The thing that it hinges on. How there are some in this Lukola camp that don't use all their brain power, which trust me we all have amazing minds. We are so smart, have to, to be compared to the freaking FBI. Being a Lukola makes us really in tune with things.

I'm going to be using an analogy of studying for a test. Lukolas have brilliant minds. It's just some of you guys, let important things slip out of your memories and minds. Some don't allow or take initiative to go back, and back often to look at everything. To do that is on us, it's the same as studying before a test if you don't study you may not have all the correct answers and not pass the test. If you do study you are able to spot any trick questions in the test easily and you don't sweat those while answering all the questions correctly without any worry.

I'm saying all this to say that there so many things that point to Lukola being not just endgame, but nowgame. SO many things that are subtle, but pack a huge impact when put back on the table of evidence. The people that spiral just don't do enough of going back over ALL the things that make it so damn obvious that Lukola is the truth. They don't study. They also fall for the trick questions (the smoke and mirrors/decoys/adjacents/adherent) that are not the correct answers. Not enough people focus on (study the actual subject the test is about) the soul people that we should pay attention to, listen to which is Nicola and Luke.

You can't go wrong that way. The famous phrase "straight from the horses mouth" is famous for that very reason. The person that should be listened to in the case of if Luke and Nicola are together or not is Luke and Nicola, not the adjacents and not an adherent or the haters/liars. Luke and Nicola, the only top tier people. One can't go wrong that way. We got the best study guide guys. Who wouldn't enjoy going back to looking at them? I know I never tire of them and I never spiral, but that's just me. I can't speak for my classmates.

I really enjoy when we share notes. I know not everyone enjoys getting studying done that way. Having to repeat so often, especially when busy. Maybe it's because you're doing it alone? No one in your RL to share in it. Hey maybe a group of us should host a study jam session on Zoom or something? Where we talk about our notes while listening to the Lukola musical playlist.

A few notes on Savage's songs:

1) Always look at the angle of the writer. In our case even, we are Lukola shipping blogs so our posts reflect it. Savage #1- is very much an LGBTQIA advocate and is offended by JD's obvious homosexuality being erased # 2- knows that Lukola is together like the rest of us, and #3- is using this tactic to show the PR teams we can't be fooled.

Note: At 1st, they were more critical of L "hiding his gf" but after SAGs, I think they realized the scope of the ruse; L's behavior has garnered more sympathy from him (and alot of people) because L looks absolutely miserable/ like he's being held hostage around A.

2) Nothing's wrong w/ having a listen. Much of it is spot on & a balm to soothe our frustrations. Plus the songs are good - they are clever and sound like Selena, imo 😉

3) I do feel like the message is a bit misplaced... the intention is to call out the PR teams who seem to be trying to play us because it is quite a mind f*ck. HOWEVER, as we do on the Lukola ship:

WE MUST GIVE GRACE!!!

I believe they wouldn't be doing this unless absolutely necessary.

• There were mistakes made by L early on, before he knew how Polin & Lukola would blow up for which he is still paying. We can blame A but I also believe L did make an error in judgment w/ her and N likely feels some responsibility for A wouldn't entering his life; if N hadn't put them on hold prior to the WT (before we think she & L got back together) perhaps he wouldn't have ever hung out w/ her.

• This is the lesser of two evils. If A claimed she was being bullied online which we have evidence to support, then getting through a last legal push is better than A retaliating publicly as his wife is recovering from child birth and/ or facing a public lawsuit as his career is just on its way; his teams probably assessed the fall out and considered this the best option knowing he can recover later this year and as S4 comes out and promo starts. 🤞

it's great that some of y'all think your favourite male celebs love women and get women but trust me none of them love or get women the way Luke Newton does.

His entire behaviour during the press tour so far has cemented the fact. Repeatedly berating his own character for "not seeing what's in front of him" - not a single word in defense of Colin's behaviour ... saying he finds consent super sexy ... saying that Colin would have loved Pen EVEN if she hadn't changed her look because it's not the glow up that made Colin fall in love ... and the fact that normally male leads would shy away from being tagged as soft / gentle / romantic in favour of some alpha hetero masculine posturing but here he is talking about how he watched all the romcoms and the videos Nicola sent him to make sure he commits and understands the shared vision for their characters ... thinking that A Thousand Years is the perfect song for Polin because he watched a Twilight edit with it....
