Calling all Simmers and legacy lovers! 🧬 This one is for you if you're craving a long-term, generation-spanning challenge that lets you dive deep into every expansion pack. Created by the incredible @sublimesims for the rules 📜 and myself for the visuals 🎨, we bring you the Sims 4 Lepacy Challenge! 🌈 Each generation is inspired by the packs and lets you explore new features, worlds, and ways to play—perfect for anyone who loves the storytelling possibilities of The Sims 4! 📚

Inspired by the classic Sims 3 Lepacy, this challenge gives us a chance to evolve gameplay each gen with new expansion packs 🌎, and only those packs (plus any optional add-ons, if you're feeling it!). It's not about cramming every feature in—it's about growing, evolving, and diving into each expansion with intention 🌱. Start off in one of the base game towns (Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, or Newcrest) 🌿🏡. Your founder sim arrives here, ready to build a life and career from scratch. Confessing your love is hard and spelling out your feelings is harder. Worry not, lovestruck reader, at least there are a myriad of other ways to show your affection!

Rules💌

I’ll be taking requests through my askbox. I’ll accept a maximum of 15 asks, please monitor this post’s notes to see how many slots are left.

You don’t need to be a follower to join, but at least be 17+

One request per person, I’d like everyone to have a fair chance to send something in. (Requests sent by mutuals will still be included in the case if I reach the maximum number of asks!)

Up to 3 characters can be included in a request, each drabble will be up to 200-300 words.

In terms of rating, I will default to Teen and Up Audiences. I won’t go full-on NSFW, but if the requester wants a bit of spice, I will only go up to Mature (in AO3 terms, references to the deed but not explicit depiction).

If requesters want, they can also specify the reader’s gender and pronouns in the ask++give some descriptors. Otherwise, I will default to gender-neutral readers and little to no descriptions of their physical characteristics.

(^^In relation to this rule, I won’t accept overly-detailed reader characters, OCs, or character name!reader i.e. Shimizu Kiyoko!Reader.)

Please be kind and patient, I’m not the fastest writer, but nobody appreciates being rushed++spammed to speed up on the requests.

the night was still young enough for you to flit around and get photos of everyone. being entrusted with the photography for the night as well as being in the bridal party meant your date was not so patiently waiting on the sidelines as you capture every moment and ounce of love with the distinct shutter of your lens. 

but you had hired an assistant for a reason. or rather, the groom hired your coworker so you could put the camera down and enjoy the rest of your night with your date.

“finally mine, now?” sugawara gave you his sweet grin, wrapping you up in his arms. 

“always.” you smile back, pecking his lips. “having a good time?”

“the best. free food, open bar. i never doubted that kuroo could throw a good party.” 

“something tells me the bride planned most of it out.” 

“either way.” he shrugged, taking your hand and leading you through the reception hall. “i saw something earlier and wanted to try it with you.”

“oh?” you ask as you see what he’s approaching. a cute little photo booth, paired with a treasure chest of props next to it. and as luck would have it — no line. “a photobooth?”

“sometimes you need to have your photo taken too, you know. you’re too pretty to always be behind the lens” he pulls you in and shuts the curtain, having you sit next to him in the booth. “let’s do a silly one first.”

suga pushed a couple buttons and the timer was starting to count down. you glance at him, who’s already sticking out his tongue and holding up his hand in a silly pose. you laugh, giggling at how adorable he looked and before you could pose, the photo snaps.

“hey! you were supposed to pose! now i look ridiculous.”

“didn’t need that for me, babe.” you tease, “but okay, okay we have three more, let’s try again.”

the next one you match his pose, leaning into his side, close enough to press your cheek to his if you only push a little more.

“okay, now a cute one.” suga demanded, moving to throw his arm around you and tucking you into his side, a broad smile on his face. you match his energy instantly, holding onto the hand that was dangling from your shoulders. “and now—“

“shh.” you whisper, turning a little so you could capture his lips with yours for a sweet little kiss. you could hear the camera go off, but neither of you made any effort in moving. his other hand falls to your thigh, pivoting so he could kiss you a little deeper. his lips glide against yours before playfully nipping at your bottom lip.

the sound of the printer breaks you out of your dreamland with him and back into reality, the one where there could very well be a line expectantly waiting outside the curtain. you both exit to grab the photos, handing him one as your eyes trace over each frame.

“these are so cute.” you smile, turning to look up at him to see he was already gazing at you. the lovestruck affection in his eyes were morphing into something darker, something needier.

“you know what, we should retake that last one. let’s try it again.” he said with a mischievous glint in his eyes, leading you back to the photo booth before snapping the curtain shut.

This is something I could see going in a lot of ups and downs. With seduction/ the runner here up top, I could see this starting out as something that’s definitely an fwb situation- but feelings growing over time.
