Bree's whole life and childhood are not complete but I do have how she met everyone! Ellie and Bree were neighbors as kids and they slowly became besties, and once they got a bit older, they met Luna and Athena, who were already super close. Ellie met Luna at a concert, then accidently ran into her again, realizing they live in the same area, eventually the duos joined and they were stuck together for life babey.

Bree's style was actually rooted in Disney princesses and the dolls her mother used to handmake for her when she was still alive. Bree adored Cinderella's sparkly blue dress (technically it's white but ended up blue over the years and she doesn't know better) and just adored fluffy dresses ever since she was a toddler newly immigrated to America. She was a little princess and always dresses the part. her mother loved sewing tiny sparkly dresses for Bree and her dolls, all made with big sleeves and poofy skirts. Her favorite color is blue, like the sky on a super sunny summer day, and she can't resist blue dresses. She's not actively aware of it, but it's probably in memory of her mom.

I will very very gladly talk about the playlists! The music choices are a mix of music they would like, and music that represents them. Usually, the first few songs are probably music genres they like, and the deeper you go, the more you're just learning about the characters, so mostly the playlists are pieces of their stories.

Bree has a really really complicated love life, and it shows in her playlist, but she's got groovy taste so at least she has that to show for it.

heh, so everyone who knows me irl knows my favourite book is Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, I simply do not shut up about it. I think part of the reason is because I read it for the first time when I was 16/17 and it was just the perfect timing. I read it in almost one sitting, only interrupted by dinner. The sort of base requirement for me to enjoy a book is that I dig the language and Shelley writes a beautiful flowery prose that is so typical of the romantics, add to that the gothic elements, the foggy landscapes and unsettling movements in the corner of your eyes and the interest in the human psyche and I am hooked. But then it has that extra detail that is always of extra interest to me; the parent-child relation theme, (i am basically anti-natalist but that's a whole discussion of it's own) and it is essentially the story of a man so caught up in the act of creating life (...) and his idea of what this life will give to him, a glorious legacy, that he never stops to think about what he has to offer to the child, excuse me, creature, until it's too late, until the creature is conceived and need guidance and love but Victor has realised it's nothing like he had imagined so he abandons all responsibilities and yeah.
