Touching you, kissing you, practically glued to your side and staring at your face. If he's not on a mission, he is obsessed with you no matter what.

If you can't sit next to each other he'll just have you sit on his lap - he has big thighs, he makes a better seat anyway. Or he'll sit on the bench and let you sit on him if it's too cold for you - he's a gentleman, even if it means freezing his own ass off.

Isn't super handsy like Jouno is, he just wraps an arm around your waist to keep you steady and hold you close to him.

You and Ellie have been best friends for years, well since you guys were fourteen. Teasing her to the point of her not even being able to look in your direction was the funniest. Ellie was like a lost puppy when around you, always following you, listening to you rant about the same thing over and, over again. She did it because it was you though, and she was helplessly in love with you, and has been since you guys were fourteen. You were just too stupid and clueless to notice it.

You guys had just gotten back from patrol, and you were ranting about your patrol with Jesse yesterday for the fourth time today, and she was listening to every detail again. "And He just kept bugging me, and making stupid jokes. He's so annoying, that's why him and dina have been on and off for the last year." You snapped throwing your shoes in the corner of the room as Ellie chuckled quietly behind you, "Are you laughing at me you ass? " You groaned throwing a pillow at her to which she just accepted her fate.

"You still up for movie night today orrr are you gonna third wheel dina and jesse again?" You hummed, moving around your room, Ellie wasn't paying attention to anything that was coming out of your lips, she was more focused on your lips. Imaging what they would feel like against hers, against her skin. She was so lost in thought she didn't even realize how flustered she was making herself, she looked like a fucking tomato. "You aren't even paying attention." You grumbled throwing a pair of socks at her, " uh-yes? Yes I am, I was paying attention. " she stuttered out, rubbing her arm nervously, because she definitely wasnt paying attention.

"Oh really? What did I say then?" shit The only thing she heard was... "a movie?" She guessed nervously, to which you jumped over to her, sitting on her lap, fuck, you were close. "I said, Are you still up for movie night today, orrr are you gonna third-wheel dina and jesse again?" You whispered, smiling cheesily at her, that stupid grin. She swallowed hard, trying not to think so much about the fact that you were on her lap, she could feel the heat of you on her thighs. "oOh-right, yea yea, our movie night. Hmn, I'm staying here tonight, so sure." She mumbled quietly, as if she spoke any louder, she would scare you away.

She wasn't sure where to put her hands, did she put them in your waist? Your hips? You know, maybe it was best to keep her hands at her sides. You were looking at her differently; you never looked at her this way before, it made her feel...small. "You're so pretty els." You whispered putting a piece of her hair behind her ear, you were teasing her right? "T..thanks, but I feel like you're teasing." She whispered, you guys were so close she could feel your warm breath against her lips, she knew she was red as a fucking tomato again.

"Is this teasing?" You whispered breathlessly leaning into her, your lips grazed hers, they slotted together perfectly. She wasn't sure what she was expecting from you, but it definitely wasn't this. Her hands made their way to your hips, squeezing gently as you deepened the kiss, your tongue making its way into her mouth as you explored, your hands tangled in her hair, and every time she squeezed your hips, you tugged on her small bun, earning a groan to ripple through her throat.

Clearly, the movie was long forgotten about.

Hello my lovelies! I hope you had a fun and safe New Years Eve! I wanted to make a little post just showing my appreciation for the last year on Tumblr! I will admit that I am not the best at re-blogging posts that I love. Usually I'm reading between classes, assignments, or right before bed and don't often take the time to share my thoughts on some of the incredible literature on this site. With that being said, I wanted to make this post highlighting some of my favorite works, authors, and stories of 2024. As with all things of this nature, I am very sure some things got left out. This is in no way a comprehensive list of all the works I have enjoyed this year, but just a few I wanted to highlight. If I am in your likes or following, trust that I love and appreciate your presence. So without further ado...Here is Jay's 2024 Tumblr Favorites!

First and foremost is my favorite (only) big sis, of course. If you have not stumbled upon @ladylooch 's blog yet, you are missing a vital part of life. Her AUs are a literal rabbit hole. I started reading about Nico Hischier and I am now emotionally invested in the lives of two original character's and their love story. I love everything B publishes, but this year she gave us a beautiful new story of love and loss, and exploring that world with her has been the highlight of my year. Head over to her blog and jump into an AU, literally any of them. You won't regret it.

@puck-luck...guys. Andy is INSANE!!!! Everything she puts out is delicious, but I specifically fell in love with her 'New Beginnings' series this year and cannot recommend it enough. I don't even like Trevor Zegras like that y'all, but Andy is a literary genius so I fell in love. I have to save her writing for when I am home & in bed because I WILLLLL have a physical reaction. I kiss your brain, Andy girl. Mwah mwah mwah.

@star2fishmeg and @wineauntie , MEG AND IVY! My (sub) Luke Hughes loves and the leaders of the sub! Luke agenda. GOD!! I love you. Your writing, of course. i miss you all so much, my goodness 🥹 shall we do a small life update?

partner moved in! my place was small to begin with so it's definitely a little cramped in here now 🥴 but we have our eyes on getting a bigger place when the lease is up. i'm super happy to have him around all the time, just sleeping in the same bed every night and sharing our meals together brings me so much comfort. it's been really wonderful!!

i turned thirty 😳 and honestly it... hasn't been a big deal at all lmao. i feel so excited to be entering this decade. i think i care a lot less about things that ultimately don't matter than i did in my twenties, and i feel a lot more sure about myself and what's important to me! plus i had a super-fun karaoke party with some of my favorite humans 🥰

i've seen so much kpop this summer, and it's not even over yet!!!! txt, itzy, ive, stray kids, ateez, and we have (g)i-dle, kard, and seventeen still to come before the year is through!! the shows have all been AMAZING, and ofc the best part is having friends come into town and getting to experience it together!! (and yes we did see lolla felix in person and no i have not recovered 😵‍💫)

and for the least-fun update..... health news 😔 after a whole bunch of concerning symptoms that were continuing to worsen over the last year, i sought out a specialist and got some tests run and have been diagnosed with ✨endometriosis✨ - and friends, this shit blows. i am on some new meds that we are hoping will help mitigate symptoms so that i don't have to have surgery (for now!), but the adjustment period has not been even a little bit fun, nor have the swirling unknowns about things like fertility or long-term quality of life. it's something i'm trying to give myself space to process and get adjusted to, bc even as someone with long-term mental health issues and adhd, adjusting to a chronic physical illness is a whole nother fucking ballpark. but i'm hopeful for an improvement with these new meds, and very lucky to have the best support system i could ever ask for - y'all know who you are 🫶

unfortunately, because of all these bullet points but particularly the last one, writing has continued to be at a full standstill. i am really hopeful that the inspiration will come back for me when it's ready, but for now i'm allowing myself to be in a different season of life and feel okay with that! i am still counting down the days til our boys come home (i quite literally am on the verge of tears every time i think about how SOON we will have hobi back MY LOOOOOOVE 😭😭😭) and i cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings, for them and for us!!
