Great performance and a beautiful display of Muay Thai skills by the Fight & Fitness Co. fight team at Thunder and Lightning 1 that took place last Sunday in Limassol. Win, lose or draw we always gonna fight hard against any opponent and thats what we did! What happened here this week was magical. Left feeling honored to have got the chance to work Brazilian born Guto Bussab and his MUTI Photography team. Loucas Polydorou! Just incredible. There is *something about it's a house, I will try and articulate…

A liveliness which causes every mind or any idea that enters to run free… Once the tequila arrived so did Sarah Claire Picton's set, it was the "Rebirth Of Slick". The spontaneity of the evening led to a dialogue that opened; interviews being done by the the interviewed? The accordion? The journey back to the roots of hip-hop? The lighting? Our coffeeee, that cigar, our team.

The most valuable lesson I have learnt this year? The universe truly brings you what you need. You just have to trust and believe in what is in the process of becoming… Let ideas and collaborations flow in the most wondrous way. Here are some unshared behind the scenes moments...
