I was bored out of my mind and thinking. I was seeing memes and was like “oh imagine, it’s the lotf crew with oc and all, but like they all are in highschool and somehow everyone is happy and alive” I was thinking of the stereotypes and be like- “mhm, girl, that could be cooking” and then I thought(lots of thoughts)

WHAT IF

WHAT IF WE MADE A TYPE OF AU, IT WOULD BE THE CLASSIC STEREOTYPE HIGHSCHOOL YK that we could aliment by making it as if it was pics in a scrapbook. We presents our ocs and characters with a yearbook pic, then random draw of some “pics” (for example Merridew making a selfie while Roger is stealing a cart with Simon in it in the back.)

no need to only draw, you could do lil fics, headcanons and memes and whatever its just to have fun! Its both for characters and ocs!

Where are the Mario Bros. from?

Like, legitimately. In the backstory commonly given(which connects Mario Bros. to Super Mario Bros.), they're from the Brooklyn borough/county in New York and ended up in the Mushroom Kingdom by going through one of the Green Pipes. Easy, right?

NOPE! Enter (Super Mario World 2)Yoshi's Island, which states that the Bros. are from the Mushroom World, with the ending even being the stork dropping Mario and Luigi off on their parent's doorstep.

So... which one is it? Well, who says they aren't both right? If you'll follow me on something here...

The Mario Bros. were created in the Mushroom World, carried by Stork to their parents, before being intercepted by Kamek. Thus, Yoshi's Island happens. We then get Yoshi's Island DS, which is the first time we really see Baby Bowser antagonize the Baby Bros., along with the first appearance(chronologically) of Baby Peach. This leads into Partners in Time's Past Segments, where we see Baby Bowser trying to nab Baby Peach, possibly for the first time.

I don't imagine these games happened that far from each other. But, there is at least enough of a gap between YI and PiT that Bowser has grown out of his rhotacism.

However long it takes, something about PiT(or perhaps the shocking amount of prophesies at least one of these two are involved with) gets the twins sent out of the Mushroom Kingdom, to a place called Brooklyn. They don't really know anyone else, and have weird dreams with dinosaurs, wizards, princesses, aliens, and lots of mushrooms, so mainly the two depend on each other.

Mario and Luigi end up growing up relatively normally until they're hired to get a bunch of beasts out of the sewers, and once they figure out the turtles are the oddest ones... Well, we know what happens from there.

So yes, I did decide the answer is "Both". Fight me. >:)

#workthoughts ...Meetings, coffee, calls, writing, research, lots of email and thinking. Staring at spreadsheets and sending clients invoices and deliverables. Amazing strategy and content takes a lot of work. It doesn't comes easy and it isn't instant. I love my work - but I never want to sugarcoat it or make it look easy. It's hard, consulting is sometimes a little lonely, and trying to grow a business ladens you with this terrible guilt to always be working and the threat of pushing yourself too hard. You make mistakes. It's a constant balance to say "yes" to the truly great clients/opportunities and say "no" if something doesn't seem like a great fit. This fall will be two years doing this, which is crazy, and I feel like I'm only at the beginning of this journey. And I couldn't do it without an amazingly supportive partner (who makes me food and tells me to close my laptop) and a network of absolutely incredible people. I'm lucky and privileged to be doing what I'm doing. I have been using a web host for a long time, but it isn’t working out. I want to keep my @plancanvas.com email address and the www.plancanvas.com name, but I don’t want to be paying a ton. I’ve contacted the hosting company and they’ve said I have to keep all the data, storage, etc to keep my email. Any thoughts on how to make things cheaper? Thanks!!

Hoy ano na inday? Manhid ka na ba talaga? Puta, binabalewala ka na. Anong plano mo sa sarili mo? Anong plano ko sa buhay ko? Wala akong maisagot, anak ng tokwa naman oo! Masyado kong pinaikot sakanya ang mundo ko. Or No, better to say ginawa ko syang mundo ko. Na parang pag tuluyan syang nawala, mawawalan na din ako ng oxygen sa katawan. Oo, tama ang nabasa nyo! Pag nawala sya, yung literal na wala na sa buhay ko parang gusto ko na din maglaho parang bula. Pero ayokong magpakamatay! Nagseself pity na nga ako, papakamatay pa ba ko? Grabeng torture na 'to. Kinawawa ko na ng lubusan ang sarili ko. Gusto ko sana, yung mawawala na lang ako na parang bula. Yung pag pumikit ako, wala na 'ko sa barangay namin tapos pag mulat ko andun na ko sa pinakamasayang lugar sa mundo. Tapos nakalimutan ko na lahat. Lahat ng sakit, lahat ng lungkot! Sana talaga ganun lang kadali. :(

Alam mo yung feeling na sya na lang palagi ang naiisip mo. Na nawawala lang sya sa utak mo pag tulog ka. T*ngina, hanggang kelan pa? Pano na. Gustong gustong gusto ko nang kalimutan sya pero bakit di ko kaya? Malapit lapit ko na atang palitan yung url ko ng "babaengdimakamoveon" or "babaengtanga" or "babaengdinawawalanngpagasa" haha. Ang haba pala. :) Minsan kailangan mo na lang talaga libangin ang sarili mo para makalimot ka pansamantala. Na baka sa ganung paraan magiging permanente na. Yung lungkot mo, mapapalitan na ng saya. Yung dating hindi mo kaya, mahaharap mo na. Sana yung pagkaduwag ko hanggang ngayon lang, sana sa mga susunod na araw makaya ko na. :(
