Chapter 22 is out! Yay! Moving right along. Somehow wordcount wise this arc is shorter than Galuna Island I think, but so emotionally charged for Loke and Lucy. YAY!

Ive done 2 different designs for lucy in my lolu role swap au… im doing a 3rd one but its so self indulgent bc it spawned from me being pissed that of the celestial spirits loke looks the most boring (note my exact phrasing: an anime twink with spiky hair and vague cat ears) HES SUPPOSED TO BE A LIONNNN why can capricorn and aquarious and aries look the part but all loke has is his stupid cat ears 💀 LIONS AND HOUSECATS DONT EVEN HAVE THE SAME EARS WHY ARE HIS POINTY

So shes gona have a lion/furry form- like i said. Self indulgent.

Like of the designs it is the one that probably wont be recognizable as lucy. Id say sorry but im not. Ill try n fit her little bow somewhere idk. Its also the one where im gonna give her more “formal” clothing, more reminiscent of lokes real form w the suit.

Chapter Four of Lucy the Lion is OUT.

It's killing me that I know I shouldn't just post the whole thing in one chapter like the maniac I am. That going slowly is better to help me continue writing the arcs I'm currently writing, but I want to share it all right now with everyone sooooo badly.

Even that might not be enough to stop me, except I also know that doing final publishing edits would take days and I am way beyond the Ao3 character limit for one chapter. Instead we're all gonna have to make due with 2-3 chapters a week.

My giant 250,000 WIP is going on Ao3, a couple of chapters per week. LoLu role swap AU. Slow burn. In-depth exploration of how these characters would react to their differing situations.

Some canon dialog early on, but things butterfly effect pretty fast. Based on the length, I'm pretty sure I'll be posting this at a rate of at least one chapter a week for . . . the rest of my life? That sounds about right.
