Unpopular Opinion #2

Mitch Dillon is low-key a better culprit than Louis Chandler, who is the most boring character in the entire franchise. Mitch Dillon in both versions of SCK is a more interesting culprit, and we don’t see him in the Remastered version and we only see him in the original game in the last 45 seconds of the game. At least he goes hard in those 45 seconds and at least he stands out as one of the few murderers in the franchise while Louis is like one of the 20 treasure hunter culprits. And I'm not even fully convinced that Lisa is a better character than Mitch....

yes this is an extremely niche post but i got my first round today and i am NOTHING if not self serving on this blog !!!!! 

Abby Sideris - let’s be real she would not end up getting it and would tell anyone in her life she knew who was getting migraines that this really special essential oil blend she made would “totally cure them” 

lisa ostrum - also would not get it (maybe i should change the title of this?) but would loudly and incredulously say “WHAT? you’re not sticking needles in my HEAD!?! i’m outta here!!” in the most annoying voice ever and walk out of the appt never to return

ethel bossiny - this bitch would not even react. she would just say in a level voice “ok doctor, i’m ready now,” sit in the chair with her hands crossed exactly like this and her face would not change at all with the needles going in. totally unphased!! absolutely nothing.

malachi craven - oh this dude would be a NIGHTMARE. he’d get annoyed that he couldn’t inject himself and grumble about it the whole time and tell the doctor they don’t know what they’re doing/are doing it wrong and that he could do it better. 

izzy romero - she would literally be THRILLED. she would be so excited to get it because she’d think it would keep her from getting wrinkles and looking ~old~ 100%

As a kid, I always thought Lisa mentions that she’s horrible at foreign languages to create suspicion around her when we find a letter written to her in Spanish in her locker. I later realized that her lack of language skills explains why she vandalized the library in the beginning:

So despite the Spanish letter in her locker, she truly is bad at foreign languages. But just how bad is she? Here’s the stained glass message she mistranslated:

“Le diamant de ma misere dan mon journal”, which means “Diamond of misery in my journal.��� And Lisa mistranslated to “Diamond of misery in the library”. So she mistranslated the word “journal”, which means... “journal”. That’s pretty bad.

But maybe the words “journal” and “library” in French are close?

Nope. Not even a little similar.

Not to mention that it wouldn’t make sense for the diamond to be in the library, since it was just the queen’s tower that was moved from France, not the entire castle.

In conclusion, Lisa is beyond horrible at foreign languages.
