umm, everything? my first impression of him was 'this bitch is so good written' and guess what? it never change. he's one of, if not the most intriguing character i ever came across. i love how optimistic he is and somehow can twist every inconveniece to fit his plan so swiftly. like, his personality is just begging to be explored. i can talk all day about how interesting his characterization for me, really. oh, and he's beautiful

i don't like the take 'light' and 'kira', like they're 2 different person, kira is a demon that possesed light. like...it's more complicated than that. but i understand people like this take tho, it's the matter of interpretations and preference after all. i don't think this is unpopular but yeah, you get what i mean.

I'm neutral on Lawtsuda. I feel like it would just be Matsuda trying to earn his affection and L using him for coffee, which is already what they kinda do lol. I think it could work, but also, I feel like it would be very one-sided.

However, does anyone want to hear me scream sob about Lightsuda? IMO, they have weird tension because Matsuda is longing for Light's approval because Light is who he always wanted to be, while Light is figuring out the best way to keep Matsuda useful. I think Matsuda really did have love for Light, platonic or otherwise, while Light just wanted to keep him submerged in his lies. And if you know me, sexuality stuff with Matsu is complicated lol. But anyway, I could go on about them for HOURS.
