Welcome to my office!!!
Being your own boss can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. On one hand, you have more freedom and flexibility to pursue your passion and goals. On the other hand, you also have more responsibility and pressure to manage your time and resources effectively. It can be challenging to balance work and life, especially when you are passionate about what you do.
While you can choose your own schedule and work from wherever you are, there are times when you loose yourself to whatever you are working on while you’re on vacation with your family and friends and that can ruin a relationship and leave a bad taste for everyone else involved.
So, make sure you give yourself some time off from work every now and then. Take care of your well-being and cherish your relationships. Have fun and don’t let your passion turn into a burden in the long run.

I tried Bing Image Creator from Microsoft and I asked for an image representation of myself with this phrase:
“I am a male YouTube creator with ADHD. I have long hair, i talk about my passions and make tutorials about different topics. My channel is called LifeHackerMax. Make a representation of me in comic book art.”
I tried with different phrases adding keywords until I got something that I was pleased with 😋.
“male” - because the AI would draw me as a girl
“ADHD” - because I wanted the image to express the chaos inside my brain
“Long hair” - because it is something that defines me visually
“LifeHackerMax” - because I wanted to see if I get something representative about life hacks - apparently not and the texts seem to be intentionally messed up (I think for copyright reasons/ not sure exactly why).
Here are two pics I liked from a few renders.
Try it yourself here: https://www.bing.com/images/create
It is free as long as you have a Microsoft account.
Spoiler Alert- they also have “Bing AI” - The ChatGPT from Microsoft.

I have been experimenting with the idea of having 3 screens inside TheFort and I am loving it so far.

It is an amazing feeling when something you made gets featured and supported by others in the field 😊.

#2 So, what is The Fort exactly? It’s a multifunctional piece of furniture that serves many purposes in a single, well-thought-out design. First and foremost, it’s a raised bed or a loft bed with a decent height that fits a queen-sized mattress. And instead of wasting the space underneath, I’m turning it into a workspace.
By using the same footprint for both sleeping and working, I’m maximising the use of my space. And the best part is, I don’t have to make my bed anymore! 🤭 Plus, as a third function, the structure will provide ample storage space for clothing and personal items.
So, after careful planning, The Fort will measure around 200cm x 160cm (impreial ~ 6’6” x 5’3”), with an interior height of 150cm (imperial ~ 4’10”). This will leave roughly 80 - 90cm (imperial ~ 2’7” - 2’11”) on the upper side (sleeping area).
And the best part: I’m repurposing everything I have from my old closet, so the COST of my build should be close to ZERO.
I also plan on reducing my wardrobe only to necessary items and get rid of all the stuff that I haven’t touched in some time. So there will be less storage space needed than before but enough for two people.
Of course, I know this project won't be easy. Building a multifunctional piece of furniture like The Fort requires skill and attention to detail. But, as they say, nothing worth having comes easy.
Will I be able to build it? I don’t know. Will it be useful or will I have ruined all of my furniture for nothing?
So far I managed to build 2 -3 unfinished pieces just to get the feel on how big this thing will actually be. Stay tuned for future updates as I document the process of building The Fort.

This is not intended as a tutorial but more of a documentation with the purpose of entertainment, inspiration and idea starter. This project should be built by a professional as it can be dangerous if not built properly.
