writing ralph/johnny drives me insane because ralphs inner monologue is like ohhh i took his life and his youth away from him he probably hates me so much.....im a MONSTER for feeling this way about someone whose life ive destroyed.......oaugh...... and johnnys inner monologue is like

I had went on a rant about this to my friend but there's something about this scene that really fucked me up

This moment, after the earthquake, where it's no longer just Ralph, Johnny says "what do WE do", it's no longer Ralph, alone doing all this, but now Johnny is there, Johnny is the one to make it a "We"

What especially gets me is how previously he was making it a "you" thing.

It most likely could be chalked up to the guilt Johnny feels for telling Ralph to stop, but God the idea that he is there for Ralph too fucking KILLS ME.
