Please please please note that dialogue name says he is "Romani Archaman" because we told Nemo Marine that the Chaldean is someone calling himself by that name. Then he replies that we are right... but from now on, he'll be using that name without shame.

Also iirc he doesnt mention anything about being Goetia or Lev/Flauros. Just that he tells guda that "the person inside this body is different." so "it doesn't matter which name he shows/tells."

Just hear me out. Lev/Romani/Da Vinci in a poly relationship. Pre FGO events. Just three of smartest people in Chaldea caring around each other in their way. Chilling in the break room together. Alternative: Flauros has awakened within Lev and he's struggling with starting Goethia's plan, because his attachment to Romani and Da Vinci is strong.

All I can think about after seeing the Paper Moon chapter trailer is how much Lev is a Touhou character. A huge amount of his character is contained in his hat. Without it he radiates a deep sense of wrongness.
