Thinking about Claudia. Learning and speaking new languages for her and Louis more like a chore than an intense life-long journey. Learning the complexities of music and acting and how to express herself in multiple mutable ways to different people and crowds. But keeping that kindness, always caring in her own way.

This is just a little thing but it is so funny to me when Louis accuses Lestat - specifically around the intellectual - of being stupid like how he doesn’t read as much as Louis despite the fact that Lestat has actual practical skills like being a polyglot who can sight read literally anything on the first try
