Sad to hear about the passing of R. Lee Ermey. He was known as the "Sargent guy" and also had a real talent for voiceover. The Sarge in Toy Story and Colonel Leslie "Hap" Hapablap from The Simpsons.

Sideshow Bob’s Last Gleaming [S7 E9] (dir. Dominic Polcino)

R. Lee Ermey provides Hapablap’s voice, riffing on the role that gained his fame, that of Hartman in ‘Full Metal Jacket’. His speech here opens with, “To slip the surly bonds of Earth and touch the face of God”, this is a quote from Ronald Reagan’s address after the Challenger disaster, which itself was paraphrased from John Gillespie Magee Jr’s poem, ‘High Flight’.
