*I remember seeing this fight where he defeated Ali, with my Father on a CCTV deal we used to go to down at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit when I was a little kid, but man was that a good fight! My Father and I went to a lot of fights and that probably was what got me so into boxing. It's still one of my favorite sports. My wife and her family are all super into hockey. It's not my cup of coffee, for me I'm into boxing. And not a big fan of MMA. I know weird right? Boxing is like chess, only with more punches to the face! ;)

Spinks won a gold medal at the 1976 Montreal Olympic games alongside his brother Michael, who also won gold.
