Summary: Donnie's gone game-crazy. Leo decides to play his own, with a tickley twist.

Warnings: light swearing. This is a tickle fic, so if you don't like that, scroll away!

Tucked up in his lab, Donnie tapped away on his phone. He had gotten a new game, "Turtle Tapper", and he was addicted. He hadn't slept much the night before, too focused on beating the game. When he didn't show up for dinner, Leo called it and went to check on him.

He slipped in, bypassing the normal security systems. He must've forgotten to turn them on.

When he looked at Donnie, he got very concerned, very quick. His eyes had deeper bags then normal, and stray food/trash was littered about the room. His eyes were bloodshot to the center. Memories of The Purple Game filled his mind.

"Donnie, you missed breakfast, and you're about to miss dinner. Vamonos, hermano!" He tried tugging Dee's arm away, but a mechanical claw smacked his hand. "No Nardo this is important now leave me!" The entire sentence was rushed, as if every second spent talking was one wasted.

That wasn't gonna slide. One hand went for his goggles, distracting the claw, while the other snatched his phone. Leo ran for his life, bolting out of the room. Behind him, a pissed-off Donnie was hot on his heels, battle shell abandoned for speed.

Leon tore through the kitchen, disrupting the peaceful dinner. As he ducked into the living room, he heard Raph yell, "No broken bones!".

Using his sword, he made a portal to Mikey's room an tossed the phone in. On the other side, the phone landed safely in a blanket pile, hidden. When his purple brother entered the room, he held up his hands, smirking.

Putting two and two together, the flung himself at Leo, knocking them both onto the ground. Leo, having more upper body strength, had Donnie pinned and straddled pretty quickly. He situated them on Raph's beanbag, cushioning his soft shell.

"Nardo, you have three seconds-" Leo cut him off, an extremely smug look on his face. "Actually, I've got the upper hand, Don-Tron." After some thrashing around, Dee came to the shocking conclusion that his brother was right.

"Let's play a game. You have to guess where your phone is in three tries. Fail and suffer the consequences."

Leo's game was stacked against him. Anywhere in the lair is a lot of spaces, and he only had three guesses. Escaping was not a feasible option.

"Fine. Is it in the kitchen?" He could've tossed it in during their chase. His twin shook his head. "Noooooope! Two guesses left!"

Where's a Leo spot to put something? It wouldn't be in his own room, too predictable. He would, however, hide it in his room/lab, just for the irony. "Is it in my room?"

He made a comical buzzer noise. "Eeeeeeee! Strike two, brother! Can he do it folks? Not likely!" Now he was just being annoying.

Okay, come on. If he were Leo, where would he hide it? Somewhere he wouldn't think to look, like his brother's room! Fifty-fifty shot on which one. Maybe Raph, he has a lot of stuffies to hide it in.

"Raph's room!" The look on Leo's face was as mischievous as ever. "Sorry, but that's incorrect! As our all-time loser, you now have to endure our penalty!" Gosh, he was so haughty! He just hoped the dumb penalty was short.

The blue-themed turtle held his hand up, pretending it was a person. "Tell him what he's won, folks!" The hand 'spoke' in a dumb, high-pitched voice. "A session of brotherly bonding, via tickles!"

Dee's eyes widened, and he twisted and kicked, trying to get out from under Leo. He failed, Leo smirking and cracking his knuckles as he watched. "Nardo, I swear I will murder you in your sleep! Get off!"

"Tempting, but nah." He scratched and skittered across his sides, Donnie ending his protests with a strangled gasp. Pushing Leo's arms away wasn't working. Stubborn till the end, he held in his reaction, making Leo work for it.

"Come oooon, DonTon! You know you wanna laugh! It would be a lot easier if you just let it out~" The teasing was working, a few titters escaping the genius. Still, for the most part, he held strong.

Leo shook his head. "I didn't wanna do this, but desperate times call for desperate measures." While one hand scooped up Donnie's arms, the other attacked his armpits. The dam burst, bright laughter erupting from the purple-themed turtle.

"GAHAHAHA! NAHAHARDO GEHET OHOHOF!" Going for a bad spot right away was a Leo special. He didn't really have a reason, other than being a little shit. He dug into the sensitive area, driving his twin up the wall.

"LEHEHEO! CEHEASE YOHOUR NONSEHENSE AT OHONCE!" He was obviously ignored, the slider continuing his torment. The genius kicked out, trying to dilute the crazy ticklish feelings.

Not wanting to wear him out so fast, Leo switched to scribbling on his plastron. Don's arms came crashing down, too tired to do anything more than grab his brother's wrists. Bubbly giggles greeted Leo, with not so sweet words behind them.

"Fuhuhuck ohohoff you duhumb duhuhumb!"

Leo gasped, getting his drama-queen on. "So rude! I go out of my way to take care of you, and this is the thanks I get?" "Yohour lihihihiterally tohorturing me!"

Finally, he got back on track. "If you eat dinner AND take some melatonin, I'll quit." Donnie made a noise like a strangled squeak. "Scohoff! Thihihis ihis tyrahahahanny!"

Leo sighed, expecting the snarky denial. "Thought you would say something like that. Time to die, Othello."

Flipping him over, Leo scribbled across his soft shell. Not wanting to hurt his bro, the touch was light and soft. That ultimately made things worse, the gentle tickling driving Donnie to hysterics. "NAHAHAHAHOHO! I CAHAHA- NAHAHARDOHO!"

He shrugged. "You had your chance. Now suffer, shadow the edge-hog." Leo traced little shapes, invisible smiley faces and stars covering his shell. For once, there were no thoughts in the soft shell's mind besides 'Holly truffle mac n' cheese it tickles!'

Raph peeked his head in the room. "Don't kill him, Leo!" He got a thumbs up, chuckling and shaking his head as he left.

Seeing Don reaching his limits, Leo gave him another shot at mercy. "Promise you'll eat and sleep? And by sleep, I mean at least seven hours."

"IHIHI PRHOHOMIHISE! PLEHEASE STAHAHAHAP!" Satisfied, he stopped his torment, switching to rubbing away the phantom tickles.

"Now was that so hard?" Donnie kicked him, earning a quick tazer to the side. When he regained his breath, Don drug himself to the kitchen, earning head pats from Raph and a few laughs from Mikey. Leo just smirked.

🎮What’s favourite main game? (0-8 and Code Veronica)

original re4 is my baby i will forever love and adore it and keep shouting about that from the rooftops :'D it was life-changing for me in 2005! I'd mainly played stuff like Zelda and Mario so far, except for Eternal Darkness (which is amazing 10/10 would recommend) so it struck with how different it was. also, Leon? the prettiest. those legs!! but I'll shut up about re4 before I'll babble and embarrass myself more :'D

also I've got to say that re6 comes really damn close! it's got the most angst, it's got a super pretty older Leon, it's got Piers, it's got Jake, it's got Sherry, it's got it all :'D also it's so much fun to get to play as a co-op, i gotta admit, i enjoyed that greatly. i do get why some people don't like it bc it's not as horror-focused and more action, but i loved it. and I loved how the different campaigns had different vibes to them so clearly!

📖Do you like learning about the lore? Is there a specific part you like learning the most?

ehmmmm yes and no? I do love picking up details in the games and the movies, and I think I am pretty well-versed in what canon entails. but I am picky? I don't want to go scour through the (dubiously) canon books or interviews or such. i don't believe in word-of-god when it comes to media. to me, if it's not right there on the screen for everyone to see, it doesn't count. if that makes sense.

also, unpopular opinion, but game-wise there hasn't been anything new I've been into in a looong time. I don't really give a shit about the last two main games or the latest remake 😅 so I'm ignoring them? I wish everyone who likes them fun times with them! but personally, ehhhhh, no. but up until that part I am interested in the lore, definitely.

I'd be interested in A LOT MORE lore tbh if they'd give us more but RE hasn't ever really been a super lore-heavy series tbh. they give what's needed but don't deep-dive into things really. and it'd be nice if they did dive a bit deeper sometimes.

Fatal Frame series! The absolute first Fatal Frame is so near and dear to my heart. It scared the absolute FUCK out of me. More than the better graphics ones we have nowadays.

Clock Tower II: Ghost head. This one I tried playing as a little 7 year old girl and, like all small children, I nearly shit myself crying. It was terrifying. But I was addicted. I couldn't stop playing it. Stephanie's laugh will always creep me tf out.

RESIDENT EVIL. Particularly the very first one, 2nd, and 3rd. For some reason, the 4th, 5th, and 6th never grew on me. I AM TRYING TO CHANGE THIS. Also Leon is a good puppy cop. ;n; Err, at least when he first starts out. I wished he could have stayed that way instead of turning into a drunk dick head ;n;

A classic arcade game. House of the dead I & II. I loved shooting zombies with those toy plastic guns at the arcade. That was so much fun.

Silent Hill series. They were always so fucked up. The old voice overs were so fucking funny too!

One that isn't a horror is the Tekken series. Sure they're just fighting games, but I loved them as a kid. You play through story mode and you got to see the character's various backgrounds and why they chose this path. Ling Xiaoyu is and always will be my favoritest girl!

Obscure I & II because you got to play with friends! Especially in story mode. That was so revolutionary at the time. I had a lot of fun playing with a friend of mine. The jokes were very x rated in that game and we had to have been around 13-14 laughing our asses off.

I should stop here before I go on. I have several more up my sleeve but fjdskla;jgrkda; it'll take an entire damn page.

🎮 — favorite video game(s)?

ahhh, oh my god this is hard. i guess i'll give you my top 5 with no particular order. persona 4 ( my introduction to the series ) loved it to pieces and i love a good old fashioned murder mystery in a small town kinda vibes. resident evil 4: wii edition. i have good memories, mostly with my younger brother and my first resident evil game. us freaking out cause we were so shook, but getting our asses together so we could shoot the zombies and cheering each other on. also i just love leon and ada. final fantasy 7. just a classic, something i grew up with. it's good stuff. tales of the abyss. i love luke and tear. just the way it ended, i was so happy for the both of them. i love the story and guy has to be one of the most well written ride or die characters in an rpg. he is the best friend you want in your corner. aaand i love jade's snarky ass. lol. lastly, pokemon colosseum. also memories with my younger brother, he would watch me play and we would respectively say that umbreon was mine and espeon was his. but i also kinda like the departure from the usual pokemon games. i wish we would get a remake.

i absolutely adore sushi. give me tuna nigiri, a good crunch roll, and some spicy scallop or salmon. good shit. i also love chicken katsu curry, so much so that i learned how to make it myself. another honorable mention would be mapo tofu, i love some spicy shit. buuut i also loves sweets, i'm not picky anything sweet i will eat it. mostly cakes and pastries, a new dessert that might be hyped up.

🧶 — any non-writing hobbies/interests?

i love doing makeup?? absolutely obsessed with it, i love doing a mean graphic liner and occasion if my friends need help or my friend's mom i will definitely do their makeup for a special occasion. gaming, i love it a lot. i play a variety of things like dbd, texas chainsaw to jrps ( my favorite no matter what ). i also workout, it's a good stress reliever and i just want to be healthy. i'm still really trying to go for that figure i want.

OKAY THIS IS WHERE THE EMBARRASSMENT COMES IN, WHEN IT COMES TO MAIN GAMES I'VE LITERALLY ONLY BEAT THE DS PORT OF RE1 MYSELF 😭 I've watched my sibling play a lot of them tho and read files/watch cutscenes, so I'm familiar enough with the series overall to say that both versions of RE4 are my favorites. Watching Leon be silly when my sibling played the original in 2020 was my first Exposure to RE, but I didn't get Invested until I saw Luis be gay in the remake and went completely insane and dove into the lore and pirated RE1 on my 3DS lmao.

ALFRED ASHFORD. I've heard the twins are both kinda different in DSC compared to the original and it's a downgrade, but idk I loved them in it. When my friend and I got to the part where Claire and Steve are in the maze thing I just kept saying shit like "he's just a silly little weirdo. he just likes hunting people for sport, and he's polite about it, giving us a little game to play"

Ratan Vaish - Kali: Call of Darkness, Romance Club: The love of my life, he's everything I've ever dreamed in a character and more, the interactions with him makes me feel goosebumps every time 🛐 He's also very relatable in a lot of occasions ❤️

Spanish Berlin - La casa de papel/Money Heist: How can I not love Berlin? He's one of the most multi-dimensional and entertaining characters in LCDP, also he always managed to make me laugh 😂 Looking forward to his spin-off 🛐

Cho Sangwoo - Squid Game: My misunderstood boy, he did what he had to do to survive 🤷‍♀️ his actions were unethical yes, but there were no other options. Truly a morally grey and complex character (and I know Gi-hun and him dated in her past)

Raul Leon - Control Z: I know he's crazy and that he's a yandere but he has layers you know and I can't resist him, sue me I suppose 😂

Korean Professor - Money Heist Korea: I don't know why for some reason I like him better than Spanish professor, don't get me wrong, Spanish professor is awesome but I prefer the Korean one because he's more collected, composed and calculating. He was also kinda relatable 🤷‍♀️

Chisjen Avasarala - The Expanse: She's THE girlboss, and the true queen of Earth, she gets things done and has an unparalleled elegance, a true diplomat too, no choice but to simp ❤️

Todd Madison - Love from outer space, Romance Club: The other love of my life ❤️ my soulmate, he's as nerdy and as geeky as me and his humour? unprecedented ❤️ (he's the kind of guy I'd fall for irl, along with Ratan)

Gaius Augustine - Bloodbound, Choices stories you play: At the beginning I couldn't stand him. But then after seeing his redemption arc and the reason why he became like that, I started seeing him in a different light and he became my favourite character in Choices 🤷‍♀️

Colin Ritman, Black Mirror Bandersnatch: He's just so cool, his attitude, his style, his voice, everything in him is so cool, EVERYTHING and he gives off an aura of confidence, definitely one of the coolest characters I've ever seen, makes my knees weak 🛐

Yagami Light - Death Note: Sorry (not really) but #TeamLight all the way. Yes, he's a literal psychopath but he's very smart, complex and an overall well-written character and I can't resist that type of character 🤷‍♀️

Some of them are villains, some others are morally grey, some others are downright deranged, while others are anti-heroes but they're still my comfort characters. I connect so well with the fictional deranged I suppose 😂🤷‍♀️

Jill Valentine! I love everything about her character, how badass and determined she is.

❤️Who’s your favourite male character?

Carlos Oliveira! I know he's only in the one game but the fact that it made me wish there was more of anything on him says a lot. I love his personality and how he can see the bright side of things even as shit hits the fan.

👀When did you first get into resident evil?

I must admit it was the movie Resident Evil. I didn't know much about the series itself, though I knew the games existed. I love zombies and it was a fun/scary zombie action movie for me.

🏆What was your first game?

RE3Remake and yes it was so I could play as Jill and Carlos lol. It's also the only game I will be able to play because I can't play horror games. First game that I watched being played was RE7 and that one was so much fun to watch!

Toss up between RE3Remake and RE7. Those were my first two games and they still stand out for me as my favorite. Runner up would be Donna Beneviento's home in RE8.

Tyrants, specifically Mr. X. I can handle Nemesis...for the most part but how Mr. X constantly chases you, that absolutely horrifies me and I love it!

That I played, the Hunters in RE3Remake. I hate those things with a passion because they will always scary me!

Lady Dimitrescu! Yes I was one of those fans from when she was first introduced lol

Ethan and Elena (villager in re8). Ethan I think is obvious because he’s a man doing everything he can to save his wife and then his wife and daughter. He goes through hell twice to only end up making the ultimate sacrifice. While I can get it, I wish he got the happy ending.

Elena may seem odd but I don’t know, I was honestly really sad when she did die. I had so much hope she would live, that maybe Ethan would have someone to talk to other than fighting all the monsters but nope, they killed her!

I don't think so? My only major opinion is Jill and Carlos end up together and I think that is received well.

Yup! I'm always willing to enjoy a good zombie action movie, though I didn't like how they ended things between Claire and Leon in Infinite Darkness.

Nope but I do plan to watch it at some point. I do think there may be some directions with characters I won't care for but I can still enjoy it as one of many versions of Resident Evil.

💕My fave female character is definitely Ada Wong!! She gets a lot of hate but I find her character absolutely fascinating! I think she's super multidimensional and there's a lot that can be done as far as character analysis with her <3

🎮 I already answered this one but my fave main game is 4!!! I can't wait for the remake and I'm replaying the original. I really wish I was better at writing things up/gif making/etc because I have so many thoughts on this one game

👀 I first got into resident evil as a gremlin child! I stayed over at a friend's house and we snuck into her brother's room and started playing his games-- Resident Evil 2 was the first one I grabbed my hands on, but then that jumped to 4 which was my first fully completed resident evil game. Around that time I also got into online communities like deviantart and would spend most of my time watching lore/meme resi videos. Eventually I played all the games through and here I am, a Leon Scott Kennedy simp with too much information about a game franchise I don't know how to recommend to my friends.
