1. ) Which 911 Lone Star character redemption moment is your favorite?

TK!! TK's season 1 finale bus driver save is such a great scene! Here, he proves to himself that 1) this is what he is meant to do 2) that he wants to keep doing it here, in Austin with his dad and the 126, and 3) that he and Carlos make a pretty good team, despite the non-breakup breakup minutes before.

TK goes from being (understandably) unsure about his professional and romantic life to knowing exactly what to do and doing it with his full heart, despite the risk.

Also, in true Lone Star fashion, the lyrics beautifully parallel the scene.

(2) Is there a character you think deserved more of an on screen redemption moment than we got in the show?

I would have loved to see Owen apologizing for the "I'm going to be a father" comment to TK. Do I think he meant to hurt TK? Absolutley not. But it was still incredibly hurtful and hit on a lot of TK's insecurities.

That being said, I do think Owen has risen from that moment, despite it never being addressed. He makes mistakes and often speaks and acts without thinking. But he usually doesn't repeat the Big Mistakes - like lying to TK about his medical conditions. He's not perfect but he fiercely loves TK.

(my other answer for this question was Carlos but I saved it for the Question 4 🙃🙃)

(3) Is there a recurring (or even one-time guest) “villain” that you would like to see return with a redemption arc? Or if not, is there a “villain” you absolutely would not want to see get a redemption?

Maybe Billy? I don't mind him (compared to all of the other "villains")

(4) Are there any unresolved conflicts from the first four seasons that you wish were reconciled on screen?

I wish we could have gotten more scenes where Carlos and Iris (and perhaps TK) talk about why they both felt they needed to get married. Honestly, we got more introspective scenes about young Carlos/ Carlos's coming out than I thought we'd get, but I will always want Carlos to reckon with his terrified and lonely teenaged self and come to terms with the fact that he did the best he could to protect himself (and keep his family intact) with the information he had.

(5) Which main character would you like to have a more developed backstory?

Nancy all the way!!! We know so little about her life pre-pilot / Owen becoming Captain - what did her life look life before? Why did she become a paramedic?

Also, I will forever love the casual way Nancy came out 💗💜💙

Okay right so the Soap story right. My first ever DnD session, DM makes us fight a goblin trio to teach us about combat. One of them is named Soap, and he was thrown at my dwarf barbarian character by one of the other goblins for a single hit point at the start of the fight. She did not take that well. So every time it was my turn I would target Soap, and miss (fail the accuracy check by rolling low). The first 4 turns all missed. And then on the 5th turn my dwarf hit him for 2 damage. Then missed again. And again. Until the DM actually just started skipping Soap's turns by saying he was "laughing so hard at her failure he's immobilized". And STILL. STILL I KEPT FAILING THE ACCURACY CHECK. FOR A LEVEL 1 GOBLIN. Until my DM was basically just like... Okay now roll for attack and skip the accuracy check (just this once). And ever since then my DM just mentioning the word soap is met with angry looks. And they KNOW it to the point where they will have (jokingly) try to get me OOC in our current campaign just by referencing soap.

10/10 best first DnD session tho, very realistic

LMAOOOOOO this is an absolutely fantastic story hahahhaahha. I really hope the DM makes Soap return at the end as the final Big Bad in a crazy plot twist gdskkshdkskshshhs.

Funny enough my dnd group also had a goblin incident in their first ever session, but it was kind of the opposite because they kidnapped him and kept him has a reluctant sidekick for the rest of the campaign LMAO. So there really is something about lvl 1 goblin combat hahahaha

look - pole dancing is different for everyone. i've seen people perform the most amazing routines to classical music, 80s rock, metal, rap, bubblegum pop, edm you name it!!!

if i'm training tricks, i lean into grime/rap for some reason. i guess it makes me feel confident to do scary stuff lol (stormzy, skepta, vince staples, pusha t, russ, logic, flo milli have been on recent repeat).

my dance style is more based on hip hop, but i've been known to venture outside of that. some recent original choreography i've created has used:

eyes on fire (remix) - hahlweg, wayfie (vampire vibes @strandnreyes) (this is exotic flow style)

playboy - tyga ft. vince staples (this is hardstyle)

rascal (superstar) - tinashe (classic/hip hop)

brilho e nicotina - materia prima (this was kind of showgirl/burlesque inspired)

renegade (oliver remix) - kavinsky, cautious clay, oliver (hardstyle)

i also once did an original routine to sex & stardust by zz ward for lone star vibes, even though I knew it would never be the hottest thing set to that song.

I have a graphic novel/zine by @reallycorking from Haikyuu! fandom! I also own two prints of really beautiful Harry Potter art by @foxestacado - one of Lily Potter and one of Hermione reading. 💕

I do reread my own fics a lot, both to convince myself that I can actually write things that are not awful, and also because I wrote them because I loved the idea!

Inseparable, like gravity is a cockwarming fic, and I have two others I'm working on. I love acts of extreme intimacy so it's a kink I really love. This was my first time writing sex for this fandom and it didn't seem to get much engagement, so I was left feeling like maybe 911ls fandom wasn't as into higher rated fics. But I think engagement with sex fics has risen since I posted that one.

A safe distance is about TK saving Carlos's life when Carlos is shot during a mass-shooter situation while they're broken up. I wrote it all (12k) in one week, which is not normal for me. I'm a hurt/comfort fiend, so it hits a lot of my buttons.

Sorry, I know this is just supposed to be for one fic, but I'll list one more. Every morning another chapter is pretty close to my heart because I put a lot of myself into it. It's set after 3x08 and is about TK struggling to accept Carlos's support with regard to his addiction. He pushes back against Carlos's attempts to help, as a defense mechanism, and then struggles to figure out his own rollercoaster of feelings. I tried to make it feel real and not just hurt/comfort for the sake of comfort.
