Philo Judaeus | Logos & Trinity | Hellenized Judaism  

COMMENTARY

Philo of Alexandria is a partial answer to the alleged historians and Philosophers who wonder what effected Aristotle had on Alexander the Great.

Getting Ready and Other Conversations

[Jane the Killer, Leia Sower (OC), Ruth Min (OC) X F!Reader]

[AN: I was gonna draw something for this but instead, I'm gonna write it.]

Jane smiles softly as she tilts your chin up, her dark eyes narrowing ever so slightly as the corners of her lips pull upwards. Her beautiful dark hair is pulled up into a tight bun, and captures the tresses so she can work on your face in peace. "Leia, dear," Jane begins, her voice smooth an velvety. "Can you go find Ruth?"

The white haired lady looks up from her phone as she sits on the bed, a brow raised as she turns sapphire eyes away from her screen. "What for?" She asks as she clicks her screen off before slowly standing, long legs finally being stretched as she hums in content.

Jane gently moves your chin downwards, her eyes still locked on your lips as she does so. "I want her lipstick," she replies.

Leia walks across the hardwood floor, her stilettos gently clacking against the grain as she does so before crouching slightly behind Jane. She rests dark hands on her knees as she squints to look over your almost fully made up face. "It's the blue one, isn't it?"

Jane grins almost devilishly before nodding, her head turning over her shoulder to show Leia her enthusiasm. "Wouldn't she be smashing in it?"

"Belle of the ball," Leia agrees as she stands up right and wiggles her fingers playfully at you before turning to leave the bedroom. "Ruthie!" She calls out in a sing-songy tone. The sound of Leia's heels falling down the stairs makes you smile gently.

While the two of you wait, Jane works on your eyes, the mascara brush pulling at your lashes gently. Never once do you feel scared or anything other than at ease in her grasp.

The bedroom door reopens.

"Blue lipstick?" A tall East Asian woman asks, her own pink lips curling upwards into a smile once she lands honey colored eyes on you.

Jane nods and holds her hand out, black nails reflecting the light from the ring light almost like freshly fallen winter snow at sunrise.

Ruth chuckles softly and makes her way over, hand already ready to place the tube of lipstick in Jane's awaiting hand. "You want me to do her hair while I'm here?" She inquires, her silver fingertips dancing across Jane's shoulder.

Jane thinks it over for a moment or two before nodding. "Please do," she says before glancing over at Leia, "and then her as well."

Leia feigns offense and falls back on the bed. "My hair is perfect the way it is."

"It's wild and unkempt," both Ruth and Jane deadpan before they giggle.

You roll your eyes before relaxing into Ruth's touch, her nails gently scratching against your scalp. "Is all this really necessary?" You ask before Jane's thumb gently rests on your lower lip.

"Absolutely," Ruth answers. "You're going to be meeting our boss for the first time, impressions count."

You look over to Leia who holds a thumbs up before going back to scrolling on her phone.

Jane exhales sharply, like a muted laugh before rolling the lipstick onto your soft lips. "The Slender Man is admittedly finicky when it comes to changing opinions on people he knows. If you made a bad impression on him to begin with..."

Leia snorts, "he's gonna hate you forever." She then looks over at you and sits up straight. "Speaking from experience."

Ruth skillfully braids your hair, her fingers working quickly as Jane finishes up the artistry on your face. "We just want to make sure he takes you seriously."

"But I'm not even going into work like the three of you," you say before rubbing your lips together, mimicking Jane's mouth before the two of you crack sly grins at each other.

"Different branch," Jane begins. "Just because you're not putting people to rest-"

Both Leia and Ruth snort loudly at this.

"- Doesn't mean your work isn't important to him."

You hum in acknowledgement, melting into both Jane and Ruth's touch before realizing they've finished on you. In the time you've been chatting, Leia tamed her hair and threw in a waterfall braid for good measure.

You stand up, feeling like a model before turning to look at yourself in the mirror.

"Isn't she lovely?" Jane hums, her head resting on top of yours.

Ruth's hands find their way to your shoulders, gently squeezing you while Leia's rests on the small of your back.

You feel warm, oh so warm.

Top Three Ships: Shipping is a rare thing for me? But my first and most formative ship was Han & Leia. I will say I’m emotionally invested in Villaineve (but haven’t finished S2) and also very tickled by the dynamic between The Witcher and the singing guy.

Beating Heart

If you're just as sweetly sarcastic as she is, or use joke bullying, she'll match that with no problem. But if you like, push her hair behind her ear and call her beautiful (other than hot, sexy, etc. Things she's used to hearing), she'd genuinely melt. For her mother, a human, to have a few more years left and to be a bit closer to her husband. Or, for her father to become fully human so he could live his twilight years in peace with her mother. Leia and her father are going to outlive her mother (who I think passes around 97 years old) by about 30 - 40 years.

When Leia dies, so too will her father. I already know though, that the Sower's one truest love was Leia's mother despite his other wives from other centuries. He loved them too of course! But his ultimate love was Leia's mother. Y'know King Ramses II wrote poems for Queen Nefertari? This energy “My love is unique – no one can rival her, for she is the most beautiful woman alive. Just by passing, she has stolen away my heart.” That's how deeply The Sower loves Leia's mother.

Bouquet

Water lilies, snowdrop, dahlias, camelias, magnolias, silverbells, petunias, yuca, moonflowers and foxglove. No meanings, except for maybe the Magnolias? These are all sacred flowers to The Sower, and Leia uses them in her magic practice as they tend to give her spells the most power. Magnolias, because that's what her father calls her. "My sweetest Magnolia in May." He planted a whole bunch around her mother's house and land when she was pregnant with Leia.

Shaved Ice

She does! The objects that she holds most dear from her childhood are things her mother and father gave her.

Her most prized object from her mother is the jaw of a caribou - look it's not like that I promise - but Leia's mother grew off the land, and that caribou jaw was a gift from The Sower to her when they first met. Her mother had been having bad luck throughout the hunting season when the Sower sent a caribou her way, taken with her beauty. Originally, she threw the bone out after cleaning the caribou, but it came back on her doorstep. It was a divine sign in her mother's eyes, and her parents have been together ever since. That token of love got passed down to Leia, as her father and mother's sign of their eternal love for her.

Her father took her to like, the zoo when she was a little kid and he gave her a stuffed moose. She loves that stuffed moose way more than she realizes, and while she's actually not currently in possession of it, it's in her father's main temple sitting up on the main altar of offerings. No one is allowed to touch it, and his worshippers call it one of the greatest signs of love for the Sower. So, y'know, naturally, altars regarding The Sower have moose plushies because his daughter left it there when his numbers dipped and he almost lost all of his power.

Sleeping

Oh yeah, this woman is out like a light once she closes her eyes and after she's gone through her nightly routine. She can sleep almost anywhere and everywhere as long as she knows there isn't any danger inbound.

Jane the Killer:

She's such a good cuddler omfg.

For her partner, she's just going to wrap you in her arms, and hold you so tightly.

Her hands will trace up and down your body until she finds some part of you she wants to hold.

Often she's doing to rest her hand on the side of your hip and just squeeze.

Other times she'll rest her hand on your lower stomach and just rub small circles because she thinks that's cute.

Jane is actually a physically cold person, so like,,,, please warm her up lmfao.

She will whisper in your ear and tell you all of her secrets. Her voice is so sweet and low in these instances.

It honestly is super peaceful for her because she's really physically exhausted lmfao. Being near her partner is going to make all her problems melt away.

She also really likes when you run your fingers through her hair and space out. She will comment on how pretty your hair is and honestly might end up doing little things to it while she's cuddling with you. Jane is well versed in all types of hair and many different styles!!

Just nap with her, let her hold you and protect you even in dreams.

Kate the Chaser:

She's a tad touch stared ngl. So if her partner wants to cuddle, that's all she could ever ask for lmfao.

It mostly happens when she's about to sleep because that's like the only time she can rest. She's gonna be a little shy in holding you, but will eventually wrap her arms around your waist.

Her hands will rest either on your thighs or cup your chest. She just likes holding you in that way tbh.

Kate will also let you wear her hoodie!! It smells like pine and oak, just good things.

Kate also likes to play with your hair.

Brian Thomas:

Obligatory I write Hoodie and Brian as different people. Brian is such a gentle cuddler. He will pick you up and rest you on top of his chest.

Like, laying on the couch, you in between his legs and listening to his heartbeat in his chest. He will play with your hair.

Also runs his hands all over your back and rubs little circles before just gripping your butt.

Wants to just touch you and then take a nap lmfao. The two of you cuddle all the time.

Brian likes to cuddle when it rains though, he gives such cozy and soft vibes. He will quietly sing to you while cuddling as well.

Tell him about your day, your worries, tell him everything. He'll listen to you without any judgment.

Brian will let you wear his hoodies just so you can pick up his scent.

He also likes to spoon you as well. Will cup his hands on your chest and hold your breasts, honestly likes to knead them gently like a stress toy lmfao.

Your scent is absolutely intoxicating to him, and honestly helps him pass right out.

Leia is a physically affectionate person with literally everyone. Ofc, she respects boundaries but she's super physically and verbally affectionate with everyone, especially her girlfriend.

Her big main love language is touch, so she's always going to touch you, as long as you're cool with it. She'll often hold your hand or rest it on your shoulder, kiss you, just show everyone how much she loves you.

Leia has cuddling down to perfection tbh. She's going to give you one of those goofy grins and be like 'c'mere bby!!' and just take you into her arms.

She likes to wrap around you like an octopus, but she also likes being held by you as well.

So please, like, hold her and touch her. She wants you to touch her body just as much as she wants to touch yours. Not even in a sexual sense! Just, you can touch her breasts and cup them or her butt, her thighs, her waist, everything just touch her.
