I had a stab at drawing Mee Mee and Lee Lee's families and tried to have some fun with existing Genndy characters! I like the idea that each girl will have a younger glasses wearing sibling. First off, Soyen Chen's name is a bit of a strange mix of origin and "Lee Lee" is not like... a name from what I can tell so I went with the Soyeon spelling, and "Lily" being the English name for Dee Dee's friend. Can you guess who her parents are based on? For Mimi she already had a Mom who seems pretty similar to Dexter's mom (maybe they're friends?) - her little sister is Clara from PPG because they have the same colour theming and hair, I love the idea she wants to copy her big sister bc she thinks she's the coolest. I got a chuckle out of imagining their dad being Action Hank but it's like a secret identity. They think he is an IT manager, a really buff IT manager. He is super devoted to his daughters and will wear a gaudy Team Unicorn Sparkle shirt to bring them to the pony movie.

Relationship of all time

this goes out all of them: what are the relationships (platonic and non-platonic!) for the ppg, rrb and dexter n’ co. ?

Oh boy, strap in guys. This is gonna be a long one.

Platonic

Dexter is friends with Blossom. They have respect for each other and even though they butt heads at times (due to Dexter's ego and Blossom's hard headedness), they still got each other's back.

Dexter and Dee Dee became closer as they grow up. Sure Dee Dee can be annoying and Dexter can be arrogant but they mostly work their differences and love each other. Dee Dee doesn't go in Dexter's lab as much nor does she mess with it anymore due to a traumatizing incident that took place back when they were both in middle school. Dee Dee instead loves to tease Dexter.

Dexter and Douglas are best of friends! They're childhood friends and still hangout with each other whenever they can. They watch Mecha anime together, watch trash rom-com anime (with Blossom joining in), and watch sad anime.

Blossom loves her sisters and her sisters love her back. Their relationships are still the same with each other. They're each other best friends and family so they tend to stick together at times.

Blossom and Buttercup are still friends with Robin and Mike. Blossom is pretty close with Robin. They would go out and eat different, new things and rate it on their shared TikTok account. Play video games, and drink some wine.

Boomer and Bubbles are good friends. They hang out with each other and gossip.

Dexter and Brick's relationship is akin to Beetlejuice and Lydia (cartoon version).

Dee Dee, Lee Lee, and Mee Mee are still best of friends.

Non-Platonic

Dexter and Mandark's relationship is... Complicated to say the least. They're still rivals but there's a bit of tension to say the least. Mandark likes to make fun of Dexter, but is the first to defend him because, "only I'm allowed to make fun of Dorkster." Dexter finds Mandark annoying but can't live without his annoyance and "villainous ways". They argue, fight, and insult each other, yet they seem to can't stay away from each other for some reason. Wonder why?

Mandark and Dee Dee are neutral. Enough said.

Blossom and Brick HATES each other and would give any chance to fight and argue.

Buttercup thinks Butch is fucking gross.

Buttercup and Mitch are dating each other and have been since 10th grade. They act like their regular selves but they do do couple things.

Bubbles is in a polyamoryus relationship with Mike and Robin. They love each other equally and they would eventually have kids together.

Blossom and Princess has the same deal as Dexter and Mandark.

Other

Lalavava hates everyone equally (but Dee Dee less)
