I just saw the 25th annual Putnam County spelling bee, it was the best show I’ve ever seen. I’ve been waiting 5 years for this! The cast was amazing! Kevin McHale, as Willam barfee was so sweet, but also the perfect amount of awkward. The sniffles and I knows were so endearing. Chipp was energetic, stubborn and Determined. Philippe Arroyo ( the actor playing chip) adding that chip loves the Cheesecake Factory was such a good choice. The changes to Mitch were reallly appreciated, I think the director went in the right direction. He gives very super supportive student consler , that drinks ten bottles of protein powder.
Leana Rae Concepcion as Marcy park. I like that Marcy is more bright and peppy, remains me of a chilled out lesie knope. she’s direct but not monotone. ALSOOO SHOUT OUT I SPEAK SIX LANGUAGES, AN UNDERRATED GEM. “DO A FLIPPPPP”
Nina White as Olive is so kind. I love her costumeing, it’s giving 2024 lizzy maguire . I also love how plays her, she shy but curious and JUST WANTSSS LOVEE. Also the way she interacts with the rest of the cast !!!!!!! SOOO SWEEETT.
Beanie Feldstein as Logaine, is just as outspoken as ever which I love, the power comping out of this little girl, is so amazing to watch. Also love her outfit especially the shoes!!! and atteee the vocals and her little rants.
Leaf, Noah Gavin leaf was also amazing, and different form many other leafs I’ve watched online. He felt like an overactive theater kid. I also loved the outfit on leaf aswell
Rona and Vice Principal Douglas Panch, are a amazing pair, both were sweet to the kids but also realistic .
Rona and Vice Principal Douglas Panch improvvvvvvvv OMGGGGG so good!!
Fav quotes
“Guysss shut up”
“Yes I know “
“I breath outta one nostril ”
“Olive…. I love”
“I’m not all bissness” Marcy park
“Tornadoes 🌪️”
“Ahhh, marigold coneybear,😌Would you wanna go to the chess cake factory ☺️”
