A LeV1 highschool AU would be so lighthearted compared to (vaguely gestures to the pile of gore that is OG LeV1). And it would include such silly things as:

Murder robot going to Small Town American High School™ and not trying to dispute the Violent Tendency allegations AT ALL

Said Murder robot not being allowed to compete in sports and getting PISSED (Which sport? All of them, it has to be the best at everything. Obviously.) It takes up skateboarding instead because nothing can stop it from skating not even the police

It also has human "foster parents" that it does not like, no matter how nice they are. Not because they are human, but because they are figures of authority, and when it was told abt this society and America stuff it was under the impression that it would get to do whatever it wanted

It tries (and fails) to scare away the timid art nerd who will NOT stop drawing it, and wants to be an engineer but thinks he's not smart enough for it. They become mutually fascinated by and obsessed with each other. It's not even a romantic thing at first they're just like that

It has to impress his very well-meaning and rightfully wary parents so they let it hang out with him. They are the villains despite their reasonable concern bc our protagonists are teenagers that want to make out w each other really bad

Levi's parents: So... V1, is it? How, uh... how old are you again?

V1: ... As in how long my development's been ongoing? Or are you talking about my current build?

Parents: Uh...? Your development?

V1: Oh. Then, 31

Levi and his parents, in unison: WHAT?

Levi, desperately trying to recover: I think that it means that its original design concept is 31 years old, but this physical iteration of it is... much younger. Right??

V1: Bingo.

Parents: ?? So how old is... this iteration?

V1, pushing green beans around its plate with a spoon: 16
