As a shellshocked shipper, I think it's pretty clear that Mikey would absolutely try to weaponize his cute puppy eyes to get more kisses from his boyfriend, no questions asked. Miles can resist, but only with a lot of willpower. That's the obvious shit.

But I think it's equally as important that Mikey cannot resist Miles' brown puppy eyes either. Though Miles does not weaponize it at all. Bro doesn't know that Mikey is currentely mentally apologizing to his brothers for putting them through the psychological warfare or sad puppy eyes.
