I'm glad that my adult Crystal was met with positive reception. I couldn't decide to show with or without color, so just have both versions.

Posting two at once! Here’s days 49-45 for the Psychonauts 2 countdown challenge, featuring… the entire Black Velvetopia cast. I found some fun ways of combining these ones, but MAN I was stuck on them forever.

I’ve fallen really behind on this challenge but I want to catch up!! I’m not hopelessly far behind, and I’ve figured out some fun ways to combine some of the characters into one drawing to make things easier and more interesting for myself. Looking forward to sketching the Meat Circus characters!

Day 46 Lampita Pasionado.

Now that I think about it, there were no boobs in the first game either, at least not in the real world.

There were three characters, total, that had boobs, all of whom were mental figures (not counting memory reel characters like Original Donatella up there): the Den Mother, Becky Houndstooth, and Lampita Pasionado/Lana Panzoni. The former two have very small ones, while Lampita/Lana's are comically huge, which is justified by the fact that she's an over-idealized image of Edgar's ex-girlfriend and probably didn't look like that in reality.

So we know that boobs definitely exist in the Psychonauts-verse, but we just never see them outside people's heads.

This is probably the strangest post I've ever written.

So I'm playing through psychonauts 1 and I remembered that raz's moms original design was a different body type. I wonder why it was changed for psychonauts 2? Maybe raz just remembers his mom in a different light.
