Today, I’d like to share some news and ask for you to please share it onwards to your connections, if you’d be so kind.

Following a family bereavement this year, we’ve taken the difficult decision to sell the lovely traditional Lake District cottage we’ve successfully run for 15 years as a holiday let, helping some lovely families create their own memories of happy times together.

It’s called Burnmoor, has some views we think are amazing, and sleeps six in three bedrooms with two bathrooms, an open fire and a new heating boiler we had installed just two years ago. It’s fully kitted out, so ready for someone to just turn the key to walk in and live there themselves, use for their own holidays or to let out to holiday makers, or a local family.

However, if the eventual buyer doesn’t want the property furnished, there are some efficient eco-friendly house-clearance organisations that could easily be deployed, safe in the knowledge that everything they can give a second use will receive that…
