Post-apocalypse Bailey and Laime! Just kind of a fun AU I was thinking about. I haven’t put much thought into the lore tbh I just wanted to design cute outfits teehee

I realize I haven’t talked much about my OCs’ lore here so… Bailey and Laime are the main characters, they are wives. Bailey is a small town reclusive author in a creative slump, she meets a mysterious and attractive doctor and they fall in love, then Bailey finds out Laime is a werewolf running from werewolf hunters, yada yada. You know how it goes. Vida is Laime’s sister.

The little bit of lore I thought up for this AU is below. The question is…why would Vida not reveal herself to them sooner? Why would she want her sister and sister-in-law to leave safety? Hmm? Ooo intrigue…

Aside from that, some explanation of Bailey and Laime’s character sheets:

Bailey:

-Skills: Physically strong: before the outbreak, she was just a writer. But she did live alone in the forest. She chopped a lot of firewood, let’s just say. Hand to hand combat: she has a history with street fights. Fast: she ran often before the outbreak.

-Obstacles: Short: and in general, physically small. Sorry Bailey. Traumatized: she already had a couple of anxiety disorders before, the horrors of the outbreak didn’t really help. Unwieldy: her main weapon is an ax. Pretty self explanatory.

-Weapons: Ax: from her wood chopping days, but makes a good weapon too, especially considering the outbreak. Rifle: she kept one when she lived in the woods to protect herself from wild animals but it’s definitely also handy in the outbreak. Fists: punch.

Laime:

-Skills: Licensed doctor (just pretend I spelled it right): no one really cares who has a license when the world is ending, but it is a boon that she has been through medical school and was a practicing doctor before the outbreak. Hunter: growing up, Laime had to hunt for food and she remains very skilled at it. Werewolf: I mean…yeah.

-Obstacles: Low vision: before the outbreak, she wore contacts, but had to stop as contact fluid became so much more difficult to come across. Unfortunately, though, glasses aren’t much easier to come across so she remains with one lens cracked. It hasn’t fully broken…yet. Limp: as a result of a hip injury, she has a permanent limp that makes it difficult to run. Chronic pain: from that hip injury, among others, she has varying levels of chronic pain that can rage from permanent discomfort to immobilizing anguish.

-Weapons: Knives: she’s well-trained in close combat with knives and daggers. Poison: as a doctor, she’s trained with toxic chemicals that she keeps on her at all times. Werewolf: yeah.

My OCs if they were in the world of the Tinker Bell movies I was obsessed with as a child :’) Bailey is a tinker talent fairy and Laime is a winter-animal talent fairy from the Winter Woods. They fell in love across the border and Laime broke her wing trying to be with Bailey.
