Tumblr media
"I heard you like your stories," Andruil mentions as she comes upon just the Sun Elf she had been seeking. Many a tale is sung in praise about the Sun Chancellor and his travels, and she hopes that means that he will know something about what she is seeking. Now that the war is over, she believes it to be time to begin solidifying the Dark Maiden's worship, and for that she needs information. "Is there anything you can tell me regarding Eilistraee?"

According to the remembrancers who attended the war councils, Fulgrim promised a quick victory. Many Space Marines, when communicating with mortals, spoke briefly about what happened on Laeran. But not Lucius. You had to take with you not only paper, but also pict-devices, in the hope of recording all the details.
And there were a lot of them. And despite Lucius' boasting and his complete confidence in the actions of the primarch, one could draw a simple conclusion. The cleansing of Laer was not as easy as many mortals thought and as Fulgrim claimed.
The Third Legion suffered significant losses and many Space Marines were exhausted by the grueling war with the xenos, capturing each new territory. Every free minute brought warriors truly wonderful happiness.
And you could not help but be filled with gratitude to Lucius, who spent all his free time talking to you. You even tried to dissuade the warrior from constant meetings, insisting on his rest. Besides, you would always have the opportunity to talk after the campaign. But he stubbornly refused.
“There is nothing better than telling of your triumph when the enemy’s blood is still fresh on the sword.”
That’s what he told you. And remembering your grandfather, who rarely told his stories from the front (your father was silent at all), you admired the space marine even more. Lucius was the embodiment of skill and military honor. He was perfect. And the fact that he was a simple soldier was depressing. He was worthy of all the laurels.
However, soon the man got his chance.
Cletus Nero, captain of the 13th company, died in one of the skirmishes with the Laerans. Of course, you knew about the great losses in the Third Legion. And yet it was surprising that in addition to the soldiers, those of higher rank also died. But the main thing in this whole story was something else.
“Of course, they had no choice but to appoint me as the new captain.” - covered in someone else’s blood and dirt, sweaty and out of breath, Lucius did not express any grief over the death of his comrade. Only pride and delight in his rank.
“I am the best swordsman and have distinguished myself on the battlefield more than once. Besides, after Nero’s death, I immediately got my bearings and took command of the company upon myself.”
As the new captain of the 13th company, Lucius did not consider it important to name the full title of the fallen space marine. Now Lucius bears this title, and the name of Cletus Nero will be inscribed on the wall. So that his memory will not be forgotten.
Even though you had not been able to visit the place that Lucius spoke about with rapture, you would hardly remember all the names. And you would hardly have read them all, quickly getting bored. Such thoughts were wrong, but still you did not say them out loud.
Besides, you had your own work. To extol Lucius, not the rest of the Third Legion warriors.
“You’re right, they had no choice. You were the best candidate for captain. Wait, does that mean you’ll be attending war councils?”
“Even more.” - the young man rubbed his nose with his finger, poorly hiding a triumphant smile. - “I’ll be attending, em, special meetings. The closest to Fulgrim. All company captains. And not a single mortal.”
“And is it alright that I now know about such
 meetings?”
“But you’re not going to talk about them, are you?” - satisfied with your negative nod, the man grinned. - “Besides, even though I mentioned the lodge, you won’t know the details. And if you ask, my answer will be the same.”
“And what is it?” - succumbing to the game, you ask with a smile. A happy smile paints Lucius’s face from the opportunity to say the long-awaited answer.
“I can’t say.”
***
Having taken up his new position, Lucius was forced to immediately begin his duties. To go to important meetings, to give orders. The other Space Marines were not just brothers now. They were his subordinates.
Although not all of them, of course. There were people who still had a higher rank than the swordsman. And right now, Lucius had to try even harder to win their attention. He did not intend to remain as captain for too long, even though he had only recently assumed this rank.
Because of this, you slowly began to accept that your meetings with Lucius would be much less frequent. However, you were quite surprised (and heartened) when the Space Marine called you, promising to show you a surprise. And it must be said, the surprise was as good as it could have been.
“Now you have more opportunities with my new position.” - Lucius smirked, enjoying your reaction. - “Isn’t that wonderful?”
Wonderful. It was simply magical. The newly minted captain of the 13th Company immediately ordered that you be given access to the airstrip. Now you had the opportunity to see the Third Legion leave the Pride of the Emperor and head for the Laer.
Of course, some of the warriors were not thrilled to see you. But you were quiet and out of the way, so they quickly lost interest in you. You really didn’t want to distract the legionaries from their work. And it was a bit scary to be in such a place. But Lucius’ joy was quickly transmitted to you.
“This is simply magnificent!” - you enthusiastically took pics of the event, hoping to put them in your book. - “To see all this, and in action. Right before the next landing on the Laer.”
“Not just a new one, but the last one. Fulgrim will personally lead all the companies to conquer the last atoll.” - Lucius noted weightily. - “That’s why it is very important that you see everything before we leave the Laer. After all, this is my first battle as a captain.”
You nodded solemnly, raising the pictograph to the man. As expected, Lucius immediately took a pose. Sometimes you wanted to catch his image when he didn’t expect it. But the Space Marine always managed to create an aura of a confident warrior around himself, like from the illustrations in books. He had a real talent for it.
“And then what?” - you fixed your gaze on the marching legionaries, ignoring Lucius’s childish, offended face. - “You can attend war councils now, right? Have you planned a new campaign yet?”
“That’s about it.” - the man sighed and you stared at him in confusion. - “Fulgrim was going to go to help the Iron Hands against the xenos lovers. But I will not take part in this battle.”
“No?” - you looked worriedly at the saddened youth with confusion. - “Why? Did something happen?”
“If only. Saul Tarvitz and I, under the command of Lord Commander Eidolon, will travel to the Satyr Lanxus Belt. We will ensure that the local governors follow the laws of the Imperium.”
Despite his obvious displeasure, Lucius smiled again. Sometimes you were amazed at how quickly his mood could change. But you even liked it. In fact, if you studied the Space Marine a little, you could figure out how to cheer him up. Honestly, he was as simple as a boy sometimes.
“But Fulgrim himself gave the order. So this task, this test, will be carried out by me with perfect precision. The Primarch will be proud of us. Our landing on Laer is nothing more than an auxiliary force. All the laurels will go to the first companies. But at Satyr's Belt, I will already be a true captain.”
You were happy for Lucius. Happy as never before. His victories were your victories. His happiness was your happiness. He had finally received a new rank and would soon show the Legion that he had earned it. And yet, you could not resist the bitter disappointment that gripped your heart.
“Why are you sad? Are you not happy for me?”
“I’m glad, I’m so glad. But I’ll miss you.” You purse your lips, gently shrugging your shoulders. “I really don’t want to be anyone’s chronicler except you. I’ll have to count the days until you return. Just like the lady in the stories about courtly love.”
“What kind of courtly love?” Lucius stared at you in confusion, tasting the unfamiliar word. His eyes sparkled with anticipation and you felt your cheeks warm up.
It’s a shame he won’t be able to fully appreciate such a relationship.
But telling you about them won’t hurt, right?
“Oh, I loved stories about courtly love as a child. In Ancient Terra, the noblest and best knights performed feats. But not only in the name of their king or country, but also in honor of a noble lady. A lady could give a knight a handkerchief or a ribbon for good luck, and wait impatiently for his return. And he performed feats, keeping her gift close to his heart. This... this is not a traditional marriage. Such a relationship is more elevated. More-"
"Perfect?" - the man continued softly, considering your words.
"Yes, that's right. A lady can only have one knight. Just as a knight has one lady. As a child, I wanted to participate in courtly love, but over time I realized that many men are not interested in this. Even if this is just a game."
You did not dare tell Lucius that young men were not ready for relationships without intimacy or marriage. Besides, some residents of the Imperium did not simply honor the Emperor's Truths and considered superstitions stupid. Sometimes you came across men who were sure that any remnants of the past should remain in the past.
Too bad. You really liked the idea of courtly love. It even sounded beautiful.
"If it’s so then let's play." - you stared at the swordsman with distrust, but he spoke with absolute seriousness. - “I am the best swordsman in the entire Legion. I fight for the Primarch. For the Imperium. Just like those ancient knights. All I need is a lady.”
What you didn’t expect was such an offer. It’s unlikely that Lucius would laugh at you or say that courtly love is for fools. But his desire to take part in this was striking. And attractive.
Involuntarily rummaging through your pockets, you gratefully remembered the seamstress from whom you ordered your dress. It was not only comfortable, but also beautiful. One pulled out ribbon will not spoil your image at all. And most importantly, it will not leave you naked.
Pulling the ribbon out of your sleeve, you tried to make yourself look as noble and refined as possible, like a lady from the illustrations to novels. Surely the aristocrats would laugh at your awkward pose. But the sight of Lucius admiring your actions gave you strength.
You remembered the hapless remembrancer from the library and his words. Yes, the flagship was full of beautiful roses. But only the camellia had its own space marine knight. A feeling of pride washed over you from head to toe. You felt special.
Clutching the cloth, you briefly wondered if you were doing the right thing. You were mortal, after all, and Lucius was an Astartes. Perhaps this would distract him? After all, the Space Marines were far from being civilians.
Still, why not let Lucius see the world a little through your eyes? You had become close enough over the years. He trusted you, told you stories. He even told you that he was a member of a mysterious lodge, hoping for your silence.
So why not play at courtly love? It was just a game, after all.
“Well then, I’m lady Camellia, give you, Lucius, an honor to be my protector and warrior."
Your "noble" nickname sat pleasantly on the tongue.you tried to make your voice more elegant and noble. - "Please take this ribbon with you into battle. For good luck. And I
 I will await your return.”
Lucius carefully took the ribbon from you, his mouth slightly open, as if waiting for the piece of fabric to speak to him. It was a funny sight. And in some ways, surprisingly beautiful. Watching a space marine comprehend something new, inaccessible to him, unlike mortals.
Lucius with incredible speed gracefully tied the ribbon to the hilt of his sword. You looked reverently at the proudly smiling swordsman. He only enjoyed your reaction to such a gesture even more.
“I will flood the entire Laer with xenos blood in your honor,” the man said proudly. After a moment of thought, he quickly grabbed your hand and quickly touched it with his lips, awkwardly imitating the gesture he had once seen. - “My lady.”
“My knight.” - You giggled happily like a little girl, embarrassed by the behavior of a space marine.
Lucius didn’t even realize that he was supposed to kiss the knuckles, paying attention to the palm. But such a gesture from a space marine was already unusual. Not to mention what an honor it was.
“And don’t worry. I will do everything so that you get to the Proudheart as my chronicler.”
Lucius managed to wink at you before putting the helmet on his head. The gentle male voice was replaced by the roar of a vox-helmet. You involuntarily shuddered. Whatever words the man said from under the helmet, they almost sounded like a sentence.
“How can I do without my lady?”

Fragmentation of the Laer Chapter 1
Fulgrim raged flared how couldn’t Ferrus see at all right this is doesn’t he the potential for change for true utter perfectio- His thoughts were caught off with Ferrus’s words that plunged deeper than any blade ever could, it was all to fast the ornate curved blade pulled back his attention to the matter at hand but not soon enough.
Ferrus hand gripped between the hilt of the master piece and its edge and pressed down quickly with unrelenting force something screamed in Fulgrim do something like something pleaded and begged enough to feel like something actually was raking into his mind and thoughts.
It was a few seconds of hesitation before Fulgrim tried to reach one hand for Firebrand a master crafted Volkite Charger, before getting to lay a finger on it he’s head butted by Ferrus, Ferrus had done it before in practice against one another .. not adding to the storm of a headache of pain as he felt his nose bleed ..How dare he, he- The screaming in his mind got worse the ornate laer blade cracked in Ferrus’s hand as if the thing wanted to be saved, he could fix surely.
As Fulgrim prepared to try anything to get Ferrus off it was too bright and loud, sending both of them tumbling to the floor with the force of the destruction of blade
Fulgrim must he had to
.Fulgrim’s eyes open first slowly then rapidly how long had he been out ..Pulling himself from the floor rubbing the unconscious from his eyes his head still ached but the screams in was gone.
It felt all things considered like something was lifted from his mind surely not his conscious seeing his Ferrus out cold checking his pulse, he was fine completely forgetting everything for a moment for the Gorgon’s safety and well being. Before being pulled back to what happened he just gathered the pieces of the laer blade pieces scattered across the room finding most but many still were missing, he felt almost in tears at the sight something so perfect not understood by the Gorgon yet again
.Or was it?
Fulgrim felt a flicker of doubt in himself something he hadn’t felt for a time
no he was perfect right
? Ferrus stirred in his unconscious state as Fulgrim paused Ferrus would get up any minute now any second, if he was still here when Ferrus got up he would be done for unless he killed him here and now
Fulgrim pondered on his grim thought, holding the tip of the once fine blade it felt wrong to the touch

He couldn’t do perhaps Ferrus could see he was wrong and join him and Horus against their father even if he knew it was a lie to himself he knew no matter what he couldn’t lay a hand against his brother
he shouldn’t but, the Phoenician abandoned the shattered bits of the blade almost grieving the perfect it once had.
Fulgrim knew he had to leave
Fulgrim might not be able end Ferrus, but he knew Ferrus possibly could, he wasn’t one to leave something unfinished on what he started, especially when it came the imperium truly a admirable trait of the Gorgon, too bad listening to the Phoenician on all matters wasn’t one of them.
The Phoenician felt more doubt as he left dismissing his former orders against his brother and the iron hands he felt like he had a change of tune, but for now he would have the company of his sons and all the best remembrancers he could ever ask for, it might make him more prepare for what words the War master would have for his failure.
To have the gorgon not join them was a travesty in the Phoenician’s eyes, his head already ached as when him and his Phoenician terminator honour guard boarded the Pride of the Emperor, his ships immediately left as fast as he boarded making his way to his private corridors to try and rest and seek company later from his inner circle to drown out the suffering to come.
( based on the mad rambling I wrote down the other day with Fulgrim taking the laer blade instead of fireblade to the meeting aboard the fist of iron, with Fulgrim just after its destruction slowly realizing what he has done and what Horus wants to do to purge the loyalist of the traitor legions with Fulgrim not knowing if he can go through with it let alone wants to )

Deery
If some people think that Deery's setting is not full enough, maybe it's just because you haven't read all of his story lines.
There are a total of 6 endings for him, but none of them can escape death.
1. As laer, he ran away or committed suicide when his father was unable to check on him the day after his mother died.
Tumblr media
- (Coward.)
2. Died as a test subject.
Tumblr media
- (Nameless Heart)
3. He led the children (other experimental subjects) to rebel against the orphanage and finally became the leader, committing suicide at home on an ordinary afternoon.
Tumblr media
- (Red scarf)
4. When the captain tied him up, he did not resist [secretly grinding the rope loose]. When the captain was about to be hit, he used his body to block the bullet and died in place of the captain.
Tumblr media
-(The best ending in his mind)
5.After replacing the captain and becoming Jack, he learned the truth of everything and killed the mastermind (the gangster who had been targeting the team), who was also his father.
Finally, after slowly reforming the country, he jumped off the building and committed suicide under the obstruction of his students. (Achieved a normal ending)
Tumblr media
- (New Sun's Fall)
6. The time loop setting, always dying, always trying to save everyone.
Tumblr media
- (Quack)

My Two Primarch Disaster Children
Because we're doing this and this helps keep track of stuff:
1: Lilith of Baal. Daughter of Sanguinius born ten years before Sanguinius was found by the emperor. Spent her childhood on Baal amongst the Blood and generally speaking was known to hunt for her tribe despite her young age. However, was already the size of a grown man by the time she was eight. She's also a perpetual and in fact, a very young warp goddess. She is vastly unaware of this, and thinks how she reincarnates is how all perpetuals reincarnate. Due to a lack of perpetuals, no one has told her that flesh eggs aren't normal, nor is it normal for strange alien flowers with black thorns to bloom around them with no soil to be found. Knows that her mother's death was no accident and holds the Emperor in low regard with mild contempt. Currently the chapter master of a renegade Space marine chapter known as the Mourning Suns which are of Blood Angel founding. Has only recently come out of exile due to Guilliman pardoning her and wanting her to come back to the Imperium. Currently residing with the Lion as he was the one to find her after she was brought back via Fabius trying to clone her.
2: Midna of Chemos. Daughter of Fulgrim born twelve years before the Heresy began. Grew up being rather rebellious and generally having an intense interest in martial arts. Things were always a bit tense between her and her father due to him projecting his own high expectations down onto her. Fulgrim largely was unaware of what he was doing or his effects on his daughter, just that one day she wasn't as passionate about things as before. After Fulgrim became in possession of Laer Blade, he would strip Midna of any individuality she once had, essentially turning her into a puppet that followed his words. Upon Fulgrim's ascension into a daemon primarch, Midna would be turned into a daemon as well from Slaanesh taking pity upon the poor girl and wanting to give her a brand new start. Midna has rejected most of Slaanesh's gifts even going so far as to remove the hooves she was given to replace them with prosthetics. Slowly gaining a sense of self, and as she does, her horns begin taking on the light purples and gold of the Emperor's children before their fall. Currently relearning how to paint, and to enjoy it, without critiquing herself. Also has a renewed interest in hand to hand combat. Slaanesh often rewards Midna with any progress she gets towards having a sense of self again, as Slaanesh ultimately wants Midna to be able to express herself once more.

MifiadaHome Starting a Brand | AI in Brand Marketing: Can AI Pave the Path to Social Media Millions? Episode 1
A current MSc Marketing student, I often find myself researching into the world of Digital Marketing more specifically overnight 'virilisation' and furthermore the 'social media millions' that so many millennials dream of. With the glamorous lives of social media influences further demonstrating how fame and fortune can be attained by generating a large audience through social media virilisation, the question arises: is it attainable for the average millennial like you or me, who is not famous, nor born of privilege, but armed with a mobile phone and big dreams?
The Allure of Virality: A Millennials Obsession?
Debunking the myth behind AI, particularly tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, being the holy grail to attaining overnight success. With AI gurus filling our #fyp with heavy promises of achieving financial freedom and escaping from the controversial 9-to-5, every millennial's dream of monetising their passion. Unfortunately, the harsh reality is that viral moments are fleeting, unpredictable, and even when attained, to reach social media stardom and replicate said moment, this often becomes impossible. Initially, understanding being virality is more to do with luck and an intangible 'it' factor than any replicable strategy.
AI as the Navigator in the Viral Storm?
My perspective on AI begins to shift with the discovery of a specific software called Kling AI. The pursuit of 'virality', as I now understand it, isn't just about random chance; it's about optimising efforts for maximum shareability and resonance.
My previous reflection within the topic focused on AI's ability to understand audiences, and craft compelling narratives, and identify your inner influencer abilities. Now, I see how these capabilities directly feed into the virilisation equation. If Tuten & Solomon (2015) emphasised engagement and relationship, then 'Kling AI' takes that a step further by identifying the optimal points of engagement that trigger sharing. Imagine an AI that doesn't just tell you what your audience likes, but what they are most likely to share with their network. This isn't about creating a viral hit from scratch, but about increasing the probability of viral spread for well-crafted content.
Storytelling for Shareability: The AI Edge?
The power of a narrative, as Van Laer et al. (2014) articulated, lies in its ability to transport an audience. To go viral, you need to be more than just author; but rather transcend your audiences mind to a world which was previously unknown, a subtle but crucial distinction.
With cutting edge animation 'Kling AI's' ability to tell a story is unmatched. It also enables past performance analysis to better develop storylines, this is powerful for identifying stories that better resonates with the audience, which would propel people to share them this could be:
Addictive Content:
-Emotional hook
-Surprising twist
-Universal truth
A cheat code to knowing what design, colour scheme, theme has previous resulted in higher viewer count, moves past the guessing game or what others might deem luck but rather the ability to make data driven creative decisions.
The Conclusion: How do you amplify Organic Reach?
Rosenbaum's (2011) "Curation Nation" this concept demonstrates the active role users play in content creation. The need for community is seen in other words as an engine of virality. Through the play of consistency, this doesn't leave process of becoming viral to chance but rather through sawing seed via more than one social platform, it allows for the opportunity of it flourishes sparking a chair reaction for the creator to then replicate said moment.

WiP Wednesday (Part 1 - Active)
It has been a LONG time since I did one of these. So here is a list of my incomplete fics on AO3 and their summaries for fics that are actively on my 'to do' list. They are listed in the order they appear on my works list.
Dies Irae: A strange man confronts Doctor Belle French after one of her lectures and claims to need her help. He also claims to know that she is troubled, and can offer her protection. When events transpire that lead Belle to take up that offer, a desperate search begins to find a series of ancient artifacts, and Belle and her friends - both old and new - face increasing danger as they try to secure the artifacts for the powers of good before they can fall into very wrong hands, and possibly threaten every living thing in Storybrooke and beyond!
Secret of the Seas: Belle and Ruby take a much needed vacation, treating themselves to a fourteen day cruise. Jefferson is Head Miixologist aboard the ship, Secret of the Seas, and Gold is Deck Nine Supervisor, and amid much flirting, and false starts, holiday romances and forbidden loves ensue. Written from the Rumbelle Bingo prompts: Bed sharing, Vulnerability, Jefferson, Pesky Royals, Roses.
Time's Curse: Never fall in love - such is the admonition given to Rumplestiltskin. Blue sees fit to interfere with his plan to reach a world without magic by sending him there herself so that he can pursue his quest to find his son, but he is not alone in this world without magic, nor does it appear that he is entirely free to live his life as he would wish. In the course of his seemingly fruitless search for Baelfire, Rumplestiltskin takes a job as a history teacher at an exclusive private school, and there meets Isabelle - the French teacher. All of a sudden that interdiction against falling in love seems to be really important.
Not Yours to Keep: While grieving the loss of the fourteenth Cleon, the younger brother he loved as a son, Day seeks distraction in the company of a new concubine from the Gossamer Court. No one could have predicted the events that follow - nor the way in which Cleon XIII decides to deal with the situation.
No Saving Throw: Eddie saves Chrissy not once, but twice - doesn't seem to matter to his reputation nor to the threat of arrest, Carver and his cronies see to that. This is an angst ridden reworking of Stranger Things season 4 (and maybe beyond) if Chrissy had lived.
Laer o Faen: A near fatal encounter with the Serpents of the North leaves Greenwood the Great's queen with but one choice, one that cost her own life, but she makes a promise to her beloved King, born of a love that has already lasted through more than an age of Middle Earth, and remains the only hope to warm a heart fallen behind a wall of despair. (Mingled Movie/book canon, the span of the entire story takes in events from the 1st - 4th Ages of Middle Earth.)
Tuesday: When you go poking around in time, you might sometimes find that it pushes back, as Nick Rush finds out
 the hard way.
The Mansion on the Edge of Town: Jefferson suddenly awakens, cursed with two lives in his head in a land without magic, and worse still he is separated from his beloved Grace. He vows to himself that he will bring Grace home, and sets out to spite Regina in any way he can. Along the way he discovers that his old, and dear friend and master, Rumplestiltskin, is still in the thrall of the curse, and that the woman he knows Rumple loves - even if his friend will not admit it - is nowhere to be found... Until, one day, Belle arrives in Storybrooke, and Jefferson knows that to reunite himself with Grace he must first ensure that his two most precious friends awaken and find true love - for only then can the curse be broken for all.
The story is set in the same 'verse as The Library Beneath the Clock Tower, and could be considered a sequel of sorts.
Modern Wonders: Revenge, they say, is a dish best served cold, and when Regina casts Rumple's Dark Curse, just a few words here and there creates Storybrooke in a very different place, with a very different atmosphere, and very different issues to deal with. Alliances and enmity permeate the lives of the citizens of Storybrooke, (and beyond), as they tiptoe around the various dangers they face every day. Who is awake? How can they break the curse within a curse? And what of the power struggles rife both within, and outside of Storybrooke itself.
The Pawn Shop on Main Street: Gold is suddenly awakened from the curse, not by the fail-safe that he programmed into his mind, but by the unexpected presence of his long lost maid, with whom he fell in love well before Regina cast his Dark Curse, Rumplestiltskin must now find a way past Belle's disbelief and fear. She is still under the influence of the curse. With the help of his dear - his oldest - friend, Gold seeks a way past obstacles so that he can rekindle the love which he rejected back in the Dark Castle.
The story is set in the same 'verse as The Library Beneath the Clock Tower, and could be considered a sequel of sorts.

Emperor's Children for 10th
Most likely the EC will be in 10th Edition, thus finishing the MONOGOD Chaos Space Marine factions. As for what could be brought out I see it being in 3 phases. Phase 1: The Warbands. This will be for EC fans while waiting for the army we will see something like that with the World Eaters did during the CSM 9th codex release where you used that & a White Dwarf magazine, though we replace Kharn with Lucius, and Khorne Berzerkers with Noise Marines. With the different Combat Patrol rulers I see the magazine issue giving a combat patrol for them. 1X Lucius the Eternal (95 pts) 3X Noise Marines 5 man squads (85 pts) 1X Helbrute (140 pts) Enhancement, Intoxicating Elixir. Both the Noise Marines & Lucius getting new models available before the true launch and there would be a story reason.

Eidolon is about ready to bring the 3rd Legion back into the Galaxy truly, but knows he can't use them all as they would be to useless to fight as a united Legion some being now shells of themselves they would be a waste of skill, while others are to strong and will try to usurp leadership in the new formation of the Legion. So have these Lords & Champions go out and take planets to weaken others in a specific part of the galaxy where a plan Eidolon needs to do something (I do have an idea it will be shared in another post). If they take these worlds it will be theirs & the 3rd will never try to force any orders of them, & when the 3rd comes they will be allowed to use some new weapons and soldiers that will come with the new Legion.
Tumblr media
Phase 2: The Legion. Eidolon has brought the Emperor's Children he knows that will be able to help achieve a plan. The units that come with this phase would be Eidolon who could also be made as a generic EC Lord.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A more non-battle line unit would be the return of the Palatine Blades... kind of. Some of these new ones will have been the ancient ones from 30K while others will have proven themselves. But now they have fused with with their blades feeling whatever it touches. This is also not a Daemon Possession but more like that of the mutilators. This warp fusion also has mutated them where they now wear Death Masks of Fulgrim, a Chaos version of the Sanguinary Guard.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I don't think they will get unique Terminators and Helbrutes, but instead their units will get a unique weapon option for each of them, this is how Sonic Dreadnoughts be a thing.
Tumblr media
I also think they will either get Helbrutes or Terminators in phase 2 (I would lean to the former) while the other will be out phase 3. Phase 3: The Primarch. Fulgrim is here with the rest of the army.
Tumblr media
Along with their Primarch we will see the other unique Legion weapon unit, a Psyker for them, & a unit that takes after their Primarch's snake look mixing tech & warp mutation resembling the Laer.
Tumblr media
Sorry this feels incomplete but there are 2 other parts that will bring it more all together.

“Let it be said that on this day we have finally cast aside the shackles of our past, our fathers and brothers, fallen so far into the depths they cannot see the stars, would weep at our achievements. We have claimed this world in the name of the Gods, in the name of our Legions, and in the name of our legacies. In the name of true glory, we shall bring ruin to the Imperium!”
- Lord Silas Decurin, at the Triumph of Vorago
The Abyss Chasers are an infamous Chaos Warband formed in the bloody age shortly following the Horus Heresy. During the Great Crusade and later Horus Heresy, the warbands eventual leader, Silas Decurin , was a captain of the Third Legion, the Emperor’s Children. Along with the rest of his brothers, Silas would sink into the depravity and excess the legion would become known for, under the sway of the Dark Prince Slaanesh. He fought in many of the major battles the Third were known for, such as Isstvan and even the Siege of Terra. When the Heresy ended and the Traitor Legions soundly defeated, Silas accompanied his brethren fleeing to exile in the Eye of Terror. There the future Abyssal Lord witnessed the Emperor’s Children further splinter, and fall apart entirely, scrabbling to survive. Awakening to the reality of the path he had fallen upon, Captain Decurin took his company and broke away from Fulgrim’s Chosen. If the remnants of the legion even noticed, Silas did not care. Over the next ten thousand years, he would gain allies and build a new force, attempting to return the Third Legion to the glory they deserved, trying to keep his brothers united despite their fracturing minds and souls, the galaxy their birthright, whilst also struggling against the corrupting, twisting influence of the Dark Gods that he and many swore allegiance to in this new, grim age.
Warband History
1. Remembrance
During the Great Crusade, the company Silas led gained many honours, fresh souls born of Chemos and raised under the light of the early Imperium. Notably fighting alongside the Sons of Horus, due to their Primarch-Father’s close friendship with the Warmaster. Captain Silas Decurin was particularly noted for his ability as a poet, even amongst his brothers of the artistic and proud Third Legion. Captain Decurin is also known to have made a friendship with a Remembrancer attached to his company, and the pair recorded many of the early campaigns in a flowing prose.
2. Heresy
It was upon the alien planet Laer that Captain Decurin and his company would be forever changed, the taint of Slaanesh falling like a shroud upon the legion. Not long from there the Warmaster’s rebellion would begin, and the company would battle throughout the Galaxy at the behest of their primarch and their leaders. Most notably Isstvan III and V, and the Siege of Terra. Along with the rest of the traitors, they would flee into the Eye of Terror after the failure of the Siege.
3. Legion
In the Eye of Terror the former united legions splintered, squabbling and fighting amongst themselves. The Emperor’s Children, fully lost to depravity, barely even noticed their fall finally sealed for the rest of time. Captain Decurin and his company were entirely in the thrall of the Dark Prince, and it would take some time for this to change, the company practically fighting on their own. Time is fickle in the warp, and it's hard to say how much time truly passed, but eventually Silas awoke to the truth, seeing how utterly ruined the legion he once saw as the finest Astartes in the Galaxy had become. At the end of the aptly named ‘Legion Wars,’ Silas would take his company and truly break away from the remnants of the Third Legion.
4. Warp
For centuries the scraps of the company would travel the currents of the warp, emerging to raid isolated worlds, void-stations, and supply fleets, and conserving their greatly diminished strength. By this point the small fleet they had was reduced to a single strike cruiser, the flagship of the company, the Echo of Glory. To the sons of Fulgrim still with minds to recall, and the former captain, they felt as though merely a century had passed, a short time in the near-immortal forms of the Astartes. When they would finally track the time in real-space, they would find nearly a millennia had passed. Drifting along the winds this would continue, the company slowly being corrupted by the malign influence of Slaanesh. Captain Decurin would struggle to keep them all on the same path, like a family watching helplessly as a loved one succumbed to addiction. Their numbers would only further diminish, a full company dropping to maybe fifty battle-brothers by the end of the thirty-second millennium.
5. Allies
Moving into millennium thirty-three, Captain Decurin was on the verge of abandoning his endeavour, the whispers of Slaanesh nearly impossible to ignore, pressing upon his mind to merely return to the Eye and join his gene-father and spiral into the depths of damnation. This changed with an unexpected arrival. On a piratical raid of an Imperial void-station, the company encountered a single frigate on the far end of the solar system they resided in. This frigate belonged to the newly formed ‘Sons of the Serpent’ warband. A faction of the enigmatic twentieth legion, the Alpha Legion. The leader of this group introduced himself as Alpharius, as the masters of misdirection always did, after Captain Decurin pressed the warlord to drop the antics, the Alpha Legionnaire would re-introduce himself as Naethar Sestus. With the aid of Sestus and his company, Silas would find some relief, and his numbers bolstered as the Alpha Legion soldiers offered an accord to band together.
6. Abyss
Some time later, the level-headed, and seemingly uncorrupted Sestus advised that Captain Decurin truly disconnect himself from the past that could no-longer be reclaimed. Silas understood that clinging to the past would not bring back the glory he knew his brothers could achieve, and thus did he rename the company, The Abyss Chasers were born, if they would be damned, they would be the hunters of the depths, not the victims. The strike-cruiser flagship would also be renamed, an acknowledgement of the god that Decurin could never truly escape from, the Echo of Ecstasy.
7. The Left Hand
On a forgotten world, now dead, the Abyss Chasers and their allies would fall upon the innocents of the Imperium. It is said a single boy stood against the Abyssal Lord, noting his courage and psychic potential, Silas would take the boy and through the baleful magics of the Empyrean, and lost sciences, raise the child to the ranks of the Astartes. Now called Vezeral, who would become one of the warbands finest leaders, and close advisor of Lord Silas. Vezeral in his risen form is a master psyker, a sorcerer of Chaos who utilizes the magic of the Dark Prince as easily as he uses his wargear.
8. The Red Hand
In the following centuries, in a tale now lost to time, the Brazen Skulls warband would splinter off from the Twelfth Legion, the World Eaters. This warband was led by Tyrax Revka, once a proud captain, now feeling the bite of the Butcher’s Nails just like the rest of his brothers. Tyrax would encounter the newly formed Abyss Chasers and their leader Silas. For reasons known only to the pair, either an understanding, a duel, or anything in-between, the berzerker lord would offer his allegiance and the forces of his warband to the Abyssal Lord, further strengthening the growing Chasers with the warriors of the Blood God. This also marked the first time the warband could be called an Undivided force.
9. Corruption
Despite the best efforts of Lord Silas and his advisors, he could not stop the endless march of the power that is the warp. The tenuous alliances of Heretic Astartes would only indulge their dark desires, bloodlust, and other whims as time went on. Even the Abyssal Lord himself was not immune, as the taint of Chaos can never be removed once it takes hold. Daemons run rampant in the depths of the Echo of Ecstasy, and the brothers of the warband mutate and twist. Silas constantly teeters on the edge of sanity at all times, keeping the Abyss Chasers together. His goals remain ever the same, but the methods grow more brutal and depraved. The honour he once sought out would forever be lost, but the glory, now that could still be attained. In response, the advisors formed the Council of Claws to keep the drifting mind of their leader on the correct path.
10. Judgment
In the Galactic North, Segmentum Obscurus, was a region of Imperial space known as the Judicium Sector, small but well traveled and fortified by various forces. In 988.M41 the Immaterium would once more spit out the twisted vessels of the Abyss Chasers, and they made their way towards the agri-world of Riothea. The planet would be raided by the warband and razed to near destruction. The local PDF held for weeks until the timely arrival of Astartes assistance in the form of the Marines Exemplar chapter. The Abyss Chasers would battle the loyalists for weeks, eventually being forced to withdraw. To the Imperium it is unknown why the heretics attacked the planet, to the Council of Claws, it was to test the defenses of the Sector, and the response times of the servants of the Corpse-Emperor.
998.M41 would see their return, a trail of worlds were razed by the warband before coming into fire with Judicium's battlefleet, and the Abyss Chasers were forced onto the capital planet Rubedo where a lengthy engagement continued for months. The local Planetary Defense Force was eventually aided by a detachment of Adepta Sororitas from the Order of the Black Sepulchre, and the Atropan 985th Imperial Guard Regiment. The fighting grew so intense that a company of Adeptus Astartes were even deployed, from the Flesh Tearers chapter. This great conflict would become known as the Scouring of Judicium, the largest engagement the warband had ever fought in since the ancient days.
11. Maiden
After being pushed back to the Eye of Terror, the Abyss Chasers were battered but succeeded in their goal, while they recovered they examined their discoveries. Just beyond the edge of the sector, close to the Eye, they had discovered a world that was held in secret by the Imperium’s foul Inquisition, never traveled and dubbed ‘taboo’ due to its connotation. An Aeldari Maiden World called Blathdahan. The mostly Slaaneshi forces could not pass up such a prime chance to bring carnage to their ruinous mistresses' most delicious foes. At the command of Lord Silas and the Council of Claws, the fleet, and the Echo of Ecstasy began the journey through the warp to find the hidden world.
12. Witch
The warband discovered the world after pinpointing coordinates stolen from Rubedo, and fell upon the lush, green world with all the wrath of the Ruinous Powers. The world would not take it lying down however, as the native Aeldari, called ‘Exodites’ fought back against their kind’s most feared enemies. Heretic Astartes and mortal cultists fought against wild xenos and their dinosaurid mounts and pets. The battles raged across the surface for weeks, but the corrupting influence of the unleashed warp eventually wore down the Exodites, and their planet would fall to the full force of the Abyss Chasers and all their accumulated allies, including the original advisors, as well as the Rot Heralds of Nurgle, and the Scions of Dawn of Tzeentch. Chaos Undivided conquered the world, and Lord Silas would lay claim to it. A hidden world known to few, a perfect foothold to launch even greater devastation upon the dogs of the corpse-god. The fallen Maiden World was renamed ‘Vorago’ from an old Chemosian word for ‘witch.’
13. Port of Call
Similar to other Chaotic ports of its kind, Vorago would quickly grow due to its proximity to the Eye. More arrivals and allies came to the banner of the Abyssal Lord. A renegade Knight known as the Violet Tear, the warband of Heretic Astartes known as Helsson’s Hounds, who are former sons of Russ, and many, many others. With the numbers swelled, the warband was no longer that broken shadow of the Third it used to be, so long ago. At the centre of the former Exodite city was a temple to their xenos gods, now renamed ‘Cordomus’ and transformed into a dark temple, and fortress, to the four gods of Chaos. In the centre of that bastion, is the throne-room of Lord Silas Decurin.
14. Thirteenth Black Crusade
In 999.M41, before the warband could begin any further plans, Lord Silas was contacted by an emissary of the new Warmaster, Abaddon the Despoiler. This envoy told the Council and the Lord of the incoming Black Crusade, the Warmaster’s attempts to attack the gates of Cadia and ram down the doors of the Imperium. Lord Silas was always unsure of the Black Legion, but he understood that Abaddon had similar aspirations, to finally bring an end to the Emperor that forsook them so long ago. The Abyss Chasers agreed to the accord, and would sail to join the Black Legion in their great siege of Cadia. It is noted they took up the colours and banners of the Warmaster’s forces during this brief period, alongside the many other groups that came to Abaddon’s call.
15. Dark Millennium
After the 13th Black Crusade came to a galaxy-shaking conclusion, the Abyss Chasers would break away from the Warmaster of Chaos’ forces and return to Vorago. Their journey was fraught with calamity as the massive warp-wound named by the Imperium as the Cicatrix Maledictum tore itself across the stars. Battered by the end of the trek, Lord Silas and the Council of Claws decreed the warband lay low for a time. Of course, the silence did not last long as only a few standard years into the new age the forces sworn to the Abyssal Lord once again began their raids. The Judicium Sector plunged into shadow as a result of the Great Rift.
16. Advent
“My brothers, we have received word of something most dire. The wretched son of the False Emperor, Roboute Gulliman, a thousand curses upon his name, lives again. Alongside him came an abomination to our perfect forms, the so-called ‘Primaris Marines.’ We will show the lapdogs what true Astartes look like, and pray to the Dark Gods that foul Gulliman meets his true and final end.”
- Lord Silas Decurin, addressing the Abyss Chasers
As the 42nd Millennium began its cycles, the Abyss Chasers would first meet Gullimans Primaris on an outskirt world called Drenades. These new marines clashed with the fallen first and showed how powerful they were despite the difference in experience. Outwardly Lord Silas would show disgust and disdain as many of the Heretic Astartes did across the galaxy, but silently he wondered if their power could not be turned to a better purpose, a purpose of enacting the will of Chaos.
Experiments would begin in the secret levels of Cordomus, under the watchful eyes of the Chasers’ Apothecaries. Indeed, Silas would even hear word of the great and terrible Fabius Bile attempting similar testing, and would wonder how perfect they could be if such creatures were created.
More and more conflicts arose across the neighbouring sectors as the forces of the Imperium pushed their way across the Cicatrix Maledictum, but the Abyss Chasers heeded it little, as always their purpose was personal glory in the name of the gods.
17. Endless War
All across the galaxy war erupts, grim and bloody and full of the laughter of the gods. Octarius saw Tyranids defeat and devour the Orks that held it for ages, the Realm of Ultramar came under siege by the noxious forces of the Death Guard, and a region of the Nephilim Sector falling to all-out carnage as the Necron xenos created the Pariah Nexus. As always, the Abyss Chasers continue their raids into the Judicium Sector and its surrounding regions, now contending with Primaris Marine bolstered chapters and renewed Inquisition forces under the Ordo Hereticus. They do not stand alone however, Vashtorr the Arkifane sending daemonic envoys to Vorago, as well as others to neighbouring warbands. Their numbers increased with the techno-arcane horrors of the aspiring god. There are also the ever-flowing arrivals of lost and damned, demigod and mortal alike. War is eternal, war is ecstasy, and the Abyss Chasers welcome it always.

Why do people like Old World Blues?
I really don't know why people like Old World Blues. The questline is boring, the atmosphere is boring, and the story isn't interesting enough for me to like the DLC. The only reason I play it is because the buffs from your replaced spine, brain and heart are too good to ignore. The main quest just isn't interesting. All it is, is go grab three random objects, go back to the egg heads, kill the giant roboscorpion, talk to Morbius- I mean Mobius, then your brain (okay the encounter is pretty interesting and funny i'll give em that), then go deal with the egg heads and blam. Done. Basically just a giant fetch quest.
The enemies aren't very enjoyable to fight. The roboscorpions are even more spongy than giant scorpions, but without the satisfaction of killing a scorpion. The lobotomites are just spongy humans. The cyberdogs and night stalkers are just dogs but with some gimmicks. The trauma harnesses are just really tanky humanoids that aren't satisfying to fight. And the rest aren't interesting to deal with. Basically, the best way to describe the enemies of this DLC are spongy, and uninteresting. This is purely subjective, but the loot in the DLC isn't very interesting. Elijahs LAER and Tesla Cannon are powerful but too brittle for me. Christines COS Rifle is good but by that point I already have the suppressed Anti-material rifle. So its use is lacking. The stealth suit is neato, but I always just use the strongest armor I have so it's basically pointless. I don't use melee and unarmed so the proton axes are just free caps to me. And the cyberdog guns, while cool and wacky, are too weak for me.
Another purely subjective point for me is the fact that there's like no ballistic ammo (other than plenty of .44 and .357 for the cyberdog guns). The only common ammo is energy ammo. Which by the time I'm doing the DLC, the only energy weapon I have that is worth a damn to me is the YCS-18, which isn't my main weapon. (also imma be real most energy weapons are pretty underwhelming in New Vegas, give me back my OP Fallout 1 energy weapons Godd Howard) TL;DR, everything about the DLC feels boring and sluggish. So please someone tell me why people like this DLC.

AU idea : Fragmentation of the Laer
Ferrus instead of trying to destroy fireblade with his necrodermis hands on the fist of iron, absolutely breaks the laer blade instead, still causing an explosion knocking Fulgrim and himself out with the explosion of the sword.
When Fulgrim gets up he has a bit panic attack completely about the laer blade for a time like grieving something so close to him but not fully understanding why..before dipping out of there, not killing any of Ferrus’s sons or destroying his ships going full speed away as he feels like himself again
but is slowly putting things together in his mind on what he has just done.
Fulgrim realizes he has absolutely made the wrong choice and gets chewed out by Horus probably even worse than canon as Fulgrim didn’t do a single scratch to Ferrus’s or his fleet. Hiding how he truly feels not knowing if he can go forward with Horus’s plan on Istvaan lll and considers, just trying to maybe run off to who knows where with his sons, maybe try to beg father and Ferrus for forgiveness but he doesn’t know what to do for a time unable to do anything to clear his mind.
Fulgrim is kept up all night in thought of what is soon to come with the purging of the loyalists in the traitor legions, considering trying to contact Ferrus despite how furiously stubborn his brother might come at him he knows Fulgrim truly and if he speaks the truth Ferrus could trust him in a way not like at all before it’s a start
as possibly Fulgrim could maybe turn the heresy on its head and spoil secrets that shouldn’t be spoiled to Ferrus.
Ferrus wakes up with the shattered pieces of the laer not finding Fulgrim and a bit stunned Fulgrim didn’t try anything, just leaving despite Ferrus feeling betrayed and heartbroken he hopes he could possibly convince Fulgrim to turn back from Horus’s cause he won’t admit it of course. As if Fulgrim was truly lost he would’ve either killed him or just crippled his forces.
Ferrus eventually gets contacted by Fulgrim a few days later in the istvaan system before the purging to come Ferrus believing it to be a form of trap for them to meet alone Ferrus comes bringing in a lot of support, but Fulgrim came alone and unarmed, with Ferrus detaining a nonresistance Fulgrim to interrogate

( end of part 1 of this idea idk if it’s any form of good I just wanted to write down this thought somewhere, I plan to hopefully write it down like a actual proper piece of writing/story and draw some scenes because it can go absolutely wonderful for the loyalist but a nightmare rollercoaster for Fulgrim and Ferrus )

(Answer One)
What’s your favorite build to play in New Vegas?
~or~
What’s your favorite snack when you get hungies but don’t wanna cook anything?
My favorite build for New Vegas is either a cowboy build or smth with energy weapons
If i had to say a definitive #1, it would be a build for MFC energy weapons like YCS 186, Elijah's Advanced LAER, and the Q-35 Matter Modulator. Not picky about armor sometimes i go with power armor, and sometimes light armor
Also Veronica as a companion because i love her
