Top 5 favorite DC villains? (Across any adaption)

oh man this one's tough i remember villain names a lot less easily cause a lot of them are one-offs. In no particular order:

I shudder to call him a villain with my full chest but Anarky (Lonnie Machin) is such a fun and interesting batman antagonist I gotta mention him. People try and put him in with the gotham rogues but dont listen to them

I partially mention lonnie machin as anarky just to say i also think Ulysses H. Armstrong (the general/anarky because he took the name) is an incredibly fun yet harrowing villain. He's part of one of the only parts of rebirth i generally enjoy too, even if the broad plot is nonsense, just because hes such a freak

my man MAXWELL LORD lets give it up for MAXWELL LORD the bitch himself. apparently hes like a wonder woman villain now since she killed him that one time idk. but his role in the JLI/JLA and eventual fall into villainy is so powerful and hes such a fun dude to watch even as its like. agonizing. He shoots blue beetle in the head and gets nosebleeds from his powers what more could you want

Thad Thawne. theres not a lot of memorable villains from impulse proper (many are carried over from other flash comics) but mercury falling is such a good fucking arc and hes central in it

The riddler <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 the less said the better batman forever riddler may have been my first live action movie crush
