🌟Writing Year in Review 2024🌟

@lovelymasks thank you for tagging me 💕 I've never done this and am not sure about the format so I will just do what I think this means 😅 (I NEED CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, WHAT DO I DO?!)

2024 has been a very writing heavy year 😅 After not doing any creative writing for probably about 6 or 7 years I went at it again, first with some orginal fiction and then rediscovered my dormant Marauders obsession - and then things kind of escalated 😂

I created my AO3 account in July this year. Since then I have written about 174.335 words (not counting M is for Murder because the paths contain a lot of copied chapters). I posted 18 works, 4 of them are still wips.

My, by far, most popular fic was 99 problems, the wolfstar AU I wrote for the wonderful @caslyra. Currently standing at very satisfying 4,444 hits and 326 kudos. But overall I try not to look too much at my stats, because then I feel upset about Reindeer Games again 😭 My misshapen second child needs more love!!! Okay I'll stop.

I had lots of fun writing for different ships (Wolfstar, Prongsfoot and Sucius) and a Gen ficlet for Sirius' birthday. I even created an insanely work intense choose your own adventure fic because I like to suffer, apparently 😊 and am currently writing on a fic featuring my new Blorbo Girl Professor Sprout!! She also needs more love!! Also started a little smutty Series about Prongsfoot being thirsty about short shorts.

Overall this year has been pretty successful. I am so grateful and happy for all the connections I've made with fellow writers and the bouts of inspiration talking to all of you have given me 💕 Special shout out to (once more) @caslyra, my personal muse, and @polaroidcats for getting me into wolfstarbucks - I am so ready to write that roommate AU! I even got @lovelymasks to let me rummage through one of her wips and give some input - very happy that I got to do that, it was lots of fun 🥰🥰 I am very happy to make more and more writer friends and cheer in your comment sections 💜

I don't really believe in new years resolutions so take all of these with a grain of salt 😊

Finish all my wips 😅 Especially Bachelorettes. I got awfully sidetracked but hope I regain passion once it gets a little warmer.

Write my wolfstarbucks roommate AU!! Very excited for this!

Catch up on my mutuals lovely writing! I have been really bad with reading, especially with longer works - but there is so much intriguing stuff out there I want to check out!!

Keep my joy in writing! This is the most important one! I cannot write if I pressure myself - been there 🌝 - so I will do my best to keep it casual and authentic and not get dragged into writing what I believe will "do well" and rather what I want to write. Period.

I don't have great plans but I think that's for the best😊 I am a little sloth after all and need to take everything as it comes, especially since the next year looks pretty bleak right now.

Ichigo knows two things about me:

That I can get really in my head about how much I matter to people (especially if I’ve been lonely for a time).

That I am a very sentimental person. (Like I still have birthday cards from when I was a child stored away dawg)

So knowing these things, he conspired to get me these babies ⤵️

Not only are they super cute (how i love sanrio and pastel colors <3), but their purpose is so so special. They are for holding those sentimental papers and moments that remind me I am loved and that I have so much love to give others.

He took me out on a date night. We went somewhere pretty, then somewhere we could get pampered together, and then we went to have dinner :3. When we came back was when I was surprised with them all sitting together on my bookshelf.

He knew I would like the designs on them, and he knew in general I was trying to get more organized so he thought they would be a good gift (he was right uwu). And he had realized only after they'd been shipped that maybe I could use them instead of that chest and that photo storage box I had been using and meaning to put together.

The blue one I decided I would use to store all the old birthday cards, letters, and other things I already have from people I'm related to or I've known in person.

The pink one I decided to use for sweet messages from friends online. Either i print them or write them out and include where to access them digitally uwu. Not only do I use it for messages from others to me, but also for messages I've sent to others and how happy it made me to see it made them happy if/when they responded :)))).

The yellow one is exceedingly precious to me 🥹. This one had him blushing as he asked if I could save that one, just for him. This one he fills alone, with thoughts, love letters, poems, affirmations, pictures he gets developed, or just other little things or small gifts he thinks I would like 🧡🧡🧡. The bottom drawer is where I put the shorter, more casual things. Stuff he loves about me, how good i looked in an outfit on a particular day, letting me know how happy i made him by doing something simple, etc. The pictures also go there. The middle drawer is where the more in depth things like love letters, poems, and the like go. The top drawer is like a little inbox! He puts all the new stuff for me there :3. So when something is there I know I'm in for something lovely from my one and only 🧎🏾‍♀️💓💓💓. And once I go through it i put it in the appropriate drawer or elsewhere if its a small gift.

On that night, after he'd asked to save the yellow one, he let me know there were already a few things waiting for me in it. I melted on the spot. He kissed my forehead before telling me he was going in the other room to give me some time to read them.

The way this man's written word had me absolutely SOBBING to myself 😭😭😭💖. I had to go hug him immediately after reading, still crying.

We cuddled tenderly for the next hour or two. And after, he would make the sweetest love to me. I could feel him pouring his heart into every touch. I was trembling at orgasm, and I once again cried after we were done lol. He was so gentle with me, my word 😪 <33333.

And why it all means even more to me? It wasn't even like our anniversary or anything!! No special holiday, no nothing! It was just a regular night that he decided to shower me with so much intimacy, affection, and care :((((((. He is the love of my life forevermore 💜💜💜💜💜.

I've been in the bsd fandom since...2018/2019 I think. I started with the anime. I remember being so early that at that time, almost all the bsd reviews were negative. I went to reddit, I think I went to my-anime-list too, and other websites and it was full of negative reviews. So I went into bsd with a rather "eh" mindset 😅 but I was bored that time and had nothing else to watch and I saw it on Netflix so yeah 👍

Hihi 🤭🤭🤭🤭 if you stalk me long enough, you may find that my bsd blorbo 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 is non other than Oda Sakunosuke. I love that man to pieces fr 💖 I love the fictional version I made of him in my head even more 🤭

Other anime that I like is Hunter x Hunter. Childhood anime was Sailormoon 💖 and Princess Sara. I was also once obsessed with Cedie the little prince (its an old anime). Besides those, I don't remember much anime that I was rlly invested on. Though I did watch JJK the movie and season 1 ❤️

You’re such a good storyteller, you write great description and good pacing and the dialogue was all to DIE for 😚🤌

This series is fr one of my favorites of all time, it was so engaging and exciting and had me gripping the sheets from beginning to end. You’re honestly amazing 💜

Now, you seriously did things to me with the nicknames and the “demanding thing” I- 😮‍💨 the way I grinning ear to ear with all their awkward interactions and the yearning and God how fucking dense the reader was 😭 it was amusing tho, how tsu’tey was SO Obviously pining and declaring himself to her and she got it all backwards lmao

Tsu’tey was so intense with his words and actions, it gave me butterflies.
