2nd Week of LGD 4033

Well, I’m right on 1 month of taking MK677. The tirednes went away went I decreased it two 12.5 mg at night. For the first 2 to 3 weeks there seemed to be bloating most likely from lots of water retention. But now, it seems to have cleared up, and I’m really firming up.  I’m also on week 2 of stacking it with LGD 4033, also known as ligandrol. I can already see a difference in muscle fullness, extreme pumps and toning. 

I ran some labs last week to see where I’m at, my HDL was low, around 22. This was strange because I eat a very good diet and do cardio. Also, my total testosterone was low. Unsure of why that would be. I don’t feel like it is. I’ve added Muscle Tech Alpha Test because of the good reviews as a natural test booster. Increasing my intake of Vitamin D3 as it is shown to increase testosterone. It wasn’t a complete test panel, it only tested for total testosterone which I was pissed to find out, as I wanted a full panel.  Either way I’m feeling good. Had some rotator cuff pain fro a few days from going hard last week on shoulders but it has subsided nicely, and I think the MK677 has helped with that, as it seems to really help with healing. 

Going to run the LGD for 8 weeks total, and then I have a PCT product that has armistane and DAA, which I’ve read is plenty of a precaution for PCT on this sarm. 

As far as to why my testosterone was low, I don’t feel like its the 2 weeks of LDG that would do that, as i had only been on it a week before I had the lab ran. I’m thinking this is a problem i’ve had for awhile. I’m going to do what I had said up there about inreasing certain vitamins, adding this natty test booster, and adding in foods that should help with increase in testosterone. I’m going to retest my levels in about 3 weeks and see how its going.
