Many who ship Alba/Lidia/Carlos hated the fourth and last released season of Las Chicas del Cable mostly due to the final, such as a lot of people who love Alba/Lidia/Francisco (including me) didn’t appreciate the third one… I have to disagree in both cases, especially the latter. One of my favorite scenes between Alba/Lidia and Francisco is precisely this. The sixth episode of the third season starts where this scene I edited ended… and yes, after the kiss, Alba/Lidia said Francisco that it was a mistake… yet, I can’t help but think that all the sequence - beginning (in 3x05) and end (in 3x06) - is beautiful every time I watch it, as far as that sentence pains me. On my opinion, all seasons are spectacular. I didn’t like Alba/Lidia/Carlos (… well, I used to do, the first time I saw this show, then - after the last rewatch - I fell in love with Alba/Lidia/Francisco), but I don’t hate Carlos either. Yes, I will be a little bit disappointed if Alba/Lidia should be endgame with him and not with Francisco. This doesn’t mean I’ll hate all or something. I just need Francisco to be with Alba/Lidia for the rest of their life, no matter how… even as simple friend, while she’s still married to Carlos.
